I believe pets are happiest when they can stay in the comfort of their own home and stick to their normal routine. During each visit, I make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of potty breaks or a clean litter box, exercise and playtime, and lots of love and attention. I also administer medications if needed, reinforce any routines you’ve established, and keep your home tidy by cleaning up after your pet. After every visit, I’ll send you updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing and have peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I have two amazing dogs, Milo and Winter, that play constantly! They are best of friends and always welcome new friends. Milo is an 8 month old puppy still learning house training and making amazing progress. I found him at a rescue in Philly when I was visiting March 2026- love at first site! He clicked so well with my German Shepherd mix Winter, that I rescued in June 2025. Prior to falling in love with these two rescues, I helped foster several dogs through a local rescue- while healing from the loss of my dog of 13 years, Bella. She was a one dog household kind of girl, but Winter was just the opposite. I could tell she needed a friend, and Milo came into our lives at just the right time. I so look forward to helping care for your fur babies and will give them all the walks, plays, and cuddles they might need. I’ll ensure all your care is personalized to your dog’s specific needs. Also, would love to send you pic updates while you’re at work or adventuring! If your dog is in my care for doggy daycare, I will be home with them, unless otherwise discussed with you. If I’m hired to come walk your dog, I’ll give you a detailed update of our walk! I am home and available 7 days a week, unless I’m traveling. My dogs get lots of attention and walks. We love the James River Park system 🫶 I will ask for lots of detail about your pets specific needs so I can curate their care so they feel right at home! A home away from home.

About: I’ve been a pet parent for years, so I totally get it—leaving your fur baby behind is tough! I’ve spent plenty of time caring for the pets of family and friends, so I’m a pro at helping a nervous pup or kitty feel right at home. I’m a big fan of getting outside, so if your dog has energy to burn, we’ll hit the local trails to make sure they’re tuckered out and ready for a long nap. I also have hands-on experience with diabetic pups and am fully comfortable administering insulin injections, so your senior or special, needs friends, are in safe hands with me! Currently working part time, so I have a flexible schedule during weekdays and weekends. I am looking to ger outside more so I look forward to the pup walks. I have a fully fenced-in yard with plenty of grass and shade trees, perfect for afternoon sniffing and exploring! Plus, I have two dog-friendly cats who are totally unfazed by pups, making this a great spot for socialized dogs to hang out and relax.

About: Hello! I am a SAHM to a little boy born in May 2025, and have spent my life loving on animals, always having pets in the home and taking care of neighbor dogs. My little one will often come with me, as his dad travels for work, but he remains in a carrier during our visits and is used to our three dogs at home. We currently have 3 wonderful rescue doggies ranging in size from 11-100lbs that I love with all my heart and would love to spread some of the care to your sweet pet. I am a brand new mom and have availability to work around my newborn’s schedule. I work part time on Mondays and Tuesdays as a virtual therapist, so those days are sometimes more full to work around. Due to my little one’s schedule, I am not usually available for visits past 7:30pm! I think it is so important to make your pet feel comfortable with me and the environment. I will always take their lead for what they need whether it be space to process a new person, or lots of cuddles and play.

About: I have had my own dogs since my early 20’s, and I’d probably have about ten more if I could. Everyone in our family has dogs, ranging from tiny Yorkipoos to big ol’ lab mixes, and I love them all! I currently have one rescue pup, Russell, who is 19 different breeds! I am patient, I don’t get grossed out easily, and I will love your pup like it’s a member of the family. My husband and I are both teachers, so we are home full-time during the summer with our two teenage kids. During the school year we work, but I’m usually home by 3:30. Our 13-year old daughter is interested in pursuing a career working with animals, so she will be assisting in the care of your pet. We have a large fenced yard and a dog-friendly house. We even have a doggie door for pups to come and go outside to the back yard as they need or want to. We have one 5-year old dog who gets along great with other pups. Usually when we dog sit, we have the visiting pup have a home base in our daughter’s room where they can be fed separately, have peace and quiet, and enjoy the best air conditioning in the house! We are a dogs on furniture house, and she even loves to let the dogs we are sitting sleep in her bed with her if they want. Your dog should expect many pets and snuggles at our house! If we are coming to your house, we will follow whatever routines and rules you’ve established for your pet. But still expect lots of love for your pet!

About: I have lived in a golden retriever family my entire life, and dog-obsessed honestly does not do me justice! I know the Richmond area well and love taking dogs to new locations, like dog parks or the river. Since I am an athletic individual I can offer rigorous exercise for even large active dog breeds. I am very trustworthy and responsible, I schedule my time wisely and am always on time for scheduled appointments. I do work full-time, but am often available on evenings and weekends. I would love the opportunity to get to know you and your dog! I work full time, so I am usually busy during the day. However, I am often free on evenings and weekends and love walks and drop in visits. I do not bring dogs to my own home, because I have older goldens at home. But I love to come spend time where your dog is comfy!
