“Brent and his wife are seriously amazing. They were beyond kind, sent me many pictures, brought my cats a snack and a toy, and were very descriptive on how my cats were doing. My cats loved them. Leaving pets is very hard, but I was very comfortable leaving them in Brent’s hands.”

About: What sets me apart from other dog sitters is my commitment to personalized care and my hands-on experience with dogs of all ages and temperaments. I’ve worked extensively with both puppies and senior dogs, tailoring my approach to meet their specific needs. I have noticed dogs tend to warm up to me quickly even the ones who seem to be more anxious. I am currently working part time, so I am available a lot during the week. I usually work Friday and Saturday evenings, but am still available after! I feel that I prioritize leaving the house in better condition then when I arrived and that the pets are safely in their home waiting for your arrival.

About: Hey there, I’m Hanna! Originally from Seattle where I grew up fostering animals for over 10 years, I moved down here to San Diego and been here for a little over 2 years now. I’m a former D1 athlete that loves to go on runs / walks and be out in nature. I will love your dog (or cat!) like my own. I have the job flexibility to offer drop-in visits or walking services. Unfortunately I cannot do boarding or sitting anymore due to having some fur babies of my own. I’ve been a dog walker for a couple years, and whatever distance your dogs needs, I can do. I love exploring all the local hikes around here as well. Looking forward to meeting you and your best friend! I have a remote job that leaves me with some flexibility to take breaks throughout the day. I love to workout and go for hikes in the area. I like to spend all my time with the animals and never leave them alone for long. I am very organized and timely when it comes to feeding schedules, bathroom breaks, or exercise.

About: I have been taking care of our dogs in the family for 11 years. I have been responsible for feeding, walking, bathing, car rides, and more. I am experienced with overnight stays as well as checking in on the animals throughout tbe day. I am currently working part time as a Pilates Instructor which sometimes presents more classes when others get sick. I am available anytime throughout the day and weekends around work schedule (range 2-6hr shifts) I am familiar with various trainings with dogs: doggie door, physically letting them out, getting in & out of crates, keeping out of various rooms & off counter tops as requested. (Very good at listening to directions with animals prior routines) :-)

About: My name is Michael H. I work remotely as a landscape designer and have always had a love for animals, especially dogs. I am a dog lover of all kinds! I have had dogs and other various pets my entire life and know how to bond with them and care for them. I have dog-sat for many friends and families over the years. I am looking forward to meeting you and your pet! I work remotely so I am always available to give lots of potty breaks and walks during the day! Plenty of potty breaks will be given throughout the day. I will treat your pet and home like my own! I have experience with many dogs and will give all the love and attention your pup needs!

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and truly understand what it means to love and care for them like family. I grew up with both an English Bulldog and a Pug, and most recently cared for my own pug who passed at 15 years old. Supporting him through his senior years gave me deep experience with gentle walks, medication, meal routines, and bathroom help — and it taught me how much patience, attentiveness, and love matter. I also worked professionally at Camp Bow Wow, where I was trained in doggy daycare and boarding protocols — including playgroup supervision, medication administration, and overnight care. Whether your dog is a playful pup, a chill senior, or somewhere in between, I tailor my care to their needs and personality. I’m confident, reliable, and treat every dog as if they were my own I work a hybrid schedule and am able to use my remote days to care for your pet. I am also available weekends as well. I focus on making your dog feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow their usual routine as closely as possible — from feeding schedules and walks to playtime and cuddles. I believe in giving pets structure and affection, while also respecting their boundaries and personalities. In a client’s home, I make sure to keep their space clean, secure, and treat it with the same respect I’d want for my own. I send regular photo updates and stay in touch so you can feel at ease while you’re away. I create a calm, cozy environment with plenty of attention and supervision. I’m trained in medication administration and have experience with senior dogs, so I’m fully comfortable adjusting to any special needs or routines.

About: Hey! My name is Kim, and I'm excited to work together. A bit about me: My love for pets has always been a big part of my life. I volunteered in an animal shelter where I was in charge of feeding, cleaning, and caring for puppies, adult dogs, kittens, and cats. In addition, my family dog is 17 now and she is my pride and joy. She means everything to me, and I would treat your pet the same :) This passion has also landed me in a career in animal science where I hope to continue my work with more amazing animals. Looking forward to connecting! I am a graduate student in biology at SDSU. I work in a lab M-F from 9-5, however, I am able to leave throughout the day at any time for pet visits and walks. My priority is consistent and reliable pet care no matter the day/time! I'm looking forward to providing some cuddles and fun! I will work with you to provide any service necessary, including feeding, walking, and/or play-time. My time with your pet will be tailored by you, with lots of pictures and updates throughout my stay.

