“Deborah was great! My cat loved her and the photos and updates were so great to get while I was away. It was really reassuring to know that my cat was loved and taken care of by such a reliable and sweet person like Deborah. Will 100% be booking again with her.”

“The best experience! This was the first time our dog and two cats stayed at home during our vacation. And I’m happy to report because of Jennifer the experience was 100% enjoyable and stress-free. Many pics at every drop-in, reports regarding their food, bathroom breaks and activities! Extremely communicative and reliable. Will definitely book again!”

“Pia was a wonderful pet sitter for our two cats, Luna and Miso! We have never had a pet sitter outside of our family and she was just terrific. Our Siamese was hiding and Pia patiently came an extra day (right before Christmas ) and coaxed him out with tuna fish- and then sent pics to reassure us that he was fine but just mad at us for leaving him during the holidays . She was also very attentive to our tuxedo cat who is quite friendly . We would definitely have Pia sit for us again !”

“When I left to travel for a week I left my 3 kitties in the care of Rachel. She cared for them very well and sent pics of them everyday. When I came back there was even little treats and a sweet card left behind. Best sitter ever!”

“Absolutely fantastic- cannot rave about her enough. Completely trustworthy and went the extra mile to take care of our fur babies and also give us peace of mind! Best experience we have had with Rover and a sitter. Highly recommend!!!”

“This is my second time using Ricardo and Carlos to check in on my cat when out of town and just as last time they provided excellent service. Very quick to respond to any messages and provided nice daily photos of the visit. I highly recommend using them.”

“We heavily rely on Sam’s support afforded to Athena, which has ranged from walks to/from dog care and house siting in our place. Sam is a pleasant detail oriented, exceptional communicator that our dog enjoys hanging out.”

“Alana took wonderful care of our 15 month old lab/pit mix Brody. She visited 3 times a day for walks and feeding. She was reliable, attentive, and kept us updated with messages and photos. I could tell Brody was happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. I highly recommend Alana to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!”

“Nathalie was great, she’d go to the visits on time or early, sent multiple pictures, and was available whenever I had a question. Our German Shepherd loved her and I would highly recommend her to anyone”

“Natalia is incredible!! I hired her very last minute for drop in visits and walks for my bernedoodle Bear, when my plans changed on extremely short notice. She was flexible, reliable and friendly, and even more importantly, she really took the time to connect with Bear. This was my first time leaving Bear since adopting him, and since I work from home, he is not used to spending time alone. After one drop in visit, he began howling after Natalia left; she heard him, went back inside to calm him down, left her sweatshirt for him to cuddle with, and stayed until he settled. I felt so reassured knowing that someone so caring was looking after him. We will absolutely hire Natalia again going forward.”

About: *Se habla español* I am a stay at home mom with one toddler who loves pets just as much as I do. I have been petsitting for over 10 years now. My home is a 3 level townhouse with security gates at each level and a screened in patio and balcony. My community is very pet friendly with plenty of pet designated areas close by and a dog park less than two miles away. I will provide picture updates and information regarding your pets directly to your mobile phone or email. We do provide some toys, bowls, and leashes during their stay in our home but we also encourage that you bring some of your own pet items to help them feel more at home. **Special rates are available for multiple pets** *Se habla español* Why I love dog sitting I have loved animals all my life but I have been caring for animals for over 10 years. My home is fitted with various gates that were meant for my son but also work well with dogs. I have two indoor cats that stay on the first floor but they have behaved great with our guest dogs. About my yard We have a small, tiled, fenced, and screened in patio in the rear of our 3 story townhouse that leads out to the large open yard. My experience administering medication yes only oral medications.
“Kathryn took such great care of Spike while we were on our extended trip. She was extremely professional, gave us daily updates, and followed our care instructions perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for a better caregiver. We will definitely rebook her the next time we need a pet sitter.”

“Nicole has been absolutely incredible only after two weeks. My breed of dog takes time to adjust to new friends and family. Nicole has been able to patiently developed a bond to this point which we are confident will grow in time. This deserves mention and to be brought to the attention of others.”

“Valerie did a great job checking in on my two cats. Was very responsiveness in communication and provided updates each visit. She made my absence easier for both me and them.”

Jennifer went above and beyond and truly showed her love of animals. While I was away one of my babies looked like she was having issues, Jennifer took out of her personal time to take her to the vet and stay with her until we knew what was wrong. I highly recommend her and will use her services for future needs.
Thanks to Deborah’s calm & supportive energy my very shy Ellie was able to form a bond with her. I have booked Deborah a few times - with each visit Ellie has grown more comfortable & loving towards Deborah. I am so happy to have met Deborah & feel at ease when I need to travel. I will continue to book with her.

Very thorough and communicative. Took lots of photos and wrote detailed descriptions of every visit. I was having a hard time getting my cat to eat her food, and she figured out a method to get her to lick the plate clean! Highly, highly recommend this sitter.

So glad I found Ledya Z! She is reliable and flexible, and spent the time to really get to know my little dog. Communication was excellent, I got updates and even FaceTimed to make sure she knew where things were. I will definitely use Ledya's services in the future.

Adriana was a life saver! She was very flexible with scheduling, and clearly loves her job. I got lots of updates, with photos and videos. Adriana is very careful to follow the instructions for my dog and cat. My little dog, Lulu, told me she likes her “Tia Adriana” and would be happy if she came again. I don’t travel a lot, so this was my first experience with Rover and I’d definitely recommend it and Adrianna.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
