About: Hi, I am an avid animal lover and used to volunteer at animal friends. I dog and turtle sit for a family friend when their away and I also used to cat sit for a lady with several cats and watch my friends cats when she's away. When I pet sit, I'd go and give the animals clean water, play with them, give them food, for cats change their litters, for turtles let them walk around outside their cage for enrichment for dogs I either let them out in the backyard or take them on walks. I am a firm believer in staying and giving as much of my attention to all animals for as long as possible and treating them as if they were my own pets. Pay rate is flexible. About: Since 2019, I've worked as a Behavior Care provider at a local animal shelter, an experience that has deeply shaped how I approach animal care. Working closely with so many different animals taught me that each one is truly an individual—with their own personality, needs, and way of seeing the world. I approach every animal with curiosity and understanding, meeting them where they are rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. My training includes behavior care, medication administration, and exercise protocols, along with Karen Pryor clicker training certification in positive reinforcement. I lead with empathy and a genuine love for animals in everything I do. I've also been pet sitting for the past six years, primarily with dogs and cats, though I welcome the opportunity to care for all kinds of animals—I'm a lifelong learner with a deep love for anything animal-related. Outside of animal care, I bring a diverse professional background in clinical oncology research, patient care, advocacy, and navigation. That said, some of my most meaningful time is still spent with our four-legged friends. 🐾 I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to be fully present and attentive to the animals in my care. I work remote and have a lot of flexibility throughout the week to accommodate any type of schedule. I am available early morning midday as well as evening and late night. Each animal and each environment is different so I lead with good communication on how each family desires their home and pets to be cared for.

About: I have a bit too much time on my hands and love animals. I've cared for dogs and cats for many years as a volunteer. I'm a complete pacifist and have too much love in my heart not to share it with more animals! I work part time in retail so my schedule is very variable. What's great about that is that I have availability all day some days! However, i don't have weekends off. I will treat your place with respect and cater to your pets' needs. They will be very loved and entertained. I don't offer my home for services.

About: Throughout high school, I dog sat multiple times for people in my neighborhood. I have been around dogs and cats my whole life including owning my own and constantly being around my family and friends pets. I just graduated college this May, and I’m 22 years old. I’m currently enrolled in Saint Francis University’s Physical Therapy program. I’m home this summer for my clinical rotation. During the week, I’m in the clinic throughout most of the day. My weekends and mid afternoon on Fridays are completely open to hangout and care for your pups. By July 11th, I will be available all days of the week. Home/ Drop-in visits: I provide drop in home visits 3 times a day for when you and/or your family is on vacation. They range from 30-60 minutes each time depending on your preference and price. These consist of potty breaks, play, and cuddle time with your pups. Walks: I come to your house. These consist of 20-30 minutes walks with your pup to stretch their legs and get some exercise while you are gone for the day or working from home! Daycare: This service includes your pup staying with me for the day while you are at work etc. and can’t tend for your pups needs. I only take one dog at a time for this service that way your pup can get my undivided attention!

About: Before Rover I didn’t have much experience with dogs if I’m being honest. The only experience I had prior with a dog was a baby pitbull and that was for about a year. That being said, despite the lack of experience I had, I have gained more experience from caring for dogs on Rover. My love for animals in general is why I am open to continue learning. I will still provide the same love, care and affection for a dog as I would a cat. My daily and weekly routine is very open for pet care. I am currently on maternity leave so I have lots of availability throughout my days. I treat them like their family and not strangers or “just for the money type of thing”. If the client has special requests as far as how they would want their pet taken care of, I would follow those requests and update the clients along the way.

About: I am a student who is looking for a fun interactive job and way to make money. I have a dog at home and have always been surrounded by animals and have previous animal care experience. I am a Graduate of Kent State and with such a flexible schedule I am needing some work while at home. I love all breeds and types of dogs. Big, Small, old, young and all. I also will do cats. I really just enjoy the presence of animals and will go the extra mile for them ( haha literally I will walk them for miles...) About: I have taken care of neighbors’, family’s, and friend’s dogs plenty of times before, from small to big dogs. I am very attentive to detail, so I will be able to care for your dog’s individual needs. Most recently, I have cared for a miniature schnauzer puppy, a black lab puppy, and two mid-aged mixed breed dogs. I have additional experience with doodles, king cavalier spaniels, dauschunds, pitbulls, and pugs. I am currently studying to take my physical therapy board examination so I will my schedule is flexible. I am not working at the moment, but hope to get a full-time job after taking my examination at the end of July. A part-time job may be added in the near future. I am willing to feed them, walk them, play with them, let them out to the bathroom, and clean up after them. Whatever they need, I will willingly provide for them. I can easily crate your dog if needed and spent my last semester away at college lifting a lot at the gym, so there need be no worries of the dog walking itself. I enjoy being outdoors when the weather is nice, so if that’s something your pet also enjoys, I am glad to spend time outdoors with them. If they are more the indoor, cuddly type, I am to accompany them in that as well.

About: I’m from LA, where I worked for a dog hiking service where we started each morning with a group hike, came back home for daycare, and boarded dogs overnight. I love all dogs, big + small, and know how important it is for them not just to be well taken care of, but happy!
