“Nathan is a great walker. Since the meet and greet, Phoebe(my dog) and him got along together very well. Nathan was very understanding of phoebe being scared of the city noises during her walks and he even helped taking her out the building which we appreciate very much. He communicates very well, follows instructions to the dot and is very playfull with phoebe. If I didn’t have a permanent walker, I would’ve totally kept him. I recommend Nathan 💯”

“I can’t say enough good things about Dominick! When my usual walker had to cancel unexpectedly, he stepped in without hesitation and completely saved the day. Not only was he incredibly responsive and reliable, but my dog instantly took to him—which says a lot, because my pup can be a little picky with new people! Dominick kept me updated with photos and detailed notes, and went above and beyond to make sure my dog got the care, attention, and exercise she needed. It gave me so much peace of mind to know she was in such great hands. I’m so grateful for the flexibility and genuine care Dominick brought to the table. Truly a lifesaver—I highly recommend!”

“Luis is an excellent walker! He is a great communicator, always came on time, and handled my dog with great care. I would definitely recommend his services, as he is extremely committed and goes above and beyond!”

“Marin is absolutely incredible! She is highly communicative, so there is never a surprise with anything related to her service. She took great care with our little Chuchi. She was sensitive to his needs and accommodated his adventureous spirit. We are very protective of your little guy and with Marin, there was never a doubt that he was in great hands. Marin is our go to person to care for Chuchi! If you hire her, you will not regret it!! Thanks a million Marin!!!!☺️😌”

“Alex was great with Quinn. She showed up on time great communication and Quinn had a lot of fun with her. She brings her puppy on the walk with her as well so Quinn had a buddy. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.”

“Chenelle is excellent and Beau looks forward to seeing her when she arrives. She is prompt and courteous if I happen to be home when she arrives. I would highly recommend Chenelle as responsible, dependable and trustworthy.”

About: What sets me apart is the depth of love and care I bring to every animal. I’m pet CPR and First Aid certified, and I have over 9 years of hands on experience caring for my beloved bulldog Bear, my roommate’s dog Lily, and a friend’s cat and her kittens while babysitting. Bear passed away last year, and caring for other pets again feels like a meaningful way to be around the love and companionship I miss so deeply. With me, your pet isn’t just watched, they’re truly cared for like family. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I take my college classes 100% online, giving me a very flexible schedule. I’m home throughout the day, which allows me to give pets consistent attention, frequent check-ins, walks, playtime, and companionship. Whether it’s cuddles, feeding, or structured outdoor time, I’m able to fit their needs into my routine without rushing. Having pets around actually brings balance and joy to my week, so caring for them becomes a meaningful part of my day, not an interruption. I care for pets with the same love I gave my own dog, whether they’re in your home or mine. I follow routines closely, keep their space clean and safe, and provide regular updates. I believe pets need both mental and physical stimulation, so I make sure they get a balanced mix of exercise, play, affection, and calm companionship. My goal is for every pet to feel secure, engaged, and truly cared for.
About: I’ve taken care of young puppies with energetic personalities and senior fur buddies with special needs. All are given love and care from the heart. Additionally, I have an eight year-old pug who is my best friend and I always try to make sure that he is included in everything I do. He is also a senior dog, so I always try to make sure that his diet and health is my top priority. He knows that he can trust me whenever he is feeling down or happy, and I plan to provide the same love towards your pup! I'm a 22-year-old grad student at Lehman college studying speech pathology. Most of my classes are at night, allowing a lot of daytime to spend caring for fur babies. I love nature walks and spending time with my pug (my best friend). In my home, I have a senior pug who is loving and stays in his world but will keep your furry friend company. My family is also loving to all animals, so extra love will be guaranteed in my home. When it comes to your pet's needs, I take pride in following instructions and specific because I value health and I would like others to do the same with my beloved dog.
About: Hello, my name is Cynthia and I am an educator and a huge animal lover, and have experience caring for dogs since a young teen. I have previously owned two chihuahuas and two German Shepards. I almost adopted a lovely lab named Newt, but it didn’t work out for us so I am currently dog free. As a dog lover, I provide a loving, safe, and fun environment for them to enjoy by taking them on walks, keeping them clean, and spend time playing together. As a person, I am jog, love to play with dogs, walk through parks, and read books. I’m looking forward to helping you care for your beloved animal. Thank you. I available and at home full time now. So just a head up is preferred. I have no other dogs so your dog will have my full attention while we are together. You pet will have access to my living room and access to a park. Ideally, I can walk you pup every 4hrs, but please let me know if they need a potty break more frequently.
“Very good job taking care of Echo and be flexible with times to walk him. Kamryn is receptive to advice about the dog and seemed to be excited to interact with him during walks.”

