About: I've had dogs all my life and am currently a dog mom to my sweet mixed breed. She's been with us for almost 2 years and is a joy to our household. We do not have any other animals, but I did grow up in a veritable zoo (Rabbits, birds, dogs, cats, goats, fish and chickens)! I'm happy to learn and adapt to your needs. I'm a stay at home mom and so my availability is quite flexible. I and my family will treat your furry baby as if he or she were our own. I only ask that your furry baby is friendly with other kids and dogs. We've had some experience administering medication to our previous senior dog, so will be open to learning about your dog's needs. We're a dog family, so completely understand the importance of some puppy nurturing and sending pictures to the dog mom and dad! Can't wait to meet your sweet dog! Your furry baby will be treated as one of my own. Each dog will join in on family playtime, walks and of course lots of scritch scratches! I'm currently a stay at home mom with both kids in school. I'll have plenty of time to care for your furry baby. I have a dog of my own, so if we are boarding or doing doggy day care, your pup will have a doggy playmate! Every dog is different, so I’d love to hear about your dog’s quirks, routines, and what helps them feel safe and comfortable. I do my best to keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible. I have a fully fenced in back yard and a dog to keep your pup company. I also have elementary aged kids in my home who are very familiar in how to handle dogs. Our dog is fully vaccinated. Our yard is free of pesticides and chemicals.

About: Got my first dog at 8 years old and have been hooked ever since. Trained my labrador retriever to be special needs certified when he was 2. Been helping pet parents around the neighborhood for as long as I can remember. Always love to meet new people and their furry friends! Currently based in Richmond, VA as a Junior at VCU. Slowly finishing up my finals so my availability is becoming more and more flexible! My classes officially end May 5th so I’ll be completely free then! Pet care is very case sensitive and relies on the owners understanding of their pet. About: Ive taken care of many breeds of dogs from various sizes and ages since I can remember. I currently own a puppy and am loving every part of it. I currently work part-time from 5am-9am so I have plenty of time during the rest of the day to take care of your pets whenever! I love taking my dogs on trails and around the neighborhood to make sure they get plenty of exercise and enrichment. This is important to ensure they stay happy!

About: I have cherished animals my entire life - from having my own to caring for others. Currently, I am a dog mom to a 4 year pit bull mix who is full of energy and love. I have experience with big dogs, high energy, senior and those who need frequent exercise/walks. I work from home so I have the time and flexibility to take care of your fur baby! I’m happy to take them for walks, play with their toys or cuddle on the couch. My pet is crate trained and has gone through obedience classes so I understand how helpful structure can be. About: I have taken care of dogs large and small since I was 12. Additionally, I have experience with more aggressive breeds of dogs. I have had my dog Narcissa Rose for almost 3 years, since she was a puppy, and so I have ample experience with puppies, training, and medication administration (both topically and orally)! I am a firm believer that our fur babies deserve the best care possible, as it’s their first time in this life as well and we have to be their advocate! I have a full time job, as well as a business. However, I am fortunate that I am an early riser, so morning walks and visits are never an issue. As well, I have a very flexible work schedule and can leave work when necessary. My evenings are relatively free and even when I have plans, I ensure to make time so pets are cared for properly. I have a fenced in patio space as well as a neighborhood dog park that would make any furry friend happy! I crate my own dog occasionally, and so am no stranger to the need for it and am comfortable enforcing that with your pup if requested. I have had experiences myself of sitters not paying attention to my pets while in my home and so I take it very seriously that if I’m in your home, my attention is focused 100% on your pet(s)!

About: I've never not had animals in my life! I spent my early years on a working farm and have always had a way with animals. Dogs love me (cats, too!) and I them ❤️ I have many years of experience in the veterinary field and know what to do in emergencies. I am currently working part time and my schedule is flexible. I do work away from home for 5-8 hours a day, split shift. I have dogs amd cats but can keep them separate, if necessary. My dogs are dog friendly, although my beagle mix is very bossy (typical!) Dogs will be in the house with my dogs, but they can be separated, if needed. I can crate, if the parents supply the crate. Dogs will be leash walked in the wide front yard but we can also go across the street to the dog park, too!

Of course, we also love cozy downtime, so there’s always space for blanket cuddles and belly rubs. In your home, we stick to all your guidelines and expectations, making sure everything stays secure and exactly as we found it. At our house, we ask that pups are potty trained since we have carpet upstairs, but don’t worry, I work from home, so your dog can enjoy frequent trips to our fenced backyard for playtime, potty breaks, or fresh-air fun. Whether at your home or ours, your pup will get lots of love, attention, and wag-worthy adventures!

About: I currently reside in Richmond and have a pretty open and flexible schedule and availability. I am an avid animal lover and a pet mama of 7 (5 cats and 2 dogs). My babies are my whole world. I grew up on a farm and my parents used to own a pet store so am I familiar with many types of animals. I was a dog walker and sitter all of high school and college. I have had a myriad of pets growing up. I have experience with all ages of dogs and cats, as well as many breeds. I also have experience with managing and administering different types of medication. I love animals and would love to care for your pets, as I know you want the best care for these members of your family. I have 2 years of experience volunteering as a veterinary shadow intern and have confidence to providing for the needs of cats and dogs of all personalities. My schedule allows me to prioritize their routines, whether it’s daily visits or last minute bookings. I prefer to adapt approach to pets according to their needs, whether it’s calm and non confronting to shy cats or running with younger dogs.
