About: Many years of pets experience having my own pets and also pet sitting for family/ friends. I have 4 cats of my own who are my absolute world. One being a blind senior who does need guidance and lots of extra lovins. I love your pets as much as my own! I am a hairdresser of 15 years trying to phase out of the hair world and into the animal care world. With many years in customer service towards humans I’d now like to incorporate both. Caring for pets and also helping their family when needed. Always happy to do a meet and greet to make sure we are all a good fit! Hoping to connect soon! Currently I have open availability. My days are free and I’m willing to tend to pet needs in a pinch. Life happens and I’m happy to be available. I have 4 cats of my own who need care. They have litter boxes which are cleaned regularly. They are very healthy babies. My home is zen and calm just the way we like it here!

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 20 years and have experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, frogs, bearded dragons, anoles/geckos and fish. I grew up with pets and got my first dog at 18, which really shaped my love and understanding of animal care. Since then, I have raised multiple cats, including rescues and bonded pairs, as well as my Black Lab, all in a busy, loving, kid-friendly and family oriented home. I also have firsthand experience caring for senior pets and animals with medical needs. I currently have a diabetic cat who requires insulin injections and a cat with allergies who needs daily oral medication. My first dog, Cole, developed bladder cancer later in life and required ongoing home care, veterinary care, medications and extra attention. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, administering medications, and caring for pets at all life stages—from playful puppies and kittens to senior pets who need extra attention. I’m reliable, attentive, and treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m available for drop-in visits, walks, and overnight care, and I’m happy to tailor my services to fit each pet’s unique needs and routine. I work full-time as an educator, so I’m available before and after school hours during the week, as well as on weekends. My schedule is very consistent, and I’m home in the afternoons, evenings, and nights for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care. During the summer, I have much more flexibility and availability throughout the day, which allows me to provide even more hands-on attention and care. Your pet’s safety and comfort means everything to me. I care for pets in their own home where they feel most relaxed and secure, and I do my best to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I offer drop-in visits, walks, and overnight care, and I always take the time to get to know each pet’s personality, habits, and little quirks so they feel comfortable with me. “Gary is always on time and you can immediately tell he is a professional dog walker. He dresses and handles my 60 lbs. dogs like a true alpha. He makes sure to keep them safe while walking them. My mother-in-law drove by him while he was walking out dogs and she told me he moved them aside (there is no sidewalk) and paid attention to his surroundings. He knows dog behavior so he teaches me about them and why they do what they do. Hands down a true and reliable dog walker.”

On my visits, lots of individual time spent playing, treating, training and caring for your child. 30 minute minimum walking, playing fetch, brushing, and above all keeping in contact with the owner at all times. Send in lots of fun texts, pictures through your work day to ensure your pet is safe and with a doubt happy. When under my care I treat each animal with compassion and care as though they where my own. Ultimately looking for a few consistent clients to become part of my everyday business and bringing relieve to each owner knowing your pet is under the best care possible. Thank you. I’m currently working although with flexibility in my schedule I am can make it work to take time and care for your dog during the week/weekend. When I booked her for four-days, then had to cancel due to a change in circumstances, she immediately responded and helped process the refund. The one day that she took our dogs out for a walk, she walked them for a mile, ensured they had food and water, and she even helped mop up their accidents. When we came home to greet our dogs, they were much calmer than normal. I believe this is due to the time, attention, and care that Averi put into her duties. If we ever need a dog-walker, again, in the future, we will consider Averi first!”
