About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs growing up and have worked with a variety of ages from puppies to elderly. I have 2 years of experience volunteering as a veterinary shadow intern and have confidence to providing for the needs of cats and dogs of all personalities. As a recent college graduate I have flexibility and time to reliably work as needed to provide care for pets. My schedule allows me to prioritize their routines, whether it’s daily visits or last minute bookings. I prefer to adapt approach to pets according to their needs, whether it’s calm and non confronting to shy cats or running with younger dogs. I also like to continue their routines that they are comfortable with. For owners, I keep regular updates as wanted to keep peace of mind.

About: My family has had dogs since I was born and we fostered dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I have helped out several family friends by pet sitting and walking their dogs. I’ve had some experience pet sitting cats as well. I believe all animals are special and deserve to be treated with love. At the moment I’m working part time with scattered hours so I’m able to fit in time caring for and playing with your pets I can adapt to any routines and rules that are needed to care for your pet the way you do. For drop-in visits and house sitting, I follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, playtime, and any specific routines your pet is used to. During visits, I make sure pets get the attention, exercise, and enrichment they need, whether that’s a long walk, playtime, or just companionship. I also make sure basics like fresh water, clean feeding areas, and litter boxes are taken care of. For dog walks, I focus on safe handling, appropriate exercise for your dog’s energy level, and making sure they return home happy and settled. About: Friends and family have relied on me numerous times to be their pet sitter. My roommate has a 3 year old golden retriever and an elderly cat who I love so dearly. I care for them when she cannot. My sister also has a golden retriever and I watch him when she goes out of town. I grew up with dogs and know how to cater to their needs. My grandparents even told me that I am the godmother to their 2 cats because they see how great I am with them. I work full time 8:00-5:00 and will happily watch your pets in the evening or weekends when you are away. I love taking pets on walks in the museum district! Your pet will feel safe in their own environment and I’ll match their energy so that they are comfortable and relaxed. I want them to barely even notice you’re gone.

About: I grew up with our family's miniature dachshund since I was 12 years old. During that time, I learned to take care of her and what it takes to be a good dog owner. Don't tell my family, but I'm definitely my dog's favorite! Growing up, I was always the go-to dog, cat, and one time a mini pig, sitter for friends and family. Taking care of animals has always been a passion for me! Since I moved out of my parents' home, I'm no longer directly in charge of taking care of my family dog, but I have now adopted a cat. I have always felt a special connection to dogs, and I am happy to say I feel that way about cats now too. I work full-time; however, I live close to my job and have flexibility when it comes to coming home to take care of any pets. I also have my afternoons free! I believe pets have different ways they like being loved; some are more social, while others need their space. I do a good job of understanding what a pet likes, and I will always provide the best care possible.

About: I have personal and professional experience with dogs, working at a doggy daycare for a short amount of time (dealing with 40 dogs at a time was not for me) and being a lifelong dog owner and caretaker. I currently have two shih-tzus who are the cutest! I have dealt with dogs that have needs ranging from: Young puppies, Anxiety, obesity, dietary restrictions, diabetes, intense general health issues, anger/aggression, bad leash manners etc… I do my best to meet your dog where they are at and provide the best care I can and reinforcing the behaviors you stride for when you’re away. I’ve been a dog sitter for 5 years, a doggy daycare (Dogtopia) employee for 6 months and a doggy lover forever! I am a VCU student with classes on only Tuesday and Thursday, I am fast, reliable, professional, I will always be on time and make sure your animals get the best quality care that they deserve. I always make sure to follow the rules of every client that graciously trusts me to be in their home. Roommates make personal boarding unsafe and unpredictable, However I have reliable transportation and will be there to take care of your pup (or kitty) right on time for walks, overnights, visits, and long term stays.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a teenager, including puppies and senior dogs requiring medication. I'm well handled walking strong and reactive dogs, and can do grooming for long stays. I currently work part time (occasional Saturday nights) and am available to care for dogs throughout the day. I'm an early riser and love walking the neighborhood in the morning. I'm happy to play with extra energetic dogs. For home visits, I will be available to visit twice a day, or can stay with dogs in the home.
