Besides the cute pictures, Andy sent me a picture that showed Nate feeling relaxed. Frankly, I was glad Nate still wanted to come home! Andy understands dogs, has an appreciation for the variety of normal dog behavior, and really does love dogs. His daughter also really loves dogs. Although I found Andy through Rover, a mutual friend confirmed that he’s a dog lover and would trust him with her dogs. Knowing that we had mutual friends was literally an answer to prayer. Presently I have a two week on, two week off schedule. During my two weeks off I need something to do and pet sitting would both give me something to do, and allow me to have some dogs around. I’m a fan of walking so don’t worry about your puppets getting exercise! Pet care in my home is dictated by you, and enhanced by me. I’ll feed on the schedule you’ve set, but I’ve been advised by vets to let dogs have as much water as they want. So I’m happy with frequent yard time, or even walks if that’s necessary. With a fenced in back yard this is not a problem. And while I’m a sucker for puppy eyes, I’ll treat how you want as well. You also don’t need to worry about strong discipline. I will never hit or kick your dog.

About: I have taken care of many dogs ever since I was young, Ive had pet dogs my whole life, and I love loving on them I am a college student, on days I have class, I should be able to take care of the dog in between classes. On days I don't have class, I have much more flexibility to walk dogs and play with them and such. I'm happy to treat your precious pup however you want me to, I love sleeping with dogs in bed at night if that's what they are used to. I love giving them lots of belly rubs (and treats if it's allowed), and taking them on nice long walks.

About: When I was around four, I started to go across the street and cat-sit for this empty-nest couple. They were older, and so they wanted to travel more. The lady owned two cats, a Birman and an Oriental Shorthair. The lady used to take them to cat shows, and they were her most prized possession. They had grandkids to see and wanted to explore as many different countries as they could. They used to say, "Maggie, you are so convenient, and I am glad that you are here so we can leave and do things that we love more often." My mom never once told me to go and do my job. I woke up and was ready to go see Bootsy and Bella. They moved when I was 16, and I was their sitter until the day they left. I realized that for people to do the things they loved, they needed an easy, stress-free, and affordable sitter for their animals. Anyway, I started a show kennel for my Italian Greyhounds because of her, and now this is my full-time gig. I run a full-time boarding and daycare facility at my house. I am open for boarding and daycare 7 days a week. I own show dogs, and so I am home training and working on my websites while the dogs have multiple areas and an outdoor fenced area to play. I work on my computer for 3-5 hours a day and play with and walk the dogs while I rotate in between that. I take lots of pictures during the day and have an instagram that I post them on. The dogs rotate among the kitchen, the basement, and the outdoor enclosure. All dogs have access to water 24/7. The outdoor enclosure has a roof, and I run a fan when it is hot, in accordance with USDA guidelines. If the weather is bad, I walk the dogs or just let them play together in the basement or kitchen.

