About: I’ve pet sat my friends animals, and they’ve had so many! Senior dogs that have accidents and have behavioral issues. Exotic pets, of many kids. Every morning, I fill the cat and water bowl in my room, weekly I clean the bowls. For my dogs, whenever my parents don’t feed them cause they are out, I feed them and fill their water. I brush their coats, and try to give them baths every few weeks or so! However the pet parents would like, but I care for what is best for their health. I understand each pet is different and needs different things. I can bathe the animals depending on behavior, my right leg doesn't haven't as much feeling since surgery and cant handle a lot of big pressure.

We offer the most unique experience for your pets, allowing them to have their own getaway when you have things come up in life. Whether that is planned vacations or when life likes to kick you down, we are here to offer a boarding experience like no other. My family and I have always owned dogs; I grew up with them and trained them all my life. Our family is also part of a rescue. So what better way to use our land than to also take care of other people's dogs! We are located in the northern part of Alamance County. We offer 98 acres of land with several walking trails next to a flowing creek, a clean and swimmable pond with a shallow area, a gated outside area with separate runners for the cool days with a nice breeze, and an inside area with luxury crates equipped with barn doors and beds inside of them for all of our furry visitors to relax and feel right at home! Here at our farm called The Retreat, we want your pet to have their own getaway while you have your own getaway! Currently, we are usually available 24 hours a day for your pet. I work from home as a bookkeeper and as a Realtor, so I’m usually here working from home unless I’m running to show a home. While I’m out, I have my wife and the rest of my family to cover my spot until I return. So, your pet should always have someone here to care for them! Here, your pet will always have someone to care for them throughout the day, so you can trust they are in the best of hands. We also understand that it’s a lot of land, so we offer clip-on air tags for your dog's collar while they stay here for extra safety and surveillance. It is our goal for our furry guests to have a safe and stimulating environment at all times during their stay!

About: I’ve been petsitting for dogs and cats ever since I was younger for family friends. I’m currently studying Animal Care Management and Technology in college. I love all sorts of animals and love caring for them! I have experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes and personalities, including taking them on walks, feeding and giving lots of attention! I am dependable, patient and committed to making sure every pet feels comfortable and loved while their parents are away. Right now I dogsit for my job! About: I grew up living with dogs and have consistently dog/house sat for friends and family for over a decade. I'm a recent PhD Graduate on the job hunt, so I can spend the days with you dog while working remotely I've pet sat throughout the past decade while working and during graduate school. I'm currently searching for a job, so I have plenty of time to spend with your dog during the day I prefer to care for the dog in the client's home. Your dog is already missing you, they will feel more comfortable with me if they are at home

About: I have been taking care of different types of dogs since I was young. Friends, family and others have relied on me to walk, feed, and watch their dogs over night in their own home. I’m currently working part time and I am a part time student, but they are different days so I have plenty of time with your pup or pups! I am free for walking, playing, and watching dogs in your home when it is needed. I will follow any instructions you give to me to safely walk and take care of your animals in your home or neighborhood, this includes backyard, front yard, and anywhere else I am given permission to take your dog.

About: Most of my experience is with dogs of friends or co-workers. I generally keep their dogs at their place where they are most comfortable and take them out frequently for walks/runs or whatever they'd like to do. So long as the dog is house trained and not on the "forbidden breed list" at the apartments I stay, they are welcome to my home too. I've sat a Pointer/Dalmation mix, Maltese mix, Shepherd mix, Chow Chow, Boxer, Cane Corso, and 2 Weimaraners in the past. My fulltime job is a nurse, and I only work 36 hours a week. I don't really consider pet sitting or walking a job because I love dogs so much. Just looking to make some extra income and maybe start my own business someday. I have a laid back personality and dogs tend to take to me immediately or at least stay true to their breeds. Chow Chow was my brother-in-law's dog who barked at me a good 3-4 times before she knew I wasn't a total stranger. Bothered me none.

About: I have grown up with dogs and have been blessed by being able to love on my friend’s dogs through my college years. I have worked with puppies all the way to senior dogs! I would love a walking buddy :) I currently work three twelve hour shifts a week, so the four days I’m off, I can spend with your pup! I love to go on walks around the neighborhood, so your pup can come along with me! I don’t have a yard, but live in a large neighborhood with lots of sidewalks for walks! There are also lots of parks near me, so we will be able to run around!

About: Pet care plays a significant role in my life as I am working as a veterinary assistant and am actively pursuing an Associate degree in Animal Care and Management. My job allows me to directly impact the well-being of animals, while my studies deepen my knowledge and skills in providing top-notch care. my passion for animal welfare shines through as I balance work and education, creating a fulfilling and purposeful routine. By dedicating myself to pet care both professionally and academically, I am not only enriching my own life but also positively impacting the lives of the furry friends I encounter. On my days off from working and school I would love to offer my services to pets and their owners. Knowing they’re with someone experienced in pet care is super important. Since my pets are mostly farm animals they Free range their pastures. Although I do have a dog and his name is max. Max has a huge yard to run around in so im never too worried about him having to go on a walk he just runs around in our fenced in yard. max gets his daily exercise in as he is a small breed dog.

About: Worked with Dogs and Cats both young and old. Along with a small range of farm animals like chickens and goats. Additionally I have works with some more unique pets like chinchillas. I have also done some house sitting off and on for a few years. Currently working part time over the summer so have more than enough time at all times throughout the week. I am free pretty much 24/7 all day every week but tend to like one day notice of booking. I have a small back yard that’s fenced in and more than enough space both within and outside my house. I also can let them out, feed, play, whatever they need if ever or whenever you would like me to go to your house.
