About: Hi my name is Nina! I’ve been surrounded by animals all my life and over the last 2 years I’ve truly fallen in love with pet care. I am trustworthy, flexible and go above and beyond for your furry friend. Just as I would take care of my own! I’ve worked professionally as a pet sitter including drop ins, long walks and over two weeks at my clients home. Taking care of your home as much and I do your pet! I am a lover of all animals but more than that, I am comfortable with elderly dogs, dogs with special needs, medicated pups and those that are a bit anxious. I’ve found that home sitting keeps your animals the most comfortable while they stay on their normal routine and meet a new friend! Clients in the past have said I am patient, adaptable, trustworthy and truly go above and beyond for your pup just as I would my own. I’d love the opportunity to gain a new furry friend and hope to take any anxiety away from leaving your baby. I’m currently working as a freelance digital marketing contractor so my days are mostly spend at home. I am extremely flexible when it comes to overnights and walks, accommodating my customers needs. I am happy to stay overnight as needed as well’ I treat your home as if it were my own and my goal is to leave it cleaner than I arrived. When it comes to your pups night routine, I am happy to cuddle up with them or crate the as needed. It’s truly up to what their normal routine includes and I follow!

About: I'm a student/stay at home kid and dog mom. I love animals and would love to be trusted to take care for your fur baby. I have a 4 year old Chihuahua mix who loves everyone. She will be a great playmate for your dog while you're away. I have 15 + years of experience. I'm currently a student/stay at home parent for two school aged kids. My days are free to drop by for potty breaks, playtime and snuggles. I have a fenced in yard and a 4 year old Chihuahua mix that will keep your fur baby company. I also have a baby gate on the stairs, and a doggy door.

About: For the past 16 years, I've had the privilege of caring for the beloved pets of my family and friends. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life, and I truly enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality and needs. My parents have two Xoloitzcuintli (Mexican Hairless) dogs who require plenty of attention, exercise, and interaction. Whenever my parents travel—often for several weeks at a time—I stay in their home to care for them. During that time, I provide multiple daily walks, playtime, mental stimulation, and plenty of affection. I also carefully follow their routine, including administering daily medications and any special care instructions. I also have experience caring for dogs with separation anxiety and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and creating a calm, reassuring environment. Additionally, I cared for a rescue dog with PTSD and, over time, earned their trust to the point where they felt comfortable approaching me for affection. Experiences like these have taught me the value of allowing animals to build trust at their own pace. Cats have been a part of my life for the past 16 years as well. I've cared for cats with a wide range of personalities, from playful kittens and affectionate cuddlers to independent cats and senior companions with special needs. I also volunteered at a local animal shelter, where I helped clean, socialize, play with, and care for the cats to help them feel safe and comfortable while waiting for their forever homes. Whether I'm caring for dogs or cats, my goal is always the same: to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where every pet feels comfortable, cared for, and treated like family. As a full-time student with a flexible schedule, I'm able to accommodate a variety of pet care needs, including daytime visits, evening care, weekends, and many last-minute bookings. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet will be treated with the same love, patience, and attention I would give my own. I'm currently a full-time sonography student completing my clinical rotations. Before returning to school, I worked in the medical field, most recently at a cancer center, where I developed a strong commitment to providing compassionate, attentive care. Caring for others has always been at the heart of who I am, and that same dedication extends to the animals I care for. For years, I've been the person family, friends, and neighbors rely on to care for their beloved pets. Whether it's walking dogs, checking in on cats, staying overnight, or helping out with last-minute requests, I genuinely enjoy making sure every pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. About: I have had pets my whole life. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 4 chickens. As a child we also had a hermit crab and guinea pigs. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life, so caring for them has always felt very natural to me. My last dog was with me for 14 years, and I got to experience every stage of her life with her. I went from playing with her as a little kid to taking her on walks and eventually helping care for her as she got older. Having her alongside me for so many years made her feel like a constant part of my life, and I really grew up with her in a way that I’ll always be grateful for. My current dog has been with me for four years and was rescued from a breeding farm. When we first brought her home, she was extremely nervous and wouldn’t even leave our mudroom. It took a lot of patience and consistency for her to become comfortable, but now she sleeps in my bed and follows me everywhere. That experience taught me that every dog has a different personality and comfort level, and sometimes they just need someone willing to give them the time to adjust. Maple (Her name) has taught me so much about her, myself, and how to care for different dogs. Given that she lives at home with my mother while I’m at school, I miss her like I’d miss a sibling or parent and we both always get unbelievably excited to see eachother when I am home for breaks. I genuinely enjoy being around dogs and building a relationship with them. Whether they’re energetic, shy, older, or just love attention, I like figuring out what makes each dog comfortable and happy. I think caring for pets gives me just as much joy as I give them, which is why I take it seriously and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I am a current junior at the College of Lake Forest, studying psychology and I’m as well a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team. Given that, my schedule can get fairly busy during the afternoon and early evening most days however I am very good at managing my class schedule and athletics schedule to best make time for what I need, which will be the pet. No matter what home I’m in I will provide the animal with better than proper care. Growing up with pets I’ve gained a true care for every single one of them and I can guarantee that I will provide the best environment, safety, care, and love to any pet whether it’s in my own apartment or the clients home.

