(Updated January 2026) Hi! I'm Faux, a 20 year old artist and full time pet caregiver. I have grown up with high energy dogs in the house my whole life. I had a Pitbull mix for 11 years, and currently have a 5 yro Doberman! My grandma has raised service dogs, which I’ve been around and helped train. I am very comfortable with big dogs with big barks. Don't worry if your dog is nervous or scary, those are my favorites! I also have a lot of anxiety- I'm more comfortable with dogs than people a lot of the time!!

I am extremely passionate about animal comfort and safety. I am well versed in dog social cues and can adapt easily to any sort of routine with food, medication, potty breaks, walks, etc. Your pet will not just survive, but thrive with me! House Stay Information My stay includes: Only leaving for other rover jobs, 2-3 hours a day Staying overnight and your pup is welcome to sleep with me! Feeding and medication however many times a day necessary Taking out trash and bringing in mail Refresh water every day Lots of play and treats! Drop In Information Your drop-in includes: Staying for at least half an hour, or if requested at least an hour Cleaning litter boxes Refreshing water Snacks/meals Medications A walk outside or hanging out in the yard Information of if your pup or kitty peed, pooped, drank or ate Taking out trash and bringing in mail Lots of play and treats! Walks Information Your walk includes: A 30 minute sniff walk at your dogs pace (between .5 to 1.5 miles) Avoiding other dogs and people unless told otherwise A map of where me and your pup went Information if your pup peed, pooped, drank, or ate

This is the third time we have had Faux watch our dog, Geo and the longest stay yet (1 week). Our dog is like our child and I was so nervous to trust anyone other than a family member to watch him while we are gone— however, Faux is communicative, obviously loves and cares greatly for animals, and leaves my mind at ease. Geo seems to feel safe and happy with them which is the best outcome I could hope for! I would recommend Faux without hesitation and am so happy we found someone going forward!
Faux was great and took good care of my English bulldog. The communication was wonderful and I felt my dog was in great hands.
I cannot recommend Faux enough! She took absolutely wonderful care of my cat. Beyond the standard routine, she was more than willing to go the extra mile by handling both oral medications and injections with great care and patience. Her professional attitude and dedication gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I will definitely be booking with her again!

Schedule
I am doing pet care on Rover full time! The only time that I'm unavailable would be things like appointments, rare vacations, etc. I have my own car and am known for coming during storms and tornados to make sure pets are okay! I am super flexible with my schedule but usually I wake up around 9 am and go to bed around 11, but I've gotten up at 4am for dogs no problem!
