I provide compassion-based care for your beloved pet(s) with a focus on providing a safe, peaceful, and clean environment. I have over 10 years home experience caring and training dogs, and I've been a foster home for pit bulls in the past. Currently, we have one dog, Lily who is a female, medium-sized, Boglen Terrier (Beagle & Boston Terrier mix). I'm looking forward to working with different breeds and building relationships with you and your pet! If you need day care or boarding frequently, and need someone experienced with training and walk behavior, I'm more than happy to partner with you in creating consistency with your pet(s). Additionally, I am home full-time with one child, so if your pet(s) have separation anxiety, I may be a great fit. If you have any questions please feel free to inquire!

What a great experience. Carilee and her family took such great care of our pup while we were gone for an extended vacation.
This was our second stay with Carilee and her family, and we will continue to use her! She is so communicative and responsive, and we get frequent updates and pictures with how our dog is doing. No doubt that she is well taken care of and loved with Carilee.
Carilee was awesome, we will definitely be using her again in the future for our pups. She updated me frequently and made sure the dogs were very comfortable in our home. Also, she was very thorough when it came to getting to know the dogs beforehand!

Schedule
My husband and I WFH, with myself employed with contract work and I have enough flexibility that we have a stable homeschooling routine. We are home almost all of the time especially if we have a booking. We may leave the home for a music lesson or playground but usually one of us is always home. I run frequently, so for dogs able to run I will take them on my daily run, but we take long walks around the lake(s) as a family every day.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced yard but also always accompany pets in the backyard to be fully monitored. We have chime alarms and elevated childproof locks on every door so there is no possibility of a door being opened without an adult. We have flood and fire alarms and all fire extinguishers are up to date on inspection. We have a backup XL crate we store away in the garage if you are traveling from out of state and don’t want to transport yours if needed.
A typical day
Our schedule already includes three long walks a day (1 mile) around neighbor and scenic lakes. Additionally, around three short potty breaks throughout the day in-between walks are already apart of our schedule. If you are comfortable, we are willing to go to hiking trails for any high energy needs. Most dogs seem to love looking out our large windows. Although we have a fenced in backyard, we do not allow dogs unmonitored in the backyard and prefer walking with dogs (they seem to like it too!) We spend a lot of time outdoors in our backyard and front yard.
