About: I am currently a small animal veterinarian licensed in both Kentucky and Georgia, but have been in the veterinary medical field since 2009, starting out as a vet assistant. While I have enjoyed helping animals throughout my veterinary career, I have decided to step away from the long, demanding hours of clinical medicine in order to have a better work-life balance so that I can spend more time with my family. Pet sitting allows me to continue doing what I love, which is caring for animals. As a veterinarian, I have worked with all ages and breeds of dogs and cats, and I am comfortable administering medications, caring for senior pets, and supporting animals with special medical needs. Whether your pet is an energetic puppy or a senior with more in depth needs, my goal is to make every pet feel comfortable and loved while you're away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family members, and I will treat your pet(s) as if they were my own, providing regular updates, photos, and plenty of attention so you can have peace of mind and enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in experienced, compassionate hands. Their spoiled at their core! Let me spoil your pet too! Tuesdays are my only day of the week im not available. The rest of the week is open to work around my routine. Thank you I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to play and run. I have two pups to keep your pup company. I have a safety fence in my house as well if your needing your pet separated from mine. Your pets safety is my upmost concern! I will keep your pet active by playing outside with them.

About: Hi, I’m Katie! I’m a college student living in Lexington. I love animals - I have two cats of my own! I have lots of pet care experience, including kitten/puppy and senior pet care. Check out my profile to see if we’d be a good fit! Currently I’m available weekends (Sat+Sun) and on select weekdays (Monday and Friday). I am also available during select hours on Tuesday-Thursday, but please message me before hand as I am working around my student schedule. Trust is important with pets! I always make sure to monitor body language and allow them to take as much time as they need to greet. I also ensure they remain comfortable throughout a visit!

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was little. We grew up with dogs and added cats to the mix when I was in high school. I’ve had several cats and dogs since then. Presently I have a two week on, two week off schedule. During my two weeks off I need something to do and pet sitting would both give me something to do, and allow me to have some dogs around. I’m a fan of walking so don’t worry about your puppets getting exercise! Pet care in my home is dictated by you, and enhanced by me. I’ll feed on the schedule you’ve set, but I’ve been advised by vets to let dogs have as much water as they want. So I’m happy with frequent yard time, or even walks if that’s necessary. With a fenced in back yard this is not a problem. And while I’m a sucker for puppy eyes, I’ll treat how you want as well. You also don’t need to worry about strong discipline. I will never hit or kick your dog.

About: Hi! I’m Anne, and I would love the opportunity to care for your pet. I grew up on a farm in Brazil surrounded by animals, so caring for them has always been a natural and important part of my life. I currently have a five-year-old Miniature Schnauzer named Pimpo, who is truly part of my family. Because I work from home, I am able to provide plenty of attention, supervision, playtime, and affection throughout the day. I normally take my dog outside for three to four walks each day, and I would be happy to follow your pet’s regular routine as closely as possible. I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy, patient, and loving. I will care for your pet as if they were my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you are away. I can also provide regular photos and updates for your peace of mind. I work from home, so I am available throughout the day to give the dogs plenty of attention and care. I walk my own dog three to four times a day, and your dog will be included in our daily walks and routine. I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for every pet. I carefully follow the owner’s instructions, supervise the dogs, keep fresh water available, and make sure they feel comfortable and secure.

About: I’ve been a pet lover since I was a little girl, I’ve grown up multiple family pets and have watched dogs for family and friends when they are out of town. I am also a proud owner of an extremely playful miniature Bernedoodle. I love getting to meet and spend time with new furry friends and I can’t wait to meet yours! About: I grew up with dogs. As an adult rescued a dog, worked w rescues for over 10 yrs. Fostered rescues, worked at animal shelter. My own dogs I show and personal service train for me. I work full time at night and have time days and evenings for your fur babies. Work anytime around both yours and my schedule too. Because I live in apartment, I have fenced park to play. Play with my dogs too. Can be crated for safety too while I work. I have cameras on my dogs at all times for safety.

About: I am a dog mom of two! They are my world, but I have never met an animal I didn’t like!! Small or big they are all special and need love!! I work as a caregiver in the evenings Monday through Thursday 3:30-10 and Friday 3:30-8. So I am available all other hours of the day. I also have the flexibility if I must to make a quick stop by during working hours if I need. I have a fenced in yard and two dogs who love making new friends and having play dates! I believe that the house is there home and they are welcome to sleep and lay on the couches and beds!!

About: Hi, I’m Esther! I’m a college student who has been on Rover for over two years. Most of my experience is with younger dogs but I love taking care of seniors too. I currently don’t have any pups so I pet-sit to stay active and continue being around animals. I am a student with a lot of mid day and weekend availability. I’m very flexible, especially on holidays and during school breaks. I have a lot of experience house sitting as well and I love overnight visits. When leaving your pets with me, they’ll be treated as my own. I believe in open and transparent communication so I’ll provide lots of updates. I have skills in leash training, crate training, and grooming. I would love to keep your pet company! For safety on house sitting appointments, I plan on meeting clients and their pups before providing services to make sure we’re a good fit.

About: I have grown up with dogs in the house my whole life. I am especially comfortable taking care of older and senior dogs and adapting to their needs (ex. blind/deaf) and have lived with small to medium breeds. However, I am also experienced with taking care of younger and larger breeds (ex. 1 year old English Labs). I have recently graduated from my undergraduate program, and have plenty of free time while looking for full-time employment. I do have a daughter, which may limit certain appointment times but should be flexible as I do have relatives to help, should I need to check on your pets. Experienced with young and elderly dogs, I am always sure to keep an eye on them when they are outside to prevent any escape or injury, regardless of a fence. If needed, I can also sit with special animals on a schedule, to ensure they go to sleep after meals or a walk.
