During his day visit, she kept me updated the entire time with messages and adorable photos, letting me know how he was doing, when he went potty, and reassuring me that he was safe and happy. Mai even requires daily medication and a little extra care, and Ynes handled everything perfectly. She made sure he got his meds, gave him so much love, and was incredibly attentive to all of his needs, whether it was cuddles, potty breaks, or just making him feel comfortable. He’s usually very reserved at first, but by the end of the day he was giving her so many kisses, which says everything about how safe and loved she made him feel. I also love that she only takes one pet at a time, which is perfect for dogs who do better without other dogs around. I can’t recommend Ynes enough, and we’ll definitely be booking many more stays with her in the future!”
