About: Out of high school I was certified as a veterinary assistant and worked at a clinic for several years. I recently returned to the veterinary profession as a veterinary technician. My love and passion for all types of animals is something near and dear to me. Apart from working as a vet assistant and technician, I spent 11 years working and training at a farm where I spent a lot of time caring for and training horses. I have been my friends' go-to pet sitter for trips out of town and for the past four years I've been caring for my own pup, June who I adopted when she was just 4/5 weeks old. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds and comfortable with administering medication. I'm also comfortable walking puppies or pups who are early in their training. I do not have experience with very aggressive or reactive dogs. I have full availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and evening availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On weekends I’m typically not available, but might be able to take a few drop-in or walking appointments! With all our kids grown and out of the house, we now enjoy our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in Kendall — complete with a large yard and lots of love to give! We’ve had pets our entire lives and truly know how to care for and love them. Over the years, we’ve looked after dogs and cats for friends and private clients, both in our home and theirs. Afternoons are for playtime, cuddles, or rest, depending on the pet’s needs. We’re also flexible and happy to follow any special routines or schedules. In our home, they’ll enjoy a large, secure yard for play and exercise, and a clean, cozy space indoors where they can relax and feel at home. About: I have taken care of dogs for over 30 years and I have a huge heart for dogs. We have always owned dogs and they are a part of our family. I have wide range of experience; from raising/house training puppies to specialized diets and administering medications to elderly/sick dogs. I used to be in the education field but am now home and looking to help with animals since they are something I’m truly passionate about. Our pets live in our home, sleep in our beds and are part of our family. We feed our dog twice a day, he eats a combination of dry and fresh food. We walk him daily and let him out multiple times a day, as needed. Our cat eats dry food but we also feed her soft food twice a day and clean her litter box daily. We spend a lot of time with our pets, playing, cuddling and making sure they feel loved.

About: I grew up with dogs and have been around animals my whole life. Since 2023, I've volunteered at the Doral Pet Adoption and Protection Center, where I walk dogs, feed and groom animals, clean kennels, and give animals the love they deserve. Working at a shelter means I've dealt with all kinds of animals of different sizes, energy levels, and personalities, so I'm comfortable handling pretty much any situation. I also care for cats regularly and know that they require just as much attention as dogs, just on their own terms. I genuinely love what I do, and rest assured that your pet will be well taken care of. If something comes up that affects my availability, I'll always give you a heads up in advance so you're never caught off guard. Since I come to your home rather than board pets at mine, your pet stays in their own space where they're most comfortable. This means I can be home all day with your pet(s) with a few exceptions. This allows me to cover your dog’s needs last minute if need be. If pets are sick, I can accommodate at a reasonable price to administer any needed medications.