About: I’ve always had a natural connection with animals, and they tend to trust me quickly. I’ve cared for many different pets over the years, including dogs, small animals, and birds. I successfully home-trained my rabbit and hand-trained and hand-tamed four parakeets, helping them feel comfortable and bonded with me within their first week at home. I’m very patient, calm, and attentive, which helps pets feel safe and relaxed in my care. I make sure all pets are fed on time, well cared for, and given plenty of love and attention. I also have experience caring for my godsister’s and cousins’ dogs, including a beagle and a dachshund. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I truly believe every pet deserves kindness, consistency, and genuine care. I have a rabbit named miffy, a parakeet named Beaky. I feed and water them everyday as well as charge the litter box of my rabbit as I trained him to learn to do his business in his litterbox. I also help my disabled neighbor walk their dog whenever nobody is home I always prioritize safety, comfort, and trust when caring for pets in my home or a client’s (or neighbors) home. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I take time to build trust with every pet, allowing them to adjust at their own pace. I keep environments clean, calm, and secure, and I make sure pets are supervised, well-cared-for, and given plenty of attention and affection at all times.
About: I've had many pets in my life, I've raised 3 dogs and have two cats. I've given basic training to my cats and given senior care to many a dog. I'm in school virtually so I have a lot of flexibility within my schedule and am open to traveling for services. Owning cats also allows me to be free in case of emergencies (they are really understanding). My railroad style apartment was decorated with two frisky kittens in mind so my place is pretty tamper proof. It's easy to isolate them from the rest of the space when (or if) introducing guests and easy to navigate for them with adequate space for play/sleep/snacking or whatever their little hearts desire.
About: I’m loving and caring and I love animals, I am very responsible and a big pet lover to every and all kind of animals. Dogs are so cute and I love kittens and cats. Never taken care of a cat but there’s always a first. Your best friends will be taken care very well and loved every day, I’ll send you pictures of them throughout the day so you won’t go crazy nuts without them haha. I am currently working part time, so I have all the time for your lovely dogs. I will love and care for them as if my own babies. I have a big apartment the dogs can happily run around and sit where they like. There are no rules for the baby’s they can do what makes me them happy
“I’ve used Carmen few times, she was able to walk my dog Jasper in a short notice. Also one time she wasn’t able to make it, she was able to offer a refund, which I appreciate. I would use her again as she is communicative and easy to work with. Thank you!”

Hunts Point dog parents share their Rover experiences
Lainey has been absolutely amazing with our dog, Zuse! She has been a total lifesaver, often making herself available on short notice, which has been a huge blessing for our busy schedule. We love her, and more importantly, our fur baby loves her too. If you are looking for someone trustworthy and caring, look no further—you will love her just as much as we do! Why we recommend Lainey: Reliability: Always there when we need her, even last-minute. Bonding: Zuse took to her immediately. Peace of Mind: We know our pup is in the best hands.

Em was absolutely phenomenal. I needed a last minute dog walker for Nacho and she came through in a huge way. She was able to meet up with me prior to get the details and meet my little guy. Right from the start I knew nacho would be in great hands. I will definitely be booking her again and recommending her to others!

Chenelle was great with my dog Beau Badger. She was reliable and consistent. Beau Badger would perk up every time he knew she had arrived. I had fractured my ankle, unable to walk Beau, so her dependability meant everything to us. Thanks again Chenelle. You can have this evening off. Enjoy your Thanksgiving Holidays.
