About: Hi, my name is Jaspreet; I also go by Jassie. I’m excited to join Rover because I love animals. My services include dog sitting, providing exercise and companionship to ensure their well-being. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and comfortable environment for every dog in my care. I’m working part time right now. My schedule is pretty flexible where I can work around it and fit my clients schedule if needed to take care of their pet. I make sure the pet feels comfortable around me. I can meet the clients and their pet beforehand so they can get to know me. I follow their feeding schedule and take them for walks and make sure they’re well taken care of.
“Mike took a great care of my dog while I was out for the day. I was worried because my dog has separation anxiety and she has not been to doggy care before. Mike made sure she felt comfortable with him by taking her out on a walk. He also sent me updates with photos throughout the day to make sure I knew she was doing okay. I would certainly recommend Mike & Ja hyung to anyone looking for a sitter!”

“We had such a great experience with Tiffany!! She took amazing care of our big baby while we were away and made us feel completely at ease the entire time. It was clear from the start how thoughtful, attentive, and experienced she is. She really takes the time to understand each dog and make sure they are comfortable, cared for, and set up for a great stay. Because of her, we were able to fully enjoy our Disneyland trip knowing he was in such loving and capable hands. He came home happy, relaxed, and so clearly well cared for. You can tell she genuinely loves the dogs she watches and puts a lot of care into creating a safe, calm, and positive environment for them. We are so grateful for the amazing care she gave him and would absolutely trust her with him again. Highly recommend!”

“Maggie did a great job caring for Lucy during daycare! She sent plenty of photos and updates throughout the day, which we really appreciated. Lucy came home happy, and it was clear she was well cared for. We'd gladly book with Maggie again!”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover who grew up in a dog - loving family, caring for breeds of all sizes - from Labrador Retriever and Beagle to my current Labradoodle. Through the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of dog behavior and how to care for each pup based on their unique personality and needs. I’m very detail-oriented, responsible, and easy to reach - I prioritize clear communication and am available 24/7 for updates or questions. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and loving environment for your dog, just like home. I’d love to learn more about your pup and how I can give them the best possible experience. Please feel free to share any details, preferences, or routines!
“This was our first time leaving our maltipoo with someone she was not familiar with and with all honesty Magda was the best choice! She was very kind and understanding that our puppy has not yet gotten used to being away from us and has some separation anxiety. She reassured us about her well being by sending us an update as well as pictures which was definitely a plus, we will definitely be bringing our pup back in the future!”

“I had been searching for a daycare service I could truly trust with my baby for a long time. My dog has pretty severe separation anxiety, but even after Steven and Kim-Anh learned about it, they were very understanding and happy to take care of Mahur. She is usually very cautious around new people, but she seemed to feel safe and comfortable in their home. Both Steven and Kim are very passionate about training, and they spent a lot of time playing with and caring for Mahur. I finally feel relieved knowing that I’ve found a daycare I can trust completely. I would absolutely love to continue bringing her here in the future.”

“We had a busy day planned and Eric was extremely accommodating with a same day appointment and our schedule. Once we arrived he was welcoming and being that we’re new to this service l, he helped us navigate through it. He communicated throughout the day and sent us photos of our pups day. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything Eric!”

We've had dogs all our married life and our most recent dog, Reba is looking for some friends to play with. We're able to cater to your dogs special diets, continue to implement your training techniques and provide that loving home while you are away. As a retired husband and wife duo our schedules are quite flexible and we spend most of our time at home with our dog Reba. A doggie door provides easy access to our fully fenced in backyard with plenty of grass, a lovely patio and lots of shade to create the perfect space for your dog to lounge outside. Inside the home we're able to provide a safe space to eat and a cozy environment where dogs can lounge on the couches and escape the heat. About: I grew up with dogs and have had a cat as an adult, so I’m comfortable caring for both playful and more independent pets. I’m patient, attentive, and happy to follow each pet’s routine for feeding, walks, playtime, litter care, and comfort. I’m a professor and writer who works from home during the week, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give pets attention, supervision, walks, play breaks, and consistent care throughout the day. I have a large fenced-in yard for safe outdoor time and can also crate pets when needed or requested. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, keep pets secure, and make sure they feel comfortable, calm, and cared for in my home or yours.
“Morgan and her family were amazing! Captain is very shy with new people but they did amazing for meeting him for the first time he came back super tired from walking at their nearby park/trail. Sent photos and updates even when he was there for a few hours felt very reassured and comfortable leaving my fur baby in their hands”

