“Many pet daycare facilities close between 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm, so I looked on Rover.com to find a pet sitter who coud watch my dog later than that while I went out to dinner. I was glad to find Sarah. Sarah was very friendly and I felt comfortable leaving my dog with her. Her home looked like a very nice environment in which pets could happily play and rest. I would leave my dog with Sarah again.”

“I almost hate to review this true gem! Linda will puppy sit one dog at a time which is great for my people-friendly, dog-hesitant fur baby. Her love of pets is so very apparent the moment you meet her. What a truly great find.”

“Candace was a great sitter for our dog! She took wonderful care of him while we were out for the day and made sure to give us updates with photos. It was his first time with a sitter but she bonded so well with him that he would have been happy to stay with her longer! We would have absolutely no hesitation in using her again when in the area and would give her 10 stars if that was an option!”

“Katie (and her family!) are the BESTESSESSESS!! This was the first time we left our puppy with a stranger or ever used Rover so I was a bit anxious. She did a meet n greet with us to relieve some nerves. She sent pictures every day. Each day Riley went she was pulling me out of the car tail wagging running to the front door. I'm so grateful for Katie, we were able to enjoy our vacation and know our puppy was safe and being loved on!!!!”

“If I could give a 10 Star Review to Brenna I would! I was traveling and unexpectedly had to find a sitter for my dog Ralphie. Brenna had great Reviews, a home and fenced yard, and reasonable rates. I was thrilled with the entire experience...her beautiful, clean, welcoming home, her calm sweet demeanor, her flexibility and her excellent care of Ralphie. Even allowing him to sleep on the bed at night. Brenna is a Gem! I will plan my next trip to Inverness and bring both my dogs to Brenna. Thank you for such a positive and wonderful ( unplanned) experience Brenna!”
“Erica was very amazing with Sadie !!! Was Sadie’s first time away from her human Mom and Erica didn’t hesitate to step up and offer to take her for the afternoon. Sadie did well and I am very happy to have met Erica. Comfortable knowing next time I come to town I have a safe place to leave my pup. Thank you so much Erica for your kindness.”

About: hello, my name is Corey. I'm retired Air Force. I was a dog handler in the Air Force. We currently have babies of our own and know how difficult it is to find a sitter and would be more than happy to meet you and your babies to see if it would be a good fit to give you peace of mind so you too can find time to get away. Very happy to sit all types of dogs. Am used to special diets and administering medications. I am a retired air force dog handler and have raised and trained and taken care of animals my entire life. I am used to taking care of animals with special needs and requiring medications at feeding times. Depending on what the customer is requesting, I can take care of the pets in their home. As a retired air force police officer, you can rely on safety and security and feel comfortable, allowing me into your home
“Totally forgot to leave this review, but when work or family events come up where we can’t bring our pup we are so using this Rover again! Their kids loved Sunny and asked we bring him back again and we so will. Probably best Rover in town! 🐶”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover with hands-on experience caring for my own dogs and family pets, including puppies, seniors, and dogs with medical needs. I offer in-home sitting, drop-in visits, walks (even if it’s just for a couple of hours), and boarding for small dogs. I treat every dog like they’re part of the family — with lots of playtime, attention, and love. What sets me apart is the level of care and comfort I provide. I have a large, fenced backyard where dogs can safely run and explore, and I’m always happy to stick to your dog’s routine, including medication, feeding schedules, and special instructions. Whether your dog needs active play, a calm companion, or extra senior support, I make sure they feel safe, happy, and at home. I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time to pet care. I clean Airbnbs only once or twice a week, usually on weekdays, so most of my days are free for dog sitting, walks, drop-ins, and playtime. I’m home often, which means your dog gets attention throughout the day — not just quick check-ins. Weekends are usually wide open too, so I can easily take last-minute bookings or longer stays. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, I provide a clean, pet-friendly environment with a large, fenced backyard where dogs can safely play and explore. I always supervise outdoor time and make sure gates and doors stay secure. If your dog is used to a crate or needs one for sleep or safety, I’m happy to follow your routine — I can crate as needed or keep them free-roaming if that’s what they’re used to. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely, stick to the dog’s normal schedule, and respect your space as if it were my own. I make sure food, water, meds, and exercise are always handled correctly, and I keep you updated with messages and pictures so you feel fully at ease while you’re away. Whether in my home or yours, I treat every dog with patience, attention, and love — like they’re part of my family.

