“This couple is amazing. They took care of Jax for 7 days while I was on vacation. I get so anxious whenever I have to leave him. They took so many pictures and videos and provided me with so many updates. I truly felt that Jax was also on vacation for the past 7 days. They were active with him and gave him lots of love. She took such great care of my little one and kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. The space was super clean, and I loved that she has a dedicated area just for the dogs, it made me feel even more comfortable leaving him with her. She also has a large yard where the dogs can run and go out freely, which gave me a lot of peace of mind since she didn’t have to take him on walks (he can be a bit crazy on the leash). This was Pixie’s first stay with Shauna and I was really happy with how everything went. Pixie seemed comfortable and well cared for, and it gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. You can tell Shauna genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. I’d definitely use her again and appreciate the care she gave Pixie during her stay!
Carolina was absolutely AMAZING with our Frenchies! From the moment we left, she kept us updated constantly with messages, photos, and check-ins which gave us so much peace of mind. You can truly tell how much she cares for animals and treats them like her own. Our dogs were so happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time. I honestly cannot thank her enough for everything she did. She went above and beyond in every possible way, and I would book her again and again without hesitation. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Highly recommend Carolina to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, reliable, and incredible with pets.
Kelsey is always my go to!! I have used her for my pup Dill multiple times and I keep coming back. Dill has so much fun there everytime and Kelsey is the absolute sweetest with him. Our last visit was recent after a little injury scare with Dill and Kelsey was vigilant and kept me updated on how he was doing! Kelsey is an easy yes!!!
Ana was great with my boys. We had never used rover and she was our first booking. We dropped them with her, spoke to her maybe 1-2 times over the app a day with pictures and by the time I picked them up, they were darting back into her house to hang out! Forgot all about me 😂. Thanks Ana
Jonathan was great his wife Jennifer also helped - flexible (our flight was delayed and picked millie up outside the window) but were very accommodating. Got pictures regular which helped us ease the separation ( this was thec1stbtimevwe have ever left her this long) - Appreciated he only managed one dog at a time as millie doesn't do well with others - he too works from home as we do - we didn't want her schedule too changed too much - having great outdoor space was an added bonus. We will definitely be using them again - they are close by so no trouble dropping off/picking up.
Shante was attentive, kind, and the best fit for my boy while I went on vacation. She sent pictures and made sure to let me know how little Almond was doing while away. And I will definitely be using her again. He was having the time of his life with her little kiddos!
