“I was a bit nervous at first dropping off my pup with someone I had never met before. But after having a 15 mins talk at drop off and getting to know her and letting my puppy get to know her, I felt at ease. She quickly made some final adjustments to make sure her home was puppy safe. And follows all the care instructions I left with her. Cocoa was a happy pup at pick up. She made sure he was safe going down stairs and gave me updates as to what he was up to, with pictures. She does an excellent job of communicating. Would use her again.”
