Initially, my stress was finding a reputable and fit sitter for my 8 month Daisy Mae daschaund mix and trust me I did my intense research before coming across JC PET HOTEL! After reading the profile they had met my expectation and booked with them. The process online and the fact that they were available for the holidays was amazing and for a reasonable charge. Her husband Jorge and kids greeted me on the day of dropping off Daisy Mae. I must admit, on the way to the airport I was having anxiety and Carilyn and team was ultimately amazing. Every day before lunch I received a picture and an update. The first 2 days she looked a bit nervous and is expected, but by the 3rd day I saw she was at ease. She was having fun with the other furry friends! I was given details of her playtime, treats and toys I had provided and how she was interacting with others. Basically, these updates was so appreciated as I felt they held my hand throughout this whole process to be relaxed and I was assured I would come back to a Happy Daisy Mae. When I arrived to pick up Daisy I was greeted by Carilyn. Such a pleasure to meet her as well.Very friendly and importantly professional and appreciated some training recommendation she shared being that my pup is still learning. “Ms Cheri was awesome and understanding. I got the pick up time wrong by 8 hours she didn’t mind and held on to Nubby until I got there. Also found out that he does great around other animals, Ms Cheri had rabbits and let them roam around Nubby. I find that to be so awesome. Will def come back.”

Justin took such great care of Alfred during his stay! As a bulldog, Alfred requires a little extra attention and care, especially with things like keeping his wrinkles clean, and Justin did a wonderful job making sure he was well cared for and comfortable. He also sent a lot of pictures and updates throughout the stay, which we really appreciated and gave us peace of mind while we were away. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for Alfred and would definitely trust Justin to watch him again. Highly recommend!
We appreciate Mackenzie so much! Our dog Max was recently diagnosed with IVDD so we needed someone who has experience taking care of dogs with special needs. Max is on a lot of medications and needs to be expressed every few hours. He's a very shy boy who can take a while to warm up to others but Mackenzie wasn't fazed at all and took it all in stride! She always kept us updated, answered our questions, and followed any requests we had for his care. Thanks to her love and care for our Max, we were able to have peace of mind while away. We'll definitely be back whenever we need sitting for Max.
Carolina was wonderful! She was communicative and provided several updates, photos and videos of my dogs throughout the day. She took great care of my senior dog and my other young dog had a fantastic time with Carolina’s dog, Nova. I have small dogs and she was the perfect sitter for them since she has a small dog herself. She provided a safe place for them to play in her large fenced yard. I plan to book with her again.
Jesse is an elder statesman, with elder statesman needs. Ehimare was great with him. I asked Ehimare to overnight board Jesse on two separate occasions while I was traveling. Ehimare graciously welcomed Jesse into his home, and I truly appreciate the care, patience, and subtle approach Ehimare gave to Jesse. He seems to understand dogs and truly care about them. To me, that means a great deal.
I love these two. They take good care of my dog and are always sending videos and keeping in touch. Also, their back yard is perfect for my energetic pup. They were flexible with my pickup time the last time I used them because I ran into a last second surprise. I would highly recommend them, except that then they will be full when I need them, so please don't use them.
