About: I have sitted for family, friends, and neighbors actively as well as caring for a German Shepard and husky over the last 4 years. I love animals, prioritize play time and active sitting, and of course cuddles and lots of love. I work remotely so have a very open and flexible schedule. I am up early and often times work late as well so can work overnight care, day care, and boarding. I wake up and let doggos out for bathroom breaks, take all for walks and outside play, feed them breakfast, and play with them. I have a backyard so there is outside space and I live near many trails and beaches for outside exercise.

We moved here almost three years ago for our 2 Beautiful Rescue Dogs who have now passed on.

About: I'm a lifelong animal owner and lover - large breeds and small or with fur, scales, hooves, or feathers. My live-in partner is the manager of a veterinary clinic and I am a certified dog trainer with an extensive history of working in the animal industry at pet stores, groomers, and ranches. Together, we offer a uniquely loving, experienced, and structured environment for pets of any size or special needs. Pets in our care are spoiled with snuggles and lots of love, treats (when permitted by their owners) and rarely spend time out of our sight. Long walks and playtime with our cattle dog and chihuahua wear out most dogs in no time. Unless specifically requested by their owners, dogs in our care are never crated for extended periods or locked inside without access to a fenced patio. I work from home and offer an open, flexible schedule for clients with pets of all kinds. My pups and I begin each day with a walk to the beach, then home for a quick bath, brush, and nap before more playtime in the afternoon. Working from home allows me all the time in the world to pamper my pups and care for their unique needs. Dogs in my care are given extensive mental enrichment and physical exercise, with photos sent each visit to pet parents to ease any concerns and keep you informed about what your pup is up to each day.

About: Please note that I work 9-5 in Santa Barbara. Please be sure you are comfortable with me being gone that long. I can recommend a dog walker who might be able to help with check-ins, based on her availability. My experience is predominantly in cats and dogs but I have also cared for birds, rabbits, fish, and reptiles. One of my regular customers in the past had llamas, camels, donkeys, tortoises, a pig, a ferret, a hedgehog, and two dogs + a litter of 8 week old puppies. I have also cared for my parents' horses. I work in Santa Barbara from 9-5. Please consider if you are comfortable with me being gone that long. I can recommend a dog walker who might be able to help with check-ins, depending on her availability. I am available in the evening all days of the week. I have Sundays and Mondays off so that's when I am most available for daytime services. I have no problem giving food, fresh water, and loving attention to your pets! Does your dog need playtime and walks? No problem! Does your cat need a lap to sit on before bed? No problem! I can also help with administering pills and liquid medications.

About: Experienced, trained, and educated in wildlife biology, I have loved animals dearly and yearned to care for them all my life. Ive had many dogs throughout my life, rescuing them and giving them a loving home, and now have a sweet kitten named Tangerine. I’ve worked with both wild animals and many folk’s best friends. I have cared for fury friends of all kinds in many settings and in many places. I now have years of experience and many happy and returning clients. I love animals! I am an artist and designer, and my work is flexible and can often travel with me. I have developed the perfect flow, so that I can be with our fury friends when they need me, while also getting my work accomplished. I have stayed in many homes to care for pets. I find it makes the animals most comfortable to be home where they have their routine and their own familiar territory. I want them to be as safe, happy, and comfortable as possible, while their parents are away.

About: I was introduced to the joy and responsibility of pet ownership at the age of 6 when we rescued my dear parakeet, Blue Bell. I learned everything I needed to give him a good life, from his favorite petting spot to cleaning up his droppings. Three cats, another parakeet, and one gecko later, I have cultivated a deep affinity for taking care of animals. Neighbors, housemates, acquaintances, and Bhuddist monks have entrusted me to feed, walk and bathe their dogs and cats. I would be honored with the opportunity to care for your pet. I am available from Friday to Monday, 9 am to 9 pm and Tuesday through Thursday, usually 6 pm to 9 pm. I will update my availability regularly! Currently, I plan to be OOT 6/17-6/19. I live in Hidden Valley and have access to both a spacious yard and a 5 acre wildlife park at the end of our street. I have no pets of my own currently.
