“I’m so grateful I found Cara. My husband was away for a few weeks leaving me to care for our 4 dogs and 2 cats solo. I’ had Cara come by every day for an hour to help me out and it’s been so nice getting a little relief. She’s great with all of the animals and I know they love her by how excited they get to see her. I trust her fully with their care and I can’t recommend her enough. Plus she is extremely punctual and communicative. Finding a reliable sitter is everything.”

“This is the 2nd time we have booked Dawn and she is nothing short of amazing. She took great care of my beloved cat, Bao. She was very communicative and responsive. She was punctual, sent pictures and text updates right on time! We highly recommend Dawn and will definitely book her again should the need arises!”

“Damacia did a wonderful job checking in on my dog, and on short notice. They arrived promptly and did everything that we asked. Based on the photos we received, our dog had a great time with Damacia, especially for meeting for the first time.”

“Kayla was great, hung out and played with my cat and made sure everyone got fed & meds! She even washed the food plates instead of sticking them in the dishwasher. Thanks, Kayla!”

“Ruby loves Allison! We appreciate her prompt communication and attention to detail. She brings in my packages, searches for missing treasure Ruby has buried in the yard. Highly recommend!”

“Mark always goes the extra mile to make sure our dogs are well cared for and loved. When an ice storm hit while we were out of town, he ensured that the dogs received the care they needed. So appreciate how he’s thinking about our dogs like his own.”

“Did a great job stopping by our home and checking in on our cat, feeding him and giving him a treat every day, and sending us a picture. Our cat was in a way better mood being able to stay home instead on going to pet boarding!”
About: I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, from young puppies to large breeds, and I’m confident handling a wide range of needs and personalities. I’m comfortable administering medications and following detailed care instructions to make sure every pet stays healthy and safe. I also have experience with basic puppy training, helping reinforce good habits and routines. What sets me apart is my patience and understanding, especially with dogs who have separation anxiety or need extra reassurance. I take the time to make pets feel comfortable, secure, and loved while you’re away. I treat every dog like my own, paying close attention to their behavior, energy level, and individual needs so they get the best care possible. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I make it a priority to give each pet the time, attention, and consistency they need. I'm reliable, responsive, and committed to being there when you and vour pet need me. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I have a spacious three-floor condo that gives dogs plenty of room to move around and feel comfortable. I also have a friendly six-year-old dog who gets along well with other animals, helping visiting pets feel more at ease. My two daughters are gentle and respectful with animals, adding to the loving environment your pet will be in. I live in a great area for walks, so your dog will get plenty of exercise, fresh air, and attention throughout the day. About: I’ve been a pet parent for years, so I totally get it—leaving your fur baby behind is tough! I’ve spent plenty of time caring for the pets of family and friends, so I’m a pro at helping a nervous pup or kitty feel right at home. I’m a big fan of getting outside, so if your dog has energy to burn, we’ll hit the local trails to make sure they’re tuckered out and ready for a long nap. I also have hands-on experience with diabetic pups and am fully comfortable administering insulin injections, so your senior or special, needs friends, are in safe hands with me! Currently working part time, so I have a flexible schedule during weekdays and weekends. I am looking to ger outside more so I look forward to the pup walks. I have a fully fenced-in yard with plenty of grass and shade trees, perfect for afternoon sniffing and exploring! Plus, I have two dog-friendly cats who are totally unfazed by pups, making this a great spot for socialized dogs to hang out and relax.
“Shannon was wonderful with our pets. We have a very wacky dog that she was so patient with. She paid attention to all of our cats, and even got our most shy ones to let her pet them. She was careful and attentive to our Crested Gecko as well. She provided thorough updates every visit, and the pictures made us confident our pets were being well taken care of. We would absolutely book Shannon again to care for our family while we’re away!”

“Erica provided drop-in visits for my two pups, and I really appreciated the thorough updates and photos! Our dogs were definitely comfortable around her and I look forward to booking her again!”

“Katharine was fantastic! She watched Winston for a few days and took great care of him - making sure he got plenty of walks, had everything he needed, and was well looked after the entire time. She also provided thoughtful updates, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. I highly recommend her and would absolutely trust her with Winston again.”

“Kay was a wonderful sitter for my three cats for my last minute trip out of town. The photos and notes she left in her reports made it obvious she was paying attention to each of their very different personalities and preferences and that even my very human-selective older cat was comfortable with her. If she is available, I will absolutely hire her again.”

“Teresa was excellent with my large, often anxious, cat Sherlock. Upon my return I found a happy Sherlock with none of the usual stress symptoms. Teresa also communicated frequently and sent photos of all the snuggles and other antics Sherlock got up to each day. It was great to see my cat happy while I was away!”

About: Hello! I am a SAHM to a little boy born in May 2025, and have spent my life loving on animals, always having pets in the home and taking care of neighbor dogs. My little one will often come with me, as his dad travels for work, but he remains in a carrier during our visits and is used to our three dogs at home. We currently have 3 wonderful rescue doggies ranging in size from 11-100lbs that I love with all my heart and would love to spread some of the care to your sweet pet. I am a brand new mom and have availability to work around my newborn’s schedule. I work part time on Mondays and Tuesdays as a virtual therapist, so those days are sometimes more full to work around. Due to my little one’s schedule, I am not usually available for visits past 7:30pm! I think it is so important to make your pet feel comfortable with me and the environment. I will always take their lead for what they need whether it be space to process a new person, or lots of cuddles and play.
Huguenot pet parents share their Rover experiences
We have hired Ann as our dog sitter several times now, and she impresses each visit, from handling the basics to going above and beyond, like adjusting routine when she observes something different or unusual from previous visits. She provides adequate summaries and, at times when we needed to reach her outside of our agreed visit times, she got back to us promptly and with no fuss. She is very responsible and trustworthy, two key attributes we want and need from someone taking care of our furry loved one.🐶 We would definitely hire Ann again!

Damacia was absolutely wonderful with my dog. Easy to work with, gentle, kind, and truly a dog whisperer. Bentley felt comfortable right away, and I could tell he was being cared for with real patience and warmth. I would absolutely trust Damacia again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, compassionate pet care.

Dawn was amazing. This was my first time ever using any sort of pet sitter that wasn't family. She went out of her way to explain how it works and to set me at ease. She took excellent care of my 2 kitties while I was away and was a great communicator. My cats were happy to see me but I could tell they weren't stressed, and it was obvious from the pictures she sent during her visits that my cats were comfortable with her. 100% would use Dawn any time I go out of town. She even left them a little treat (a can of salmon) which they LOVED.

Kayla went above and beyond while watching our pets over Christmas while we were away! She spent time playing with them and cleaned up throw up from one of our kitties so we did not have to worry about it. She followed our many house instructions to a tee. We will definitely use Kayla again and recommend you do the same. 😊
