About: I am currently a small animal veterinarian licensed in both Kentucky and Georgia, but have been in the veterinary medical field since 2009, starting out as a vet assistant. While I have enjoyed helping animals throughout my veterinary career, I have decided to step away from the long, demanding hours of clinical medicine in order to have a better work-life balance so that I can spend more time with my family. Pet sitting allows me to continue doing what I love, which is caring for animals. As a veterinarian, I have worked with all ages and breeds of dogs and cats, and I am comfortable administering medications, caring for senior pets, and supporting animals with special medical needs. Whether your pet is an energetic puppy or a senior with more in depth needs, my goal is to make every pet feel comfortable and loved while you're away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family members, and I will treat your pet(s) as if they were my own, providing regular updates, photos, and plenty of attention so you can have peace of mind and enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in experienced, compassionate hands. Whether you need drop-in visits, walks, or help with a pet who needs a little extra time and attention, I'd love to meet you and your best friend! As a veterinarian transitioning away from full-time clinical practice to create more time for my family, I now have the flexibility to provide attentive, reliable care for pets throughout the day. Whether it's walks, drop-in visits, playtime, or medication administration, I can easily build my schedule around each pet's individual needs. Caring for animals has always been more than just my profession, it's something I genuinely enjoy and look forward to every day. When caring for pets in your home, I strive to keep their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow your instructions closely regarding feeding, medications, walks, playtime, and any special needs to ensure your pet feels safe and comfortable while you're away.

About: I am a dog mom of two! They are my world, but I have never met an animal I didn’t like!! Small or big they are all special and need love!! I work as a caregiver in the evenings Monday through Thursday 3:30-10 and Friday 3:30-8. So I am available all other hours of the day. I also have the flexibility if I must to make a quick stop by during working hours if I need. I have a fenced in yard and two dogs who love making new friends and having play dates! I believe that the house is there home and they are welcome to sleep and lay on the couches and beds!!

About: I’ve always loved animals and have experience dog sitting and dog walking for family, friends, and others. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities—from energetic puppies to senior dogs. I have experience providing senior pets with the extra patience, attention, and care they may need, including helping maintain their regular routines. I’m also comfortable administering medications, including oral medicine, pills, eye drops, and other medications as directed by the owner. I understand how important it is to follow each pet’s routine carefully and make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention and work around their usual routines. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting and can be flexible with timing based on each pet’s needs. When caring for pets in their home, I always follow the owner’s instructions and make sure their pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I’m respectful of each home and pay close attention to doors, gates, leashes, medications, and anything else that helps keep pets safe. I want owners to feel confident knowing their pets are in loving and responsible hands, and I’ll treat every pet like my own!

About: I’ve been caring for pets from a very young age! I currently have 2 of my own. I adore animals and would love the chance to take care of yours! I go to school and work 3 days a week! However I will always be available fridays, Saturday, Sundays after 4:30, and most other days after 4:30! I can also do morning check ins before 9 typically! I will always introduce myself very calmly and extend my hand to say hello in a non threatening way! I always want your pets to be comfortable with me. I will also do anything extra the animal needs to make it feel safe and loved.

About: I've had dogs since I was three. I grew up with beagles but have owned a German shepherd, pitties and now an English bulldog. As well as an iguana, frogs, toads, parakeets and hamsters. Oh, and a pigeon. I've always been the one who had to save every living creature. Neighbors have brought me wounded yard creatures to try and save. Saved wild baby bunnies from a bad case of bloat. I've taken first aid/CPCR class. I can trim nails, bathe, walk, run, teach, snuggle and play. I really enjoy brushing them, it strengthens our bond and trust. I will keep them safe and love them like my own. I have cared for puppies to seniors. My animals tend to live long lives. I've never really met an animal I didn't want to kiss. I try to kiss every nose I see. I am a Air Force veteran and no longer work. So I can come to your pet anytime. Kids are grown and don't need me. I can care for your animals in your home. I also provide transportation, if needed. Leashes and car seat belts are a must for me. I have very few limitations, since I don't work a regular job anymore. Feel free to ask me anything. I look forward to making new friends and kissing new noses.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was little. We grew up with dogs and added cats to the mix when I was in high school. I’ve had several cats and dogs since then. Presently I have a two week on, two week off schedule. During my two weeks off I need something to do and pet sitting would both give me something to do, and allow me to have some dogs around. I’m a fan of walking so don’t worry about your puppets getting exercise! Pet care in my home is dictated by you, and enhanced by me. I’ll feed on the schedule you’ve set, but I’ve been advised by vets to let dogs have as much water as they want. So I’m happy with frequent yard time, or even walks if that’s necessary. With a fenced in back yard this is not a problem. And while I’m a sucker for puppy eyes, I’ll treat how you want as well. You also don’t need to worry about strong discipline. I will never hit or kick your dog.

About: My experience has been assisting my wife in caring for our animals while she is assisting in taking care of other people's animals through rover. It has been a wonderful and heartwarming experience meeting and bonding with so many pets with unique personalities. We have 1 male dog 1 female dog,1male cat and 1 female cat. I currently work at Sky Unlimited in Nicholasville Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Off Saturday and Sunday. Will be available in the evenings to service your pets needs whether it's walking, playing, or feedings in the Lexington or Nicholasville areas. I can also do more than 1 drop ins during weekends if necessary. Our house has a fenced in back yard with a home security system with cameras in the back yard, the living room and the laundry room. We have 2 gates in the living room. A shelf in the laundry room with adequate amount of dog and cat food. Multiple water bowels are placed near the kitchen and laundry rooms as well.
