About: Hi all! My name is Aislinn and I absolutely love cats and dogs and making sure they feel cared for! My partner and I have two cats (Pumpkin and Peppa) and I have three years of experience with cat care. I also have experience with dogs, helping my uncle take care of his pitbull, and petsitting for friends. I love bringing a warm, kind presence and making sure cats and dogs feel calm and safe. Happy to do drop-ins to help with all things cat-related (ex. play, litterbox cleaning, mealtime, etc.) and dog-related (ex. play, walks, mealtime, etc.). I'm new to Rover, so happy to connect and answer any other questions. Hope to meet your pets soon! :) I'm in grad school, so my schedule is a little more flexible than a 9-5. I'm mostly free on the weekends, but happy to be flexible! When in doubt, feel free to reach out :) I love animals and will treat your pets with care, respect, and responsibility. As a parent to two cats, pet care is a part of my daily life too, and I absolutely love any opportunity to connect with animals and make sure they feel cared for and loved.

After a few visits with Jackson our dog is now so happy to see him each time! Jackson is one of the very few people our dog allows into our home, as well as to hang out and play with him and leash him for walks (if anyone has dealt with an aggressive dog they know the struggles, so to find someone we can count on for our pup is priceless). She asked if it was Ok to bring along her daughter which was great, our kitty really seemed to love her! She played with her on the floor and gave her lots of attention. It is not uncommon for our kitty to hide when new visitors come over but this wasn’t the case this time! It was so reassuring getting photos of our pets while we were gone too. About: I used to own two Cavaliers, and have taken care of various dogs on behalf of friends/family, including dog sitting for my sister's high anxiety rescue dog, and now have taken care of numerous dogs in the year I’ve been on Rover. I find that a calm, patient demeanor can win over even the most stranger-wary dog. I am in the process of changing careers, so am taking classes, which meet mostly online. Aside from the few hours a week when I volunteer to work with special-needs children in therapeutic horseback riding, my schedule is very flexible, including nights/weekends. Mornings? Evenings? Last minute? No problem. I think of pets as family, and will treat your pet like my family. (Don't worry, that's a good thing!) As a horseback rider, I find the skills of working with our animal friends transfer easily. Regardless of species, they enjoy human attention/affection, engagement and are often much smarter than we give them credit for.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been a dedicated dog owner for over 8 years. For the past 3 years, I’ve also fostered pups, giving me experience with a wide range of temperaments and styles. I’m comfortable with everything from high energy personalities to shy or anxious dogs. I’m comfortable with senior dogs (my last pup was 18!), puppies and everything in between. At this time, I’m focusing on small and medium sized dogs so they will be the best match for my own dog and I can provide the best care possible. I work full time from home and am available to board in my house anytime for most lengths of time. Lots of time to play with your pup! Right now, I’m open to hosting small and medium pups—as they are the best matches for my own dog. My dog, Elliot, loves to go for walks (weather permitting) and we’d love for your pup to tag along! If the weather is bad, my yard is perfect for zoomies, ball/toy chasing, neighbor watching and basking in the sun. I have my own small pup who is energetic and loves to play, but isn’t pushy. I work from home so we are together all the time! We walk often—in the morning, at lunch and in evenings. I have a fenced in yard for potty breaks with lots of toys and enrichment. I am home most of the time, but would contain (kennel or pen if needed) when I leave and I’m also open to pups that aren’t kenneled but safe to leave out (I’d put away my own dog).

About: I have mostly helped care for family pets while their humans are on vacation or hospitalized, and I am pretty comfortable around a variety of animals. I am currently unemployed, so I am available to check in on your fur baby while you're away at work or out of town and cannot check on them for yourself. I will do my best to keep your pet in a safe environment whether dropping in to play with them or taking them for a walk.

About: I’ve grown up taking care of dogs, cats, small animals, and farm animals, so I am comfortable with many different routines! I currently have a cat, so I am unable to host pets in my home, but I am happy to spend plenty of time loving on your pet in your home! I am a graduate student at UMN, so I have lots of availability in the mornings and evenings to care for your pet. I am available anytime on the weekends! Meeting new people can be scary, I will work to build trust with your pet by following their routine and spending time doing what they love! If they want to play fetch for hours or just cuddle, then we will!
