From our initial conversation, I felt extremely comfortable with JoAnn. She met Joey before I left and I could tell she loves animals and he loved her. While I was away, she eased all of my concerns by sending daily pictures and giving me an update. When I picked him up, he came to me for a quick pet and immediately went back and stood by JoAnn.
