This is my second time booking, and I can easily say, this couple does a phenomenal job caring for others fur babies. Communication is always easy, with regular check-ins, photos and videos. I never question if my dogs are being overfed, as I have experienced this with other sitters. I can also tell that my dogs truly feel comfortable with them. Generally, I can tell through initial at home mannerisms if my dogs have been stressed during a stay, and I have never seen signs of this. I, very easily feel they care for my dogs, as they do their own. I never have to question the safety of my dogs under their care.
Jonathan from the first contact was concerned about Sir Francis temperament and habits, which put me at ease. Sir Francis seemed to be quite happy when I picked him up. They even accommodated me picking him up a little later due to a delayed flight. Would definitely rebook.
Shante was attentive, kind, and the best fit for my boy while I went on vacation. She sent pictures and made sure to let me know how little Almond was doing while away. And I will definitely be using her again. He was having the time of his life with her little kiddos!
Calista went above and beyond for our puppy’s boarding session! Our pup came home happier than ever (and probably missing Calista pretty badly!) She is open to suggestions and abides by any restrictions you request for your pet. Overall outstanding service provided and much appreciated!
I cannot say enough about how amazing this experience was with Giuliana. She took care of two of my dogs while I was on a business trip. Provided regular feedback and pictures. This helped ease my anxiety immensely. Everything about this was absolutely perfect and I would 10/10 recommend her!
Words can’t express how happy and grateful we feel for the amazing love, patience and individual attention Sheryl provided to our three dogs with different personalities and needs. She sent us updates, photos and videos of our babies having a great time and behaving as if they were at home, being playful, snuggling and smiling. She is very thoughtful, sweet and kind and genuine loves our babies as if they were own. She absolutely the best!
Hannah was great and was always quick to respond. It had been awhile since Mia had stayed with someone with stairs, and thought she would have done better, but Hannah was right there to help carry a bulldog up her stairs. Things couldn't have worked out any better.
