I’ve been pet sitting for friends for the past 7 years, caring for both cats and dogs with all different personalities. I’ve loved animals since I was a kid and even went/took horseback riding lessons once a week. Since my mom was scared of dogs, I wasn’t able to have one as a child, so I poured all my love into caring for my friends pets whenever I could - playing with them, cuddling them, and giving them the attention they needed. Now I have a dog and I used to have a cat of my own, and both require daily medication, so I’m experienced with giving pets medicine safely and gently. I genuinely love creating a calm, loving environment where every pet feels understood and cared for. I work from home two days a week. My office hours are 8am-5pm. My partner also works a lot from home so your pet won’t be home alone very often. I’m available for boarding during the week (as long as your pet is used to a similar schedule) and weekends. I care for pets by creating a calm, safe, and cozy space. I have a fenced yard and a nice neighborhood for walks. My friendly dog will keep your pup company.
