About: I have been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up around pets since I was five years old which has given me a lifetime of hands-on experience with animals of all ages sizes and personalities. Caring for pets isn’t just something I do - I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I take the time to get to know each pet’s routine , personality and needs to ensure they are comfortable and cared for while you’re away. Whether it’s going for walks, sticking to feeding plans, or just simply spending quality time with them. I want every pet to have a positive stress-free experience. I work full time 4 days out of the week. I have Saturday, Sunday and Monday off. I also wake up very early at 6 am and I always have a lot of time after i finish work at 6 to make sure any booked pets are well taken care of. With animals, it is all about body language. I would make sure they approach me and get to know me first before I reach out and make contact myself. Only after then I can tell if the pet is skid-dish and needs some time and encouragement or if they trust easy I would make sure to acknowledge that and show the love back. Going from there I would be able to handle them like they were my own and make sure they are well taken care of. These animals are souls that cannot express themselves with words and I make sure I can hear them and have them trust me.

About: Hi, I’m Cynthia, a Master’s student originally from the Midwest. I spent two months pet sitting in the D.C. area in May 2023 and that was the start of an incredible journey. Since then I have cared for everything from cats to dogs to birds. I’ve even once cared for a colleague’s hedgehog! In March, I settled in Miami while I pursue my degree because I love the weather here. Anywho, I’d love to spend some time taking care of your furry friends. I’m open to short or long term sits or walks! I currently work from home part-time and am a very part-time student. I have plenty of time to care for your furry family members while you are away. About: Hello! My name is Cristina :) I’m a life long pet lover who currently has a pet snake, while living with my mom and her 3 French Bulldogs. Growing up, I always had a pet, or three hehe. I’ve cared for over 15 cats in my lifetime and come from a long line of crazy cat ladies. Ive also had a fair share of dogs in my life. Growing up I had a quirky schnauzer and a very intelligent German Shepard. More recently, I cared for my soul dog, a very stubborn but extremely loving Rottweiler. I’m also very familiar with the temperament of Dachshunds because my father has cared for two. This experience has left me with loads of knowledge and experience on how to handle high-energy, reactive, and even elder dogs. All in all, I’ve become familiar in various types of dog breeds and I’ve found one thing to be certain. They all need love and play time. When you’re a bit too busy, or are going out of town for whatever reason I hope to be the eyes, ears, and scritches your little fur-ball needs when you’re away. However, I do not take night shifts at my job unless absolutely necessary, so I am able to visit anytime before 8am after 5pm on most days. However this is subject to change. I will NEVER walk your pet without a leash, and know how slick some dogs and cats can be when entering and exiting a home. About: I speak both English and Spanish! I’m originally from Patagonia, where stray dogs are a common sight. I adopted two dogs of my own and learned how to understand their needs, build trust, and train them with patience and positive reinforcement. I’m also a photographer, which means I can work around different schedules—and yes, I’m a pet photographer too! 😉 I have a fenced backyard with a small tree where pets can enjoy some outdoor time safely. I also have a pet net on my door, so they can go inside or outside comfortably while staying safe. I don't use to listen music. I prefer to read or work on my computer so they won't suffer loud noises. I also have a car in case a pickup or drop-off is needed. About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life, I work at a pet store as a kennel so I am always with dogs taking care of them, and also my family/friends have relied on me to take care of them go out of town or even they are working late to just check up on them. I do work with my boyfriend. He helps me out when I’m at work. About: I've pet-sat and house-sat for many years now - taking them on walks, administering medicine, brushing, vacuuming, watering plants, & making sure instructions are followed for the healthiest, happiest furry kids. I've taken care of all kinds of breeds - from little kittens to strong German Shepherds who like to pull on their leash. I also foster through my local Rescue, and work from my laptop so I can be around plenty to make sure they have everything they need! About: I’ve taken care of many dogs through the years: family, friends, friends of friends, rover (a different account, for about 2 years). Animals bring me so much joy, walking/sitting/boarding I love to do! I usually work in the mornings during the week but have weekends off (Fri-Sun). Like I said, one of us is always home for a potty break or quick walk. I treat all pets like family, I like to ask details on who I’m meeting! We allow them on the couch and love providing play time in our fenced yard. If they prefer walks, we like a walkable neighborhood and are happy to do so with a leash.
