About: From the smallest to the biggest! I have always been surrounded by dogs all my childhood to current. I love animals & enjoy catering to them. I currently have 2cats & 1 dog Pet care fit in my daily due to availability is open. I can care at your home or mine If a sleep over is needed it has to be in my apartment. My personal pets (cats) are in a separate room. All pets are indoor unleashed & stay in the living room with myself & when taken outside all must have leash. Every pet has their own feeding bowls & space Every one gets walked after every feed or water intake All pets get walked before pickup time

We offer the most unique experience for your pets, allowing them to have their own getaway when you have things come up in life. Whether that is planned vacations or when life likes to kick you down, we are here to offer a boarding experience like no other. My family and I have always owned dogs; I grew up with them and trained them all my life. Our family is also part of a rescue. So what better way to use our land than to also take care of other people's dogs! We are located in the northern part of Alamance County. We offer 98 acres of land with several walking trails next to a flowing creek, a clean and swimmable pond with a shallow area, a gated outside area with separate runners for the cool days with a nice breeze, and an inside area with luxury crates equipped with barn doors and beds inside of them for all of our furry visitors to relax and feel right at home! Here at our farm called The Retreat, we want your pet to have their own getaway while you have your own getaway! Currently, we are usually available 24 hours a day for your pet. I work from home as a bookkeeper and as a Realtor, so I’m usually here working from home unless I’m running to show a home. While I’m out, I have my wife and the rest of my family to cover my spot until I return. So, your pet should always have someone here to care for them! Here, your pet will always have someone to care for them throughout the day, so you can trust they are in the best of hands. We also understand that it’s a lot of land, so we offer clip-on air tags for your dog's collar while they stay here for extra safety and surveillance. It is our goal for our furry guests to have a safe and stimulating environment at all times during their stay!

About: I’ve pet sat my friends animals, and they’ve had so many! Senior dogs that have accidents and have behavioral issues. Exotic pets, of many kids. Every morning, I fill the cat and water bowl in my room, weekly I clean the bowls. For my dogs, whenever my parents don’t feed them cause they are out, I feed them and fill their water. I brush their coats, and try to give them baths every few weeks or so! However the pet parents would like, but I care for what is best for their health. I understand each pet is different and needs different things. I can bathe the animals depending on behavior, my right leg doesn't haven't as much feeling since surgery and cant handle a lot of big pressure.

About: I’ve had animals of many kinds from tiny to huge growing up. I’d normally house sit for family and friends until I decided to join the Rover crew. I enjoy house sitting as I’ve realized pet are usually more comfortable in their own homes. I have the ability to bathe, walk, feed, and of course play with your pets! I am a part time college student doing majority of my classes online. For the time being my schedule is an empty open book waiting to be filled! I have a huge soft spot for making your pets the happiest they can be while they are with me! If they enjoy the car, cuddling up for a movie, stores, parks, or even just being in the backyard you name it and I’d love to make it happen! They will always be my #1 priority and will be in the best hands.

About: I have taken care of my friends and neighbors pets countless times while they were away. I have also owned two dogs since I was twelve so I'm really great with pets! I am currently a college student so I have lots of flexibility with your pups! I will make sure your dogs get the best care ever! Although, I am not able to care for pets in my own home I can take care of them in yours. I enjoy going to local parks and being outside so I would love to be outside with your pet.

About: I have been a fur mom since I was about 12 years old and have experience with all kinds of pets, including reptiles, chickens, hamsters, Guinea pigs, birds, & chinchillas. I also use to work at a pet store doing pet care which involved lots of handling, cleaning and keeping a healthy environment for the animals. I am currently self employed and I make my own schedule so I am flexible with my availability. Mondays and Thursday are more flexible but I have time on the other days of the week as well. I’m clients homes I would give your pets the attention and lovin’ that they need and make sure that they are always safe. I will keep clean after them and make sure that they are cared for as if they were my own.

About: I have grown up with dogs and have been blessed by being able to love on my friend’s dogs through my college years. I have worked with puppies all the way to senior dogs! I would love a walking buddy :) I currently work three twelve hour shifts a week, so the four days I’m off, I can spend with your pup! I love to go on walks around the neighborhood, so your pup can come along with me! I don’t have a yard, but live in a large neighborhood with lots of sidewalks for walks! There are also lots of parks near me, so we will be able to run around!

About: Dogs have been a part of my life from a very young age! Not only do I adore them as companions and life-long friends, but I feel that they deserve the same respect and care we would grant to any other family member. I have engaged in a huge range of pet-care, from training energetic young service-dogs-to-be to walking senior pets towards the end of their lives, some with cancer or in end-of-life care. Each dog is an individual who means so much to me! I have administered medication, pottied puppies who need to get their energy out, walked big and small dogs, ranging from very calm and easy-going to anxious or even reactive. No pet is too much for me! I personally own a rescue who needs special care and attention, and understand the anxiety of putting your beloved friend into someone else's care. Every dog has quirks that I cater to. Having been around service dogs and dog-training for a majority of my life, I have real-life experience with how to read cues and body language, and how to keep a dog safe in any situation. It is my hope to make you feel the utmost comfortable and in control when finding someone to take care of your little one! I am a student with a light spring-semester workload and work part-time. My mornings are very free for any walks or check-ins needed, as well as throughout the day (lunchtime, dinnertime, and so on). I am available for overnights during the weekends or even weeknights! My schedule is very flexible and I am happy to accommodate with clients to ensure pets are getting the attention they need. It is vital to me that both pets and clients feel comfortable. When coming into your home, I always make sure I have properly communicated how to keep your pet safe. If I am walking them, how can I expect them to react when seeing people or other pets? In your backyard, what behaviors should I expect? I am on alert for any odd behaviors and update clients with pictures or videos daily should they want them! Furthermore, I am always careful to read pets' body language to ensure I am not overstepping in their home and that they feel comfortable with me. I also am happy to meet with clients before beginning care to learn about their home and their pet's needs.

About: I have been taking care of different types of dogs since I was young. Friends, family and others have relied on me to walk, feed, and watch their dogs over night in their own home. I’m currently working part time and I am a part time student, but they are different days so I have plenty of time with your pup or pups! I am free for walking, playing, and watching dogs in your home when it is needed. I will follow any instructions you give to me to safely walk and take care of your animals in your home or neighborhood, this includes backyard, front yard, and anywhere else I am given permission to take your dog.

Max has a huge yard to run around in so im never too worried about him having to go on a walk he just runs around in our fenced in yard. max gets his daily exercise in as he is a small breed dog.
