My experience also include helping a breeder with puppies and mother care. Recently, I pet sat a sick dog whose family had already booked their vacation. I feel like pets like my calm and loving demeanor 😊 I enjoy the flexibility this profession allows and I love the outdoors. About: I am a huge animal lover- I currently have a few cats and dogs (high energy Belgian malinois and huskies), as well as a dozen quail. Previously, I’ve had multiple birds, turtles, fish, and chickens! I am extremely experienced with all types of caregiving and love doing it! I regularly take my dogs to fast cats, any outdoors activity like paddle boarding, runs most mornings, etc! I have extensive experience dealing with dogs with various medical issues. One of my dogs was diagnosed with a severe case of Addison's disease, requiring daily medications. My other elderly dog has frequent seizures, so I am confident in my ability is caring for special case animals. I am available for sitting, walking, or overnight boarding at any time, any day! I have completely open availability including late nights or early mornings. Safety is the most important thing- I carry my own pet insurance that covers more than just rover's. While on walks, I do not allow dogs to meet other strangers or animals in any situation. I always carry spare leashes and an air horn.

“Vizslas are notoriously aloof and skeptical with new people. Moose is also currently in his angsty tween stage. We had a few previous meetings and greets where he decided he wasn’t a good match with the prospective dog walkers. Jordan arrived on time dressed both professionally and appropriately for a first meeting and walk with a high energy dog. She took the time to introduce herself, meet and bond with Moose, and was very easy to get along with and knowledgeable about not only working dogs but also the Rover program itself. She immediately put both myself and moose at ease. She spent time in the back yard playing fetch with him (he tends to make you feel like you’re an automatic tennis ball thrower) and then took him for a nice walk. She quickly learned his hand signals and Dutch and English voice commands. He was very disappointed to see his new friend go and is looking forward to his next adventure with her- as he has been missing his daily runs with me and now has a new awesome exercise buddy! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!”

About: I grew up with both dogs and cats, so I’m very comfortable with them and can happily accommodate their needs. I’m ready to help out in any way that I can, and my schedule is very flexible! My schedule is extremely flexible, I’m never away from home for more than a couple hours at a time, so your pet will get lots of quality time and attention. I have a fenced yard so your dog will have lots of space to play, but will always be leashed and supervised. There’s also a dog park down the road from me for additional playtime and social time if your pet prefers! The house is already pet-proofed and dogs are welcome on the couch and in the bed.
