From the onset of the experience, it was all very professional -- Karla came to do a meet and greet with the dogs at home and was so thorough in her questions and gauging of my comfort level, I instantly felt at ease. Both her and her partner were very warm and very low pressure about actually booking with them, even though they had taken time out of their days to meet with me, but I immediately knew I wasn't looking further than them.
