About: i have lived with pets my whole life both cats and large dogs. currently we only have cats but I feel comfortable taking care of low maintenance dogs as well. i live in a house with multiple cat and have primary responsibility for some of them including litter box cleaning, grooming, feeding, watering, all basic needs. I have established routines for meeting these needs on a regular basis. I have also lived with dogs in the past and have basic care knowledge on them as well When boarding cats i will provide a separate quiet space to allow for both interaction and privacy. When caring for pets in your home I will try to mimic your routines as much as possible although that isn't always possible.
About: I’m from the south so my grandparents would always have different animals in the backyard. We’ve even had a goat before! I’ve always been there to help family and friends with taking care of their pets. I’ve also had an internship at a hospital and I’m going into my 4-year on the pre-med track! I am currently an incoming freshman so I will be free all summer and I’m trying to find ways to fill up my extra time. About: My pup is a Catahoula Leopard named Kaya. She is deaf and trained with signs and gestures, and is calm and loving towards other animals and humans. I have had a lot of experience taking care, walking, bathing, and checking in on pets for my friends and family when they are out of town. I also have taken care of and given homes to a few furbabies or strays in need a new home. I have had dogs most of my life, including one that birthed two puppies that I took care of until they were old enough for their own homes. I have had 3 dogs that lived into old age that eventually needed extra love, care and medications so I'm practiced and patient and comfortable in helping any pet with their daily needs. About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, hermit crabs, various aquarium fish, and plants to the best of the owner’s instructions and rules. For over 10 years, I simply enjoy being around intelligent loving creatures as I hope they liked me. About: Growing up on a farm, care for dogs, cats, and other beloved animals is second nature. I was raised caring for the farm, worked in a dog kennel, have rescued two cats, and have dog sat, cat sat, and house sat for many friends over the years. I think quality time is imperative for our pets, so I make sure that they have plenty of time with me when their owners are away and prioritize their playtime and enrichment. For dogs, this means walks, playing with toys, or just hanging out (whatever your best friend prefers)! For cats, I reasonably lean in to their zoomies when they arise to help work off any energy, and then give them their space when they need it. I understand that everyone has different philosophies and concerns regarding their pets' care, and I make sure that my care matches the guidelines you have for your pet so their routine and care stays consistent even while you are away.
About: I had a dog for 9 years, training and taking care of him. My family and friends always come to me first to dogsit when they go on vacations so I have plenty of experience and love taking care of any animals. I just graduated from Penn State and hope to watch pets as I apply to jobs. I currently work part-time and can fit pet care very easily into my routine. In the client’s home I will ask and do whatever they want as it is their house and pet. I will closely follow their instructions and be respectful of how they want things done.

She has really slowed down & has difficulty holding her stool & urine. Nikki has completely embraced our girl. Absolutely wonderful experience. Everything went smoothly without any minor issues or concerns. We received regular check-ins with photos too. As other cat parents know, a stressed kitty equals hidden surprises in the home to clean up. There were NONE! We returned from vacation to happy kitties, excited to see us, but they were not stressed out etc This is how we know our cats were happy and content with Tiffany. We definitely would book again. Eric was incredibly flexible and kind enough to accept my very last minute request for taking care of Sookie when an unexpected overseas business trip popped up. I was surprised and very pleased when he coaxed Sookie out from her hiding place on his very first visit. The pictures that he shared throughout the week showed Sookie becoming more of a flirt with him, and I am certain she was totally enamored of him by the time I returned home. Five stars are not enough to show my appreciation, not only for the care and concern he gave my cat, but the way he calmed my anxiety about rushing the booking process. Fabulous experience!
