About: As a future veterinarian I have been working with all kinds of animals big and small since I was young. I started off grooming dogs in my neighborhood then I started walking and pet sitting. I also do a lot of fostering (a total of 14 fosters), and take care of horses. I am currently in Miami Dade College, I have a flexible schedule. My home is a 3 level townhouse with security gates at each level and a screened in patio and balcony. My community is very pet friendly with plenty of pet designated areas close by and a dog park less than two miles away. My home is fitted with various gates that were meant for my son but also work well with dogs. I have two indoor cats that stay on the first floor but they have behaved great with our guest dogs. “Pia was a wonderful pet sitter for our two cats, Luna and Miso! We have never had a pet sitter outside of our family and she was just terrific. Our Siamese was hiding and Pia patiently came an extra day (right before Christmas ) and coaxed him out with tuna fish- and then sent pics to reassure us that he was fine but just mad at us for leaving him during the holidays . Very thorough and communicative. Took lots of photos and wrote detailed descriptions of every visit. I was having a hard time getting my cat to eat her food, and she figured out a method to get her to lick the plate clean! Highly, highly recommend this sitter.
