Knowing your pet's personality ahead of time helps me tailor my care to make them feel comfortable and safe from day one.

A typical day starts with checking each pet's instructions and schedule. Then it's walks, playtime, and lots of love, always paying attention to their energy. I keep owners updated with photos and messages throughout, and end the day with a happy, tired, well cared for pet.
