This was such a great experience for our family! We felt confident that our dog was in good care. The owner kept me updated daily and I was able to check in on him. They are kind and very responsive. It was my first time using the service but definitely not the last!
Carolyn and Jorge took wonderful care of Buster! They sent daily updates and pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Buster came home happy, clean, and completely worn out from all the fun and playtime. They even gave him a bath before pickup, which was such a thoughtful touch. It's clear they truly care about the dogs they watch, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. Highly recommend!
They took good care of my 3 dogs. They seemed really happy when I picked them up. She picked them up at the front door (to take them for a bio break). When we got them back, she brought them outside for us to load into the car. I never saw the inside of the home away from home. They provided several pictures each day... Loved them!

At JC Pet Hotel, every day is calm, predictable, and thoughtfully structured. We believe dogs thrive when their environment feels safe, familiar, and emotionally balanced just like home. Your dog enjoys a peaceful, open-concept living space with cozy rest areas, purposeful play zones, and constant supervision. We work from home, so your pup is never left alone or unattended. Our home is temperature controlled, clean, and designed to reduce stress and overstimulation. There are no kennels, no chaotic group settings, and no harsh transitions, only a calm, home-based boarding experience created with intention and care. Our Daily Rhythm Each day follows a simple, consistent routine designed to help dogs feel secure: Morning begins with a potty break and breakfast, following your dog’s usual schedule. Afterward, dogs enjoy free play in our fully fenced yard sniffing, exploring, soaking up sunshine, or playing ball at their own pace. Throughout the morning, we offer enrichment activities, gentle play, and short walks upon request. Dogs are always supervised and allowed to engage or rest as they choose. Midday is reserved for rest. Dogs nap on sofas, beds, or cozy corners throughout the home, creating a natural balance between activity and relaxation. During the afternoon, we resume light play and enrichment, followed by dinner, calm wind-down time, and evening cuddles. Throughout the day, we send photo and video updates so you can see how your dog is doing and enjoy peace of mind. Your dog is not placed into a routine they become part of ours. They are included in our day, cared for with attention and affection, and treated like family. At JC Pet Hotel, your dog experiences a true home away from home safe, calm, and genuinely loved.
