Before our departure date, Morgan came by (arriving on time!) for a tour and run-through of our pets' behaviors, meal times, and idiosyncrasies. She was magnificent! She kept us informed of what our two cats and Rhodesian Ridgeback were up to, how meal times were going, etc. She frequently sent photos, which enhanced our sense that all were having no problem with a new person in the house.
