“We would give 10 stars if we could! Tricia had our Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard mix Lenny for a little over a week and it was the first time we had ever left him anywhere. At our first meeting, it was clear that Tricia has a tremendous amount of experience and know-how when it comes to dogs, and I knew immediately that we were in great hands. She calmed our nerves and assured us that she would keep us updated while we were away. She helped our guy settle into a routine quickly and she did an extraordinary job handling his food issues (we sent pre-made table food for her to give him). While we were away, she was an excellent communicator and sent us various pictures of him during different times of the day. He looked so happy that we were afraid he wouldn't want to come home! When we picked him up, he was happy, healthy, clean, and showed obvious affection towards Tricia. “From booking his stay to picking up my dog after my trip, Christabel was communicative and trustworthy. In the initial visit to her apartment, it was evident it was very clean, safe, and stylish. She proactively asked for documentation needed in case of emergency which is thoughtful. Throughout my dogs stay I received numerous photos and videos of him being walked or lounging, and he didn’t seem anxious like he usually is in new situations. He stopped eating like I mentioned to her, and she went out to get a different wet food for him which he loved! She also got him a small ball at the same time to try a new toy. I have used more expensive pet boarding services in the past, and decided to try rover to save money. Im glad to say the service provided by Christabel was so personable and comforting I was able to relax on my trip knowing my dog was in good hands.”

Wow, Charles was truly amazing to our fur baby! He was so communicative and truly just a kind person. He spoke so highly of our Penelope and made sure to assure us she was in good hands, before and during her stay. As a dog who I’ve known to be unsure of other dogs he took the steps and precautions for safety between the other animal staying with him and even warmed them up to each other. I would book again with Charles anytime and so grateful that we found him!
We could not be happier boarding our big dog Marley with Chelsea and her family. Chelsea has such a positive attitude and she is very good with dogs and knows how to handle them.