About: I have had two beautiful golden Retrievers and love dogs in general. My golden Wyatt passed away but I adore and love and miss him so much. Now with a new year one year old puppy who is HUGE , I absolutely want to meet more friends of fur. I work daily but have a flexible schedule and can attend animals during the workday as I make my own hours. I also can stay overnight on Friday through Sunday for overnight sitting. I care for pets making sure they have the essentials, food and water. That being said I love to spend time with them all always they are amazing and I love playing with animals and making them feel as human as possible.

About: My experience comes from caring for my own pets—both dogs and cats—and I grew up surrounded by dogs; we have always had them in our home and love them dearly. In fact, that is why my daughter studied veterinary medicine; although she is currently working as a nurse in this country, she is very close to achieving her goal of becoming a veterinarian again. I am available on weekends, specifically from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and also on some weekdaysTuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays—from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Following the client's instructions and maintaining good, thorough communication with the owner is, I believe, the best way to ensure our service is efficient and safe—making sure not to overlook any details regarding the pet, such as medical conditions, special care needs, or behavioral traits.

About: I grew up with dogs, but didn't get my own until about 6 years ago. Since then, life has revolved around our pup! I love to walk and will tend to any needs your dog may have. My own pup has a digestive disease, so I am comfortable with giving meds and following strict dietary plans. I know how hard it can be to leave your pup and how important it is to have reliable, loving care! I am very flexible with my time! I am usually available between 8 am and 9 pm. Please let me know your pet’s usual routine, and I will work around your schedule. I would appreciate knowing all about your pet’s habits, likes and dislikes so I can provide the most consistent care possible. Please document instructions for feeding, exercise, potty habits, and any other needs your pet may have.

About: Hi! I am a Senior at Lake Forest College studying Psychology on a pre-nursing track. I grew up in Boise, Idaho surrounded by animals, both my own and others’. Growing up I had a high-energy dog, many hamsters, a leopard gecko, and a cat. I also spent my entire high school career volunteering at my local humane society, working with both dogs and cats. This has given me experience with dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes. Currently, I dog and cat sit regularly for a few families. You can trust me with your pets like they are my own. My friends and family would describe me as kind, passionate, caring, level-headed, reliable, and loving. I have a passion for the outdoors and am an athlete, so I love any excuse to get some exercise. I also love reading, knitting, watching shows, and studying. So, I can watch your furry friend(s) in any way they’d like! I’m hoping to make some money to pay my bills and go to nursing school next year :) **Schedule** I am hoping to care for your animals in between classes and athletics. Due to this, a lower maintenance animal would be a better fit for me. You will receive a detailed update after every visit, including photos and a confirmation that your pet is fed, and safe. +When walking your dog, safety is my absolute priority. I perform a 'gear check' before we leave the house to ensure collars and leashes are secure. I stick to familiar, safe routes and am always mindful of the environment—keeping an eye out for other dogs, traffic, or unsafe debris on the sidewalk. I am also happy to follow any specific training commands you use to keep your dog's routine consistent. +For cat visits, I focus on maintaining a low-stress environment. I am extremely careful when entering and exiting to ensure your cat doesn't slip out the door. I respect their space, letting them approach me at their own pace. If your cat requires a special diet or medication, I double-check instructions to ensure feedings are administered exactly as requested.
