Today I'm a dog mom to Coco, so I know how much trust it takes to leave your pup with someone. I keep routines consistent, follow your feeding and medication instructions exactly, and send photo updates so you never have to wonder how they're doing. I work a full-time consulting job with a flexible, project-based schedule, so I open bookings by date rather than every week. When I'm available, your dog gets my full attention—no hours alone in a crate. My Rover calendar is always kept current, so if a date shows open, I'm truly available. I'm happy to do a meet & greet before any first stay. My home in Webster Groves is a quiet house with a fenced backyard, and the landscaping was planned with dog-safe plants. I host one family's dogs at a time, so your pup is never in a crowd. My dog Coco is a 30 lb mixed breed who is gentle and easygoing with other dogs—she'll play for a bit, then happily nap and give your pup space. She's a little shy with new people, so meet & greets are relaxed and low-pressure. I require a meet & greet before every new stay, walk on leash only, double-check gates and doors, and keep your vet's info and an emergency plan on hand.

About: I used to have two dogs: a German Shepherd and a Pug. I also had two cats. My friend took them in when I moved and I still get to see them regularly. They were the most loving dogs and cats I could have ever asked for. I love animals and will treat your pet like it’s my own! I work from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM on weekdays, but I’m always available after work and on weekends to take care of your pet. I can provide your pet with all the attention they require. I reside in an apartment with ample outdoor space, but I’ll take them for walks whenever necessary.

About: We’re a husband and wife duo who share a love for animals and their personalities. We strive to make every fur baby feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I, Mariah, grew up surrounded by cats, dogs, and all small critters in between. Nathan and I have our own Sphynx cat for the past 3 years and our dog for 11. We know firsthand that every fur baby has their own unique personality, needs, and quirks! Our dog and cat both require medication and extra attention. Our cat has a heart condition which has given us valuable experience administering medications and providing specialized care. We understand how important it is to have someone patient, attentive, and knowledgeable looking after your baby, especially if they need a little extra TLC. In addition to caring for our own babies, we’ve been doing house visits for both dogs and cats through Rover for around 4 years, and we absolutely love meeting every single one of our feline guests! Whether your baby is playful and adventurous, shy and cuddly, or happiest lounging in a cozy spot, we want them to feel right at home while you’re away. As a team, we work together to provide a loving, attentive environment where your animals individual needs and routines matter. We know pets are family, and we’ll treat your precious fur baby like one of our own! Mariah currently works full time outside the home while Nathan works a hybrid schedule but his work allows him to work from home when needed. Both have a flexible schedule that allows for care of pets at any time of the day. We just bought a new house that we have a leash setup for our dog since the yard is unfenced. If this is okay for your animal we can set them up this way as well but if not we are open to anything that would work better for them. We are big on safety in and out of the home. If the dogs for some reason do not get along they are able to be separated since our house is large enough to do so. Our neighborhood is incredibly dog friendly and safe. If we are coming to your home or we are welcoming them into ours, we will gladly follow any instructions left for us to ensure that the fur babies are comfortable and safe.

About: I'm 31 years old and have been taking care of cats and dogs since I was a teenager. Not necessarily in a professional setting, but I have years of experience pet sitting for my friends and family. Walking, bathing/grooming, training, administering medicine, etc - I can do it all. I currently have 1 dog and 1 cat of my own + tons of extra love/time on my hands during the week for your fur family. Ask me anything, I'm an open book! I have the most availability Saturday/Sunday evenings and Monday - Friday in the afternoons between 3 PM - 8 PM. There are a few week day mornings that I will have available starting at 8 AM (depending on when I get scheduled to work my other job) I live a block away from Tower Grove Park and will happily take dogs there to get some steps in! I have a backyard that is not fenced in, so they will be leashed if taken out back to go potty. There is a large crate here if that's ever needed. They are welcome to lay on my couch and bed, but there is a dog bed available as well + plenty of toys for them to chew and feel right at home with.

“I don't have enough words to thank Ursula and her husband for the wonderful care they provided for our dog, Cocoa. They sent me lots of pictures every day, which gave me peace of mind and showed just how happy and comfortable Cocoa was in their home. She also seemed to really enjoy the company of their dog. I could tell Cocoa was well cared for because she was actually sad when we brought her back home from Ursula's house! I was looking for someone who would treat her like a member of the family, and I was a little nervous about leaving her there since it was the first time we had ever been apart. However, I can confidently say that Ursula and her husband cared for Cocoa as if she were their own. I am so grateful for their kindness and dedication, and I will definitely be using Ursula again in the future.”
