“Natalie is so kind, very trustworthy and open to anything you need help with while you’re gone. She asked if it was Ok to bring along her daughter which was great, our kitty really seemed to love her! She played with her on the floor and gave her lots of attention. It is not uncommon for our kitty to hide when new visitors come over but this wasn’t the case this time! It was so reassuring getting photos of our pets while we were gone too. Our 3 guinea pigs were well taken care of as well. I highly recommend Natalie and we hope to use her again, Thank you!”

About: I love having dog friends around and so does my little dog Boo Boo. My dog is 17lbs and loves to play. I enjoy teaching dogs new tricks or brushing up on any training that needs to be done. I typically walk my dog 3 times a day and can accomodate more if needed. I also have a fenced in backyard that your dog is welcome to roam around in. I live 10 minutes from the airport which helps for easy drop off/pickup if you are traveling by plane. I know how special our dog friends are so I hope to treat them like part of the family when they are here. Dogs are such special little creatures and I'm so grateful we get to have them in our lives. I currently work at home 3 days a week and in the office 2 days a week. Adjustments can possibly be made if needed. If I'm watching your dog, I would plan to be home most of the time during their stay. I have a fenced yard and dogs are allowed to roam free in the house unless other needs are required. If your dog needs to be crated, I have a small kennel that can be used, otherwise a larger one will need to be provided. Dogs are expected to be potty trained unless they are still a puppy.

About: I used to own two Cavaliers, and have taken care of various dogs on behalf of friends/family, including dog sitting for my sister's high anxiety rescue dog, and now have taken care of numerous dogs in the year I’ve been on Rover. I find that a calm, patient demeanor can win over even the most stranger-wary dog. I am in the process of changing careers, so am taking classes, which meet mostly online. Aside from the few hours a week when I volunteer to work with special-needs children in therapeutic horseback riding, my schedule is very flexible, including nights/weekends. Mornings? Evenings? Last minute? No problem. I think of pets as family, and will treat your pet like my family. (Don't worry, that's a good thing!) As a horseback rider, I find the skills of working with our animal friends transfer easily. Regardless of species, they enjoy human attention/affection, engagement and are often much smarter than we give them credit for.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and have always loved spending time with them. I’m a very active person and enjoy being outside, so I’m more than happy to take dogs on walks, play with them, and make sure they get plenty of exercise. I will meet your dog at their level, whether that means keeping up with a high-energy dog or enjoying some chill relaxation together. I can also help with basic training and reinforce good habits. I’d love the opportunity to care for your dog and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I work full-time as an engineer, but after recently moving to a new state, I’ve been missing having animals around. I decided to join because I’d love to spend time with pets and give them the care and attention they deserve. I’m up early and often up late, and I’m able to check in around lunch during my workday. I’m also available after I get off work at 4 PM, when I can spend more time with your pet, take them for walks, play with them, and give them plenty of attention. On weekends, I’m available all day and can dedicate as much time as needed to caring for your pet. I treat every pet and every home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I follow your instructions closely, keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible, and make sure doors, gates, and other entry points are secure. I’m attentive to your pet’s behavior and needs, and I’ll always prioritize their safety and comfort. I also treat your home with respect by keeping things clean, being mindful of belongings, and leaving everything just as I found it. Most importantly, I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away!

About: I have one large energetic Aussie. He taught me a lot about how to work with dogs that have aggressive tendencies. I also know how to groom pets and give them baths even the ones that don't like water. I trained him to do many tricks as a puppy and worked with obedience. I love high energy dogs that need long walks/ playtime or runs. I am taking a gap semester and am available full time. I plan on trying out new things and seeing new places. My schedule is flexible and am just trying to navigate a new place. I take care of pets by taking them out for multiple walks per day, making sure they have water and food. Playing with them and giving overall care.