About: Dogs bring me so much joy, and I hope I can give them just a fraction of love and happiness that they give unconditionally. I lost my 5 year-old dog this year due to unfortunate circumstances, so I would be privileged to be able to spend some time with your beloved pup 🐾❤️ I work remotely (part time right now) so I have a lot of flexibility during the weekdays! I love incorporating pup care into my everyday routine to make sure both of us are happy and active daily. Being attentive is the most important thing when caring for dogs. Especially as someone outside of their family, it is extremely important to build trust and make sure dogs feel safe and comfortable sharing how they feel! I believe I have the patience, empathy, and attention to detail to create this type of environment for any dog!
About: I’ve spent the last 16 years sharing my life with dogs, and I understand that every pet is a family member. My journey started in 2010 with my first rescue, Cheeto, who was with me for nearly 16 wonderful years. That journey taught me the patience, love, and specialized care required for every stage of a dog's life—from the zoomies of youth to the gentle needs of the golden years. I currently work from home full time, and have plenty of breaks to play with your pup and supervise backyard time. I can also take them on a walk in the morning and/or early evening. I have a fenced backyard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed, and plenty of beds and couch space for nap time.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - La Habra
Mike and Ja Hyung have been dog sitting my fur baby from time to time, and it’s been a great experience every time. Since my first time leaving her with them, I’ve had nothing but reassurance that everything was going to go well, and I always knew she would be in good hands when I dropped her off. They were amazing with my dog and I never had to worry about her or her safety when she was with them. We absolutely love and have nothing but good things to say about Mike and Ja Hyung, and I 100% recommend them and know that they’ll do their best to make sure your fur babies are safe and comfortable in their home.

This is my second booking with Sylvia, my first was a year ago when I still had two dogs. Today she saved my skin majorly!!! I had booked her so I could go to a wedding but I ended up reading the invitation wrong and she was able to accommodate me by taking Elliot earlier so I could make it to the wedding on time. She also sent me pictures and videos of my pup, kept me updated and walked him when she totally wasn’t required to. She is amazing and I absolutely one hundred percent will keep using her services.

Julie and Justin are so attentive of taking care of my doggie Jackie. Based on the pictures and video she shared with me from Jackie’s stay with them today, I am so happy to learn that Jackie himself is enjoying it and really happy to spend time with them. I am so thankful that I was able to let Jackie be taken care of by Julie and Justin. I hope reading this review can give you a yes to book them for any service you need :))

Chris was amazing with my two dogs! She treated them like her own and gave them so much love and attention. My dogs can be pretty needy, but she was so patient and kind with them. I could tell they were happy and comfortable the whole time. I’m so grateful and would definitely book with her again!

Amanda is the best sitter anyone could ever ask for! This was my first time leaving Narco with anyone and she made the entire process very easy and comfortable. She went above and beyond taking care of Narco with consistent updates and photos, I never once had any doubt Narco wasn’t enjoying his stay. Narco has a new best friend in Amanda! :)

We are so grateful for the amazing care our puppy received! 🐶 Not only was Stephany wonderful with our pup, but she also went above and beyond to work around our crazy, unpredictable schedule. She kept us updated with texts and pictures the whole time, which gave us such peace of mind knowing our little one was in kind, patient, and reliable hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their pup.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your La Habra commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
