I had a last minute emergency creating the need for a dog boarder for a holiday weekend on the Thursday before the holiday for my nervous nilly dog. I found them in my Rover account. They had a space for my dog and let us come over that same day for a meet and greet. My nervous nilly dog showed me right away how comfortable she was there. I loved what I saw and booked with them right away. Over the weekend, my fur baby was allowed to do the kinds of things we let her do at home - snuggle up on our chairs with us, sleep in our bed, etc. In addition to their fenced-in back yard, they went on daily walks and played in the house with their dog and 1 other that was also there for the weekend. I recieved photos and I could tell my dog was having a great time. When I picked her up yesterday I could quickly see that she was not stressed at all from this new last-minute situation. I give the credit to JoAnn & Chris for making my baby feel loved and at home in their home in our absense. I will absolutely book them again! They were awesome!!”

About: I’ve been living with dogs my whole life and I love all kinds of pets! I have experience with all ages and sizes of dogs and cats except bottle-babies. I am a certified dog trainer and formerly worked at an animal rescue as the behavior manager. This has provided me with experience with dogs and cats of various temperaments from a variety of situations. I also offer private dog training and other pet services through my private business. My work schedule is pretty flexible so I can make time any day of the week to work with you and your pets. For dogs in boarding, I always make time throughout the day for plenty of playing, physical exercise, mental enrichment, and relaxation. I have experience with a variety of care requirements including special handling for animals of different temperaments, walking and exercising dogs with behavioral issues, preparing specialized diets, and administering medications that I am confident in applying to your pet’s needs. While boarded, each dog has their own space to sleep, eat, and otherwise relax without being bothered by other dogs in the home. This can be a crate or puppy pen depending on what is the best fit for the dog. This is also where the dogs stay while I am out of the house to prevent any incidents between dogs. During the day, the dogs have the opportunity to spend their time inside or outside. There are plenty of toys and beds inside for some playing or relaxing. Outside, they have a fenced-in acre to run, explore, and roughhouse. The dog-friendly pool will be ready for use in April 2026. It has a 8x16ft sun shelf to allow for lounging in shallow water and a ramp for easy access in and out of the deep end. It is screened in to prevent anyone from slipping in unnoticed. For days that don’t allow for much exercise outside, I have treadmills to burn energy for dogs that are comfortable with them and plenty of puzzle feeders to keep their minds busy.
About: I have had dogs and cats before and used to work in a building taking care of over 50 dogs and cats at one time. I really enjoy animals and was in veterinarian school for alittle bit I also used to watch neighbors pets for a week at a time while they were away I will feed walk play and bathe your pets as well I am currently a stay at home mom of a 3 month old little girl I live to be outdoors and have a bike trail in the back of my house I am a household with a 3 month old but I do have a cat currently who is the most sweetest thing. I was involved in an animal rescue group for several years, fostering many animals who had health issues. I firmly believe that all animals deserve love, shelter, safety, and food. I fall in love with almost every animal I meet! Even chickens! When I'm taking care of an animal, they get a majority of my attention and affection. I do some work from home so it should blend well. About: I have had dogs most of my life and volunteered at a large shelter back in St. Louis for more than 10 yrs. I walked dogs, took them on enrichment trips, fostered them and helped at the shelter by just cleaning and doing laundry. I loved all the different dog personalities and tried to do anything that would make their life better. I would love to take care of dogs now that I'm retired and will also be volunteering at the local shelter here I'm retired and my dog recently passed so I'm craving dog time. With no dog i now have more time to dog walk I am available to dog sit or walk but live in a small rv so dog boarding might be tricky though I'm willing to try. I am really quite a home body. I do a lot of crocheting. The only time that is not negotiable is the first and third Saturday 7:00am to 2:00pm of each month when I try to sell my crochet items at the farmers market. The pets are happy on my bed or sofa I am a loving sitter. I follow client instructions to provide the best care possible. I do potty breaks every 3-4 hours and I keep the pets hydrated. I work from home. I have plenty of time to be with your pets. I love to serve and will follow your instructions. I am disciplined and responsible. My home is free of smoke and make sure to have a clean and safe environment at all times. You can be sure that I will treat your pets like family.
About: i’ve also had dogs of my own and have dog sat for some close family friends & family i love dogs and cats any animal really im currently working full time at a middle school and i do work 7:30-2:20 if youre not okay with your baby being alone for almost 8 hours please do not request to book with me, i do dogsitting as a side hustle but my main income is from the school i do not have the opportunity to not do that. but i will do my best to care for your furry friend the hours i am there and once im off work ill be free to provide that care, i am off on weekends i can provide over night supervision to your furry friend, walk them and do drop ins often, i am currently in college for nursing and i need part time work. i am trustworthy and reliable

About: Growing up , I have owned every type of pet . Cats , dogs anywhere from shi-tzus to St. Bernard’s , rabbits , hamsters , snakes and tarantulas. I go on 4 mile walks/runs about 3 -4 days a week and happy to take your pet along for a walk or run! I’ve taken in many pets , such as those who have needed senior care , pets who were deaf and or blind , and pets who were rescued. I have 3 years of paid experience working with animals ! I’m currently in school virtually full time so I guess you could say I work from home ! Im able to fit any walk routine , any potty schedule , and any drop bys if needed ! I have a fenced in back yard! I also have a spare room for any animals I board ! When visiting clients homes I send updates and pictures if needed !