About: I've taken care of animals my entire life. Cats, dogs, birds, iguanas, ferrets and a few farm animals too. I was involved in an animal rescue group for several years, fostering many animals who had health issues. I firmly believe that all animals deserve love, shelter, safety, and food. I fall in love with almost every animal I meet! When I'm taking care of an animal, they get a majority of my attention and affection. I do some work from home so it should blend well. I like to meet with the owners and pets a couple of times before to be sure the animals are familiar with me and learn any important information for each pet. I try to follow the owners routine so that the pets are not confused.

About: Since I was 10 years old, I’ve been nurturing dogs. I offer positive reinforcement techniques, overnight stays, dog walking, feeding, administering medication, and providing companionship. I used to own a Frenchie bulldog named Pluto who enjoyed going on walks, fetching, and tug-of-war. I loved his puzzle feeder which was great for helping him slow down on eating. Pluto and my baby brother had the best bond ever so that is the reason why I gifted him to my baby brother and boy was he the most exciting baby brother ever that day. My new fulltime job is working as a home health aide, and my new work schedule is Thursdays-Sundays 7a-7p. My cousin no longer lives with me to help me with dog sittings so I will do the sittings only on Mondays-Wednesdays. I gave Pluto's toys to my baby brother so that he could still have them, so I no longer have any toys at my home anymore. No matter where we are your dog will always be in a loving, positive, and fun atmosphere. I will make sure your dog is fed, hydrated, exercised, clean, safe, and HAPPY. I also do light housekeeping while I'm dog sitting in your home.
About: Hi, I’m Taylor, a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and needs! I offer boarding, walking, and house-sitting, and specialize in everything from puppy energy to senior snuggles. I’ve worked with repeat clients over the years and am comfortable handling structured routines, medication schedules, and special dietary needs. My late senior dog Jake, who passed in July 2021, taught me just how rewarding it is to give older pets the comfort and compassion they deserve. On the flip side, I’ve also fostered plenty of puppies, and currently have a 5 month old pup of my own named Spur! I know how important it is to keep them active, consistent, and safe as they grow. Cats are a big part of my care experience too – I’ve bottle-fed kittens and cared for elderly cats needing daily medications, ear drops, special foods, and that gentle, patient touch only a true cat person can give. Whether it’s a game of fetch, a long walk, a quiet cuddle session, or just keeping things calm and consistent while you’re away, I’m here to help. I treat every pet like my own, with love, attention, and respect for their unique personality and needs. I'm working from home with pet-sitting, photography, and marketing jobs! I am very flexible in terms of travel and overall availability. Early mornings, afternoons, nights - I'm your gal! I have a big yard with many in-ground leads for the dogs to play safely without escape! My other two (very kind) fur babies will keep them company while they're away from home. While we do have cats, they are very independent creatures and usually reside in one room of our home. Easy to shut off for those who don't love felines!
About: I have trained and owned dogs of all different sizes. I have had a dog since I was a little kid and have ALWAYS been so connected with animals. Animals have emotions and can feel when someone is nervous with them. I love everything from my rescue bull mastiff who sadly passed away to our current mini Whoodle who is an absolute ball of energy. I will love and care for your pup like it’s my own. Plenty of cuddles and reinforced training according to your style. I recently started attending school to become a vet tech and want to make my career caring and loving for all the animals! I am married and my wife loves dogs just as much. If they come stay with us they may not want to leave ;) if you have any questions or just want to chat about specific needs you may have, please reach out. I’m very responsive.