At the young age of 12, I started walking the neighbors' dogs and going to their houses when they were out of town to feed, water, and walk their pets. I am still very well connected to the veterinary world so if I am unsure of something involving my pets, I am able to reach out to get an answer pretty quickly. Over my lifetime of 40 yrs. I have a 1/2 acre that is fenced. I have 3 dogs- a Newfoundland, Black Lab, and a Beagle. All of my dogs are rescues. I know that I rescued them but as cheesy as it sounds, most days I feel like they rescued me. Each of them has their own personality, which I love. My dogs are usually always by my side when I am home. My dogs love to jump on the bed or couch and get snuggles. I also have 3 cats. All of them found us. I am especially comfortable taking care of older and senior dogs and adapting to their needs (ex. blind/deaf) and have lived with small to medium breeds. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was little. We grew up with dogs and added cats to the mix when I was in high school. I’ve had several cats and dogs since then. Presently I have a two week on, two week off schedule. During my two weeks off I need something to do and pet sitting would both give me something to do, and allow me to have some dogs around. I’m a fan of walking so don’t worry about your puppets getting exercise! Pet care in my home is dictated by you, and enhanced by me. I’ll feed on the schedule you’ve set, but I’ve been advised by vets to let dogs have as much water as they want. So I’m happy with frequent yard time, or even walks if that’s necessary. With a fenced in back yard this is not a problem. And while I’m a sucker for puppy eyes, I’ll treat how you want as well. You also don’t need to worry about strong discipline. I will never hit or kick your dog.
About: Apart from my good aura & energy, cats are drawn to my respectful boundaries & patience to let them come to me when they are ready. I have been cat sitting for so long that I am familiar with several types of litter boxes, toys, foods & signs. "My cat has never warmed up so fast to anyone" remains a common phrase throughout my entire life. I wake up and let my parents dog out, clean the litter box for their cats & then feed the fish in case my mother forgot. I also feed the dog in the afternoon (mom does morning) & the cats as well. Any help that is needed along with vet visits, fall on me since I am home more than anyone. I make sure that I am aware of any hiding spots in other peoples homes for cats so that I can check on them constantly even if it just means checking that they are still in the same spot. Cats, depending on playfulness, need attention & proper care. I make sure I set alarms or reminders if they need medication or special care from the owners. Watching tv, reading a book or cleaning are my favorite past times while I cat sit. If I need to be home all day with them, then I will entertain myself easily.
About: I have 2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant, and over my life I have had 2 dogs and 2 cats. I currently live with my adorable kitty. I love my cat so much and I would give your dog the same amount of care and love :) I am a college student and have class in the morning. On Wednesday and Fridays my day ends around 3:30 but the other days end between 10-12. Preferred to go into the client's home since I have pets myself. If you have specific requests for your animal, I try to abide by that as best as possible. With dogs, I prefer to always keep them on a leash outside if there is no fenced yard.

About: I have had a dog from the time I was 12 until I was 22! I know how to take care of all ages, from puppies to our beloved senior doggies. I’m in search for my new study buddy to keep me company while I do my flash cards! I am currently in medical school, and my class schedule is predictable but flexible. With a low amount of required activities, I am available to spend more time with your babies! I usually study from home, which means we can both keep each-other company :) I have experience in dog sitting and house sitting. About: Hi! I'm Audrey! I'm currently a stay at home mama, so my schedule is very flexible! I am happy to do a meet and greet with you & your fur baby before we get scheduled, please reach out if you have questions! I can't wait to talk to you! More about me: I grew up in a home with dogs from the time that I was a baby - I can't ever remember a time in my life where I didn't have a fur baby. I was first rescued by my dog, Kiah, when I was 13 years old. I currently have 2 dogs and 3 dog friendly cats (though these kitties stay in separate rooms away from the areas your animals would be). If you have an animal that needs shots, medications, or any special needs - I'm the girl for you; I have personal experience with my own animals that have needed shots, medicines, etc. For dog walking: I'm a stay at home mama so I have plenty of time during the day to stop in to see your baby! I can do anywhere between 15 minute walks to 60 minute walks. For doggy daycare or boarding: Still a stay at home mom - ha! This means I am home most of the day unless I am taking other pups on walks. My husband also works from home so there is someone here a majority of the time, unless we are going grocery shopping that weekend! We also have three dog loving teens! Our dogs spend a lot of time playing in the backyard and resting snuggled up on our couches. For dog walking: I love being outside - so spending quality time with your baby on a walk is important to me! I always make sure to have water accessible for your baby before/after a walk as well. On our walks, I'll make sure to have bags to pick up any bathroom needs as well! For doggy daycare & boarding: We are home a majority of the time, when we aren't home we always prefer to crate dogs that are crate trained that way they are able to stay safe! If they aren't, we are happy to work with you & see what you do with your baby when you're gone. We never leave two dogs that aren't familiar with each other alone in the same room either!
About: I’ve causally pet sit for my friends plenty of times and I am very comfortable taking care of dogs. I would love to be your pets bestie:) Right as of this moment I’m working part time so most of my shifts are 5hrs. Either 10-3 or 3-8pm. I will try to spend as much time as possible with your pet. I’m going to make sure they get some exercise in before I head off to work. I offer lots of cuddles and play ! I will make sure to keep your pet’s routine intact. Besides the cute pictures, Andy sent me a picture that showed Nate feeling relaxed. Frankly, I was glad Nate still wanted to come home! Andy understands dogs, has an appreciation for the variety of normal dog behavior, and really does love dogs. His daughter also really loves dogs.
