About: I’m Sofie! New to Rover 🐾 I’ve been pet & house sitting (also babysitting) for a few years on my own and I’d love to meet your fur babies as well! Being around animals is a big part of my life. I grew up on a farm with dogs, cats, chickens, horses, sheep, and more!! 😂🐾💕 I can work around your needs, whether that’s walks, drop-ins, or overnight care. I work part time as a behavior technician and have a flexible schedule. As a pet parent myself, I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your furry family member. I share my life with my cat, Diego, and my dachshund, Leo, who keep me laughing every day. I’ll always follow your pet’s routine, respect your instructions, and make sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable while they’re in my care.

About: I am experienced in a wide range of animals ranging from cats and dogs to reptiles, fish and rodents. I live in a home with two huskies, two cats, two snakes and tend to multiple fish tanks in my home. I also have pet sit for a number of years in a home with 4 small dogs, one cat and two chinchillas! I also would like to note that one of the 4 dogs is handicapped and uses a wheelchair so i am familiar with handicapped pets and would be willing to learn and adapt my care however they may need. I am working part time but my hours are flexible so i am able to pet sit generally any time of the week and would be happy to discuss what times work best for you! My dogs at home have an electric fence and go out whenever they would like but also get walks in and i would be happy to take your pet on a walk. The other family i pet sit for has a fenced in yard so their dogs can also go out as they please.

About: I can take your dog on a short walk or can take your dog on longer walks such as hiking or going to the beach where they will get lots of exercise and/or socialization if needed. You won’t have to worry if your furry companion is lonely or bored when they are in my care! I love getting to know each individual dog and will cater to their specific needs. I have previous experience house sitting, dog walking, and making drop-in visits from my own business I started. I have a B.S. in Equine Studies, which has given me knowledge of basic small and large animal health, nutrition, diseases, and care. I have my own 2 year old Lab mix named Rory so dealing with puppies or energetic dogs is no problem for me! I can also provide longer visits at the home for those families who are away long periods of time during the day and want their furry friends to have a few hours of socialization. I offer this at a specialized rate, for about 2-3 hours at a time.

About: I've loved 3 dogs well into their old age over the last decade. I have always had a love for animals and have been blessed to be able to care for so many over the years. I understand how hard it is to leave them behind while on vacation, or worry about them while you're at work. I would feel better knowing someone like me was around to care for my friends when I'm not. Cash discount! I work from home Mondays and Fridays and am free on the weekends. I also only work until 3pm. This schedule leaves me plenty of time to care for my own fur friend, and yours! I have a modestly sized apartment that is very welcoming to furry pets. There's lots of grassy space for sniffing around outside and long walks.

About: I grew up with multiple dogs in the house from little Poodles to Great Danes. While in college my roommate got a dog for the house and we all pitched in. I also took time to foster dogs in the area will they found their forever homes! I am currently in nursing school part time, so I have a lot of time on my hands to care for your doggy’s. I am available Monday and Tuesday after 1 and throughout the rest of the week I’m free at all hours. Every pet is unique and requires different levels of care and attention, I am very open to learning about the needs of your pets to give them the best experience possible!

About: I have a lot of patience for animals and I love entertaining them, whether that’s playing with them or going on a long walk. For the younger ones, or ones that just have more energy, I would love to run them and keep them in shape. I am super flexible this summer, aside from a few weeks of travel, so whatever works for you works for me. My main priority is going to the gym, but other than that I’m all yours! Whether it’s feeding, walking, brushing, playing, or simply snuggling, I’m always giving my full attention and affection. Also, I think mental stimulation is often overlooked in animal care so I try to incorporate fun games and activities.

About: I work at a vet office and have many animals of my own. I have taken care of many animals and have a lot of skill. I can medicate animals if needed, I have worked with all age ranges. I work odd hours, so there are many openings in between those. Just let me know what you need and I can try to figure it out! I have a variety of animals at home. I have been raised with an assortment of animals. I will be careful with your animals, give medication as needed, and take care of their daily needs. My full time job is taking care of animals in a hospital setting, so taking care of them in a setting where they are comfortable is even better! I am also fear free certified

When I was too busy for a full time foster, I’d take the local shelter dogs on walks for a shelter break! Currently looking for a full time position, so my schedule is super flexible! It’s also crucial to me that I leave your home in the condition I found it, with no mess left behind!

About: Ive taken care of my best friends dog Tucker , he is a very adorable golden retriever , and ive taken care of him by walking him, feeding him , and sleeping with him. I love giving him lots of belly rubs , cuddles , and of course kisses. Secondly Ive taken care of my boyfriends two dogs named Mabel and pebbles, they are both small dogs, and ive taken care of them by walking them , feeding them , and sleeping with them as well. Lastly I love dogs so much , I would do anything for them. Dogs love the safe calm energy that I always bring to them , which always makes me very happy because I will always give dogs the love , and tender care that they always deserve because dogs are very important , they are family! Im currently working part time right now , so I will have plenty of time to play with lots of dogs , and of course puppies!! Which im very very excited about. Near my complex I live around the corner from a park where I would take my old dog. I can take your dog to a park so that your dog can socialize with other dogs , puppies , etc (if requested). Lastly I will make sure that your dog will be on a leash the whole time , and to make sure that your loving dog will have plenty of water no matter where we are.