About: Had a golden retriever & terrier mix until I left for college and decided it was better for her to be with my parents instead of being alone. Went through dog training with her where she learned basics and other tricks such as “go to bed” and how to play hide and seek. Miss being a dog owner and looking to take care of other pups and possibly eventually get my own since I now work from home. I work from home with a very flexible schedule. It’s easy for me to accommodate pet needs. Unable to provide overnight boarding Friday nights since I have soccer early Sat and it would be unfair for the pup to be alone Sat morning. I have a two bed apartment on the first floor. No yard but pets are allowed to roam my apartment. No low exposed wires. I have a couple small nontoxic plants that may be reachable but will place them on the counter while a pet is over just in case.

About: I first started taking care of animals when I was 12 years old. It started with my neighbors dog, cat and two birds. From there my love for taking care of animals and providing excellent service blossomed into me working for a dog rescue group where I would foster and help rehabilitate abused dogs in my home through an adoption agency so they could eventually go and be apart of a new, permanent home. I’ve pet sat for friends, family members and have even received referrals through an online platform i am apart of on Facebook. I’ve watched animals ranging from dogs, cats, Guinea pigs and reptiles! I am a very reliable individual who understand the love we have for our pets and I only want to go above and beyond to achieve that and make the experience as easy as possible for you and your pets. I currently have open availability and a very flexible schedule to care for your animal(s) as I do rover full time and can be available pretty much whenever I care for your pets in your home and will care for them however your heart desires. I’ve crated, baby gated, and have animals free roam. I understand everyone has a preference and some dogs have separation anxiety so I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make the transition as easy as possible for your fit babies

Meghan R.
“Oh my goodness, my 2 girls are in LOVE with Meghan. They absolutely love it when Meghan comes to take care of them. As every pet parent does, I get anxious leaving my girls in someone else’s care. Especially because they are on the bigger side but Meghan quickly put my mind at ease as a pet sitter. She takes the time to walk and feed my girls of course AND she takes them to the park to play fetch. Meghan also sends me tons of pictures and videos of them with her along the way. Even when my girls required extra care for more complicated visits with medications and separate walks, she was happy to help. Oreo and Olive get so excited for all of the cuddles and adventures with her. If you’re looking for a dog/pet sitter for any amount of time, she is absolutely your girl. She’s on time, communicates throughout every visit and she’s even helped me out with impromptu and overnight visits. Not only that, but because she cares so deeply for them, she’s even asked to just come by and see them when she’s in my area! Use her as your sitter and you won’t have to worry about your pets while out of town. I promise you, they’ll instantly fall in love with Meghan!”

Jennifer G.
“I got introduced to Jenni by a friend. I was traveling for a few weeks and needed a pet sitter to take care of my doggo at my home. Jenni was generous to come for a meet and greet and she was very keen to learn about my dog. I felt very comfortable and booked Jenni for a 4 week stay at my home. During the stay, she was in regular touch, sent me pics and took great care of my dog. When I returned, she left the home cleaner and I met a very happy dog. Many folks in the community told me how she regularly walked my dog and took great care of him. Now everyone wants Jenni’s number. Alas she is moving to San Diego! I am very happy for her but both me and the doggo will miss her. Jenni is very trust worthy, responsible and a very caring person. Please do not hesitate in engaging her to take care of your pets. I wish I can find another pet sitter half as good as Jenni. Jenni- Wish you the very best of luck!”

Michael H.
“Hello, My name is Janice M.. I am writing to refer Michael as a recommendation for a dog/pet sitter. I have known Michael for many years as my neighbor and am happy to recommend him as a dog/pet sitter. Michael has watched Lucy, my Boston Terrier, many times for me. I often go away for weekends in the summer and have him come to take care of her for a few days. He is always happy and eager to help. He is reliable and always on time to take care of Lucy and checks in to let me know how she is doing. I’m glad to hear he is expanding upon his love for dogs and starting a side business out of it! I highly recommend him.”

Kimberly C.
“I've known Kim for a long time, and her deep love of all animals is evident in everything she does. I have seen it not only in her love and care for her king koi beta fish, but also the light of her life, Lale, her 17 year old Havapoo. She’s also eagerly and excitedly preparing to welcome a cat into her life! All animals are drawn to Kim when they meet her. She is attentive, responsible, and compassionate in every aspect of her care for them. You couldn't find a better caregiver for your pet in Kim, and you can rest assured that they are in the most capable, experienced, and loving hands while you're away!”

Ashley O.
