“Cassie was great with pups and cat. My older dog is nervous around new people but she warned up really quickly to Cassie. She had great communication and sent lots of pictures.”

“Daisy was so great with my pets! We have a young puppy who is not always the easiest to handle and she was very patient and understanding. She gave so many updates on how the pets were doing and went above and beyond! Definitely would use her again in the future 🙂”

“Eleanor was great! Would definitely work with her again. She was willing to come the day before to meet my dog, brought in a package that came, and sent us pictures while we were gone. She took great care of our dog by taking her on an extra long walk. She also had great communication through the day letting us know when she got there/left. She did amazing!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs and cats my whole life and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I started walking neighborhood pups in high school and cared for pets throughout college. I’ve trained several of my own and now have a dog of my own, too. I’m all about long walks, belly rubs, and yes, I’ll run with your high energy dog if that’s what they need! I’m great with multiple dogs at once and always bring the love, patience, and play. Hi! I’m available most days with some flexibility around my schedule. I’m unavailable Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 7–10 AM, but I’m happy to work with and adjust when possible for check-ins or walks. I’m also unavailable Wednesday evenings from 6–9 PM. If you have specific timing in mind, feel free to reach out—I’ll do my best to make it work for you and your furry loved ones. When caring for pets in home or outside, their safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I take time to understand each pet’s needs, from feeding schedules to favorite napping spots or walking routes. I’m experienced with anxious or shy pets and always move at their pace, offering calm reassurance and space when needed. I’m also comfortable administering medications if required. I treat your home with respect and keep things tidy and secure. You’ll get regular updates, so you always know your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.
“I have nothing but amazing things to say about Marie!! She looked after my 2 girls for a week while I was on vacation. I had never used a pet sitter before so I was quite nervous but Marie made sure to send pictures and updates multiple times a day. I would hands down recommend Marie to anyone looking for a pet sitter!!!”

“Shannon is the greatest sitter! She is so kind, sweet and loving. Shannon house sat for me and took care of Roxy for an entire day. She helped me when I was in a pinch! Roxy and I had a successful meet and greet with her the day before. Roxy loves her! Shannon gave me both picture and text updates throughout the day. She really had to navigate Roxy's nuances and personality since it was their first sit together and Roxy has separation anxiety. When I came home Roxy was very happy and not in distress which shows me that she had a great day. I will definitely be booking Shannon again!”

“Jayden took good care of our two pups. We were worried to leave our 6month old but when we got back she was happy as was my older pup. Jayden was on time and very good with communication as well. Highly recommended her.”

About: I have extensive experience in pet care, including fostering both well-behaved and troubled dogs, rescuing and transporting deaf dogs, and organizing neighborhood doggy dates. Additionally I provide pet sitting for family and friends, and participate actively in the local pet community with my two beautiful dogs. As I establish myself here on Rover, I am happy to accommodate the needs of your pet and family. Open communication is a must for reliability and for the best care of your furry friend! As we start this journey together, I would prefer to care for you dog(s) in the environment they feel most safe in. Any further services may be discussed as needed.
About: As a college student from Imperial Beach I bring patience, good vibes, and reliability to every pet I meet. From playful puppies to senior dogs I provide loving, dependable care. I have had hands on experience with a wide range of dogs from walking reactive pups to handling big, strong breeds. I've cared for senior dogs by taking them on gentle daily walks, and I helped raise a young lab from puppyhood to adulthood, learning how to feed, give medicine, play, correct behavior, and provide the exercise every dog needs. I bring patience, reliability, and love to every pet I meet. I am currently part-time at Southwestern College on Mondays and Wednesdays, so I'm looking to fill my time with something productive and fun when I'm not stuck studying. Mondays and Wednesdays in the mornings are my only free times those days. I can provide services from early morning till dusk any other time. In the times where I cared for pets in Client's Homes, I have made sure everything is clear of danger for their fur animals, and made sure they were well fed, had water, and playful stimulation. I would also clean up their potty areas if necessary (like excessive poop in backyard). I've also had experience dealing with coyotes on dog walks, I've made sure a flashlight was on me the entire time and that my client's dogs was tracked, had their collar with owner's info, and a short leash. I would carry a stick with me to scare it off sometimes with noise. Otherwise, would usually avoid danger times for coyotes by servicing my walks in the mornings and throughout the day. (Depends on the area my client lives in)
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and am extremely passionate about their care and well-being. I volunteered at a veterinary clinic over the summer, where I gained hands-on experience working with dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Family and friends regularly trust me to feed, walk, exercise, and dogsit their pets, and I always treat every dog as if they were my own. I’m reliable, patient, and safety-focused, and I’m comfortable following specific routines or care instructions, including basic medications if needed. I also prioritize clear communication and love providing updates and photos so owners feel confident and at ease while they’re away I currently have a part time job and am going to school as well but would love to spend my extra time with your pups! My job is flexible and can work or adjust around any vists! mon-wed school 11-3 work is flexible and varies by week I care for pets in their own homes so they can remain in a familiar, comfortable environment. I carefully follow all instructions provided by owners, including feeding schedules, walks, routines, and any medications. Safety and trust are always my top priorities, and I make sure each pet receives plenty of attention, affection, and care. I also respect my clients’ homes by keeping everything tidy and clean at all times.

About: As a trained Veterinary Assistant, Mobile Groomer and life-long animal lover, I offer more than just a walk; I offer peace of mind. My home is run by two beloved terrier mixes—a spirited 5-year-old and a 14-year-old senior who are the light of my life. My personal experience caring for a senior dog, combined with my professional medical training, makes me uniquely qualified to care for pets who need a little extra patience, precision, and love. I currently work at home and make my own schedule, so I will have plenty of time to care and have playtime with your furry family. My approach to pet care is centered on "The Three Cs": Comfort, Consistency, and Communication. Whether in my home or yours, I treat every pet like a VIP-Very Important Pup!

Would definitely be utilizing her services in the future. We would highly recommend booking with Jackie!”

“Anjelica was great! She was very communicative providing updates throughout my trip and responsive when I reached out. My dog and cat were obviously very well taken care of. The house was in great shape when I returned. You’ll be glad you booked with her!”

About: I have experience taking care of animals other than cats and dogs. I've owned reptiles most of my life so if there's a reptile I need to take care of as well, that's also something within my skillset. I'm home nearly all day, every day so any pets with separation anxiety, medical issues or puppies are not a big deal for me to handle! I have a fenced in yard and a dog who is selective so a planned and brief meet and greet is a must before seeing if boarding services will work
“Emma was a lifesaver! She jumped on a last minute request to take care of my dogs and spoiled them with love, cuddles, and care. She kept me updated the whole time, which really put me at ease, and treated them like her own. My dogs were so happy with her, I’ll definitely be booking again. Thank you Emma!!!❤️”

I would totally recommend Eleanor! It was my first time having a dog sitter and she was excellent. My husband and I were worried about leaving as we just moved here but Eleanor made everything a breeze. She took great care of our dog and sent updates multiple times a day! Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely book with her again!

Jaime is my girls’ regular sitter for drop-ins. This was her first time staying overnight with them and she was amazing as always! Bailey and Celeste love Jaime! She has been a much needed and special person in our lives. She’s very understanding of the life of a Sailor, for which we’re very grateful. Thanks, Jaime!

Clarissa took great care of our standard poodle, Butters, for 10 days at our home. She did an amazing job with Butters. He’s a very picky eater, but Clarissa was able to get him to eat by trying different strategies! He’s also a puller when he’s walked, and she was able to control him. Clarissa is very kind and responsible. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
