She provided detailed updates about the Kitties and the work around them during each visit. She also provided us with pictures during each visit. She got a new toy to play with the cats. They got used to her in a very short time. Kelly also went above and beyond by helping us put our packages inside the house, putting out the trash bin for regular pickup, unplugging & plugging the router after internet went down and helping us in placing indoor cameras in the right spot after the cats kicked it off. About: I grew up with an outside-only farm dog. Though I loved other people's dogs, I had always considered myself more of a cat person. That changed when I relocated to the countryside and was adopted by the local stray. That relationship changed my relationship with dogs for the better. I consider it a great privilege to spend time with other people's companion animals, and am a very communicative sitter. I am happy to send regular updates, videos, and photos. I have limited experience with older puppies, and can care for them on a case-by-case basis. Fairly experienced with senior and geriatric dogs, and can give medication and deal with all the other issues that accompany aging and/or chronic conditions. I have cared for brachycephalic breeds, large herding breeds, small companion dogs, and everything in between. I am experienced with reactive and antisocial dogs, but will only accept sits where I feel I can adequately meet the pet parent's needs. I am employed full-time, with some weekday and weekend flexibility. I am mainly interested in sitting while traveling to locations other than my own, or when working remotely. I prefer to be an "on-call" sitter rather than having regular clients. In the home, I am very scrupulous with following instructions. I keep to the pets' schedules, feeding routines, exercise, and enrichment needs. When sitting I will generally be working remotely, so will be on-hand for plenty of companion time and cuddles.

I grew up on a farm with several animals, including common indoor/outdoor household pets such as dogs, cats, and bunnies. Over the last two years, I have been K-9 CPR and medical care trained due to my current position in healthcare. I am flexible and adaptable with dietary, crating, grooming, potty & feeding scheduling, and certain medical needs. This experience is about you and your pup, so please reach out about any specific information or details you’d like to request or share! On my free time, I spend it playing with my fur-baby, Bear, a german-shepard, husky mix or going outside. We both love going to the dog park & different mini adventures throughout the weekend! Need a weekend getaway or a mini vacation? Last minute scheduling conflict or emergency? Reach out! I’d love to take care of your fur-baby! Every week, I work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I am available extended weekends from Thursday to Sunday and am flexible with nightly schedule needs. In addition, someone will always be available at the apartment 24/7. Our wonderful apartment complex has a built-in dog park. In addition, there are several dog parks around the area where I take my own dog, Bear, to. Medication administration, dietary supplementation, daily routine schedules and crating needs are accommodated happily!
