I have a safety fence in my house as well if your needing your pet separated from mine. Your pets safety is my upmost concern! I will keep your pet active by playing outside with them.

About: I’ve been around and cared for all different sorts of dogs since I can remember. I’ve owned a pit bull, Dalmatians, boxers, labs etc! I’m great at keeping pets happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I’m comfortable with walks, feeding, playtime, cuddles, and sticking to each pet’s routine. I’m responsible and attentive to every animal I care for to make sure there as comfortable as can be while being away from their owners. I’ll always treat your pets with the same care and love I’d want for my own. Im currently only working part time hours so i have plenty of availability to spend quality time with any pet I will be boarding, sitting or walking! I live in an apartment with my fiance not too far from shillito park so while I don’t have a backyard shillito park is a short walk away and one of my favorite places to go for walks.

About: I have taken care of a large poodle for a few weeks multiple times a year. I had to feed once a day and let outside. In addition, I have taken care of 3 dogs feeding them once a day. I have taken care of a cat and dog, cleaning the litter boxes and letting the dog out. Lastly, I have house sat/dog sat for an older dog that got fed twice a day. I have experience in house sitting for long periods while animals are present. On the other hand, I have a lot of experience farm and house sitting. This can sometimes include taking care of horses in addition to farm dogs and cats or just house sitting with an animal present. Since I am a college student, I have days that are busier than others, but I am always open to different schedules. My times won’t be the exact time everyday, but I can make it out to the animal everyday. I currently am a senior at Asbury University studying equine studies. I have always had a passion for animals and I would love to get more time helping others with their pets. I think animals are a beautiful creation and they deserve our love and care.

About: I’ve been a pet lover since I was a little girl, I’ve grown up multiple family pets and have watched dogs for family and friends when they are out of town. I am also a proud owner of an extremely playful miniature Bernedoodle. I love getting to meet and spend time with new furry friends and I can’t wait to meet yours! About: I have been around pets my whole life, but dogs are my favorite! I love them all, from puppies to the senior friends. I regularly care for my family dogs and I have experience caring for friends dogs and I have several regular clients. I have experience with puppy care and training, bathing, feeding, and administering medication. I also have experience with senior dog care nearing the end of life and all others in between. I have no trouble creating the special bond needed with most dog personalities. Dogs are truly our best friends! I play and exercise my own dogs daily. I understand the importance of keeping dogs engaged, healthy, and active. I do have a part-time job, but schedules are flexible given enough notice. I am so excited to care for your pup! I like to make sure the doggie is a happy, tired doggie when I do have to leave them. They love me and know fun is in store when I’m around. I play fetch and frisbee in the backyard and go on long walks around the neighborhood. If we can’t be outside I’ll play games with them indoors to challenge their minds and keep them occupied. Then of course there’s snuggle time together until they’re ready to nap or go to sleep in their crates or bed.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve grown up caring for pets of all sizes, from Yorkies to German Shepherds, and I currently have two Labradors who are very much part of the family. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and understand that every pet has their own personality, needs, and way of showing affection. I treat every pet like they’re my own. I am currently retired, so I have plenty of free time and would love to spend it with pets in need of care, attention, and exercise. I currently have two young labradors that are rambunctious and need plenty of exercise and attention. About: I have experience caring for many different types of animals, including dogs and horses. I grew up around horses and have my own Chihuahua. I’ve also cared for a litter of six French Bulldog/Chihuahua mixes and have dog-sat for family, friends, and neighbors. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was in high school and I’ve had my own baby for about 4 years! I have lots of experience with senior dogs! My own dog, Zeus, struggles with anxiety which can make him reactive at times. After lots of training, I’m confident navigating reactivity and anxiety! About: I've helped take care of dogs for friends and family since I graduated from college in 2016. I'm a thoroughbred jockey currently off riding due to injury, and apprenticing to become a dog trainer. I have multiple friends that train dogs professionally, my personal dog sees multiple trainers regularly, and I learn new things every day. From obedience to behavior to nutrition, I value all of the practical use, knowledge, and love I can apply to any dog I get the opportunity to work with! I'm a thoroughbred jockey currently off riding due to injury. I have a lot of free time now, and I've started to fill it by gaining as much knowledge and practice in professional pet and sport training for dogs and cats. Rover is a way I may be able to help out my community by applying everything I'm learning for pets and people that need someone that cares about their animals the way I've cared about animals my whole life. At home, I have two lovely house cats and one rambunctious puppy. My cats like their space and will ask for love when they want it. My puppy needs structure in his day to balance activity, learning, enrichment, and rest. I am more than comfortable providing the kind of care any client wants for their furry family members. Whether that's daily enrichment, getting out in the world, or learning an off switch at home. I'm familiar with excited jumping on guests and earning trust from nervous or shy animals. I have Ruffland crash tested kennels in my car and can provide enrichment and new adventures if requested! If you don't have a fenced area around your home, and you are comfortable with it, I do have 20ft long lines I can use so the dogs get a chance to be outside to play and do their business while also ensuring their safety. I've always been an animal lover, and now that I have free time in my life, I want to provide knowledge and time for other animals and their humans that need a helping hand.

About: I’m a certified volunteer handler for service dogs in training at 4 Paws for Ability. Sitters and handlers are trained to train, care for, and accumulate soon to be service dog puppies. I also have have experience as an overnight pet sitter for dogs of all sizes and backgrounds. I am comfortable with any breed and do well with pets suffering from anxiety. I just moved to Lexington to start my PhD program at UK and am excited to get to know the area. A lot of my work and research is done outside of class so little time will be spent away from your pups! It’s totally normal for your pet to get the puppy blues without you there. Some things I do that has often helped ease this anxiety is being available for around the clock care, doing some soothing activities like mat licking, and lots of belly scratches!

About: Currently I have a cat and I have had plenty of work taking care of other peoples pets, and even exotic animals :) taking care of your pet is my main priority! I am great with dogs and cats!! I have a super flexible schedule and I can work with with you to figure out what times are good with you! I am open during the week and weekends!
