They sent pictures everyday which was very helpful for me, as I tend to have anxiety about leaving my babies behind. They are super friendly and you can tell they really care about your fur babies. When I came to pick them up, my babies were clean, happy and well cared for. They even gave us little Polaroids to keep, which was super sweet! I will definitely be booking them again in the future! “I had to find someone to watch Bobbie VERY last minute. Brooke quickly accepted my last minute request and was happy to do so! I had never used Rover before or had left him with anyone outside of my family. I was nervous at first, but it was clear upon meeting Brooke that she is a cat lover! Lucy was very happy at Leda's home. She was treated like one of the family. The house and yard are spotless and the care she received was exceptional. I would recommend Leda without any hesitation and for those who know me, that is a very high recommendation. Leda sent me pictures of Lucy on each day of her stay which was very thoughtful. All of Lucy's bedding was washed when I picked her up and everything was packed neatly. I am so happy Leda was available to care for Lucy while we away!
Kristie was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time leaving my puppy with anyone and from the moment i dropped her off, i knew she was in good hands. She was kind and loving which put me at ease. Kristie sent videos and photos and was responsive anytime i reached out. Highly recommend and will def use again!
Evan was absolutely fantastic with my dog Danny! He was incredibly flexible with my schedule and made the whole process easy and stress‑free. We did a meet‑and‑greet close to downtown, and his dogs, Bennett and Winnie, were so friendly and welcoming to Danny, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the stay, Evan sent great updates and clearly cared about making sure Danny was comfortable and happy. I’ll definitely be booking with him again — highly recommend!
We’re taking our first stepping stones with our baby Mabel, and Richelle was absolutely wonderful. She has a beautiful home with an amazing outdoor area that’s fully fenced, private, and perfect for dogs. Mabel essentially had the house to herself! This was Mabel’s first boarding experience, and she did great. Richelle made us feel comfortable and confident leaving her there, which means everything to us. We truly look forward to continuing our stays with Richelle in the future. Highly recommend!
Destiny watched my ziggy overnight and was nothing short of amazing!!! She makes sure to make you and your pet feel comfortable and that her home is your pets home while in her care! Nour was friendly and communicative, and Mazie was cared for during her stay. The day after the stay, Nour reached out regarding compensation for damage to her blinds that she believed was caused by Mazie. Given Mazie’s history and behavior on Rover (she’s never damaged anything before), I was surprised to receive that claim and request for money. Rover clarified the policy and we resolved it, but I want to note this experience so future pet parents have the full picture.
Sydney and her husband were a pleasure to meet and it seemed like my pup, Basil, had an amazing time with them and their two dogs! Sydney did a great job communicating daily and making sure that all of the details were perfect for both safety and optimal care. Their house and backyard is clean, organized, and welcoming. Sydney’s history with pets and working from home made me feel so safe and confident to care for Basil! I will definitely be utilizing their care again!
Alexis was great! I appreciate how flexible she was with me with the pick up and drop off. She sent me pictures & video’s of my puppy ❤️ and when it was time to go, he wanted one more day hahaha!
