About: I have had dogs since I was a child. I’ve walked neighbors dogs. Volunteered to raise puppies for service dog organizations. I volunteer at the RACC animal shelter as well during the week Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I’m a full-time college student, but my afternoons and evenings are open for walks, visits, feeding, and playtime. My weekends are fully available, which gives me even more flexibility for longer stays or extra attention. I already spend a lot of my free time caring for and hanging out with my own pets, so adding pet sitting to my schedule feels like a perfect and natural fit. I provide attentive, reliable care for pets in their own home, maintaining their normal routines to reduce stress. I ensure fresh food and water, daily exercise, playtime, litter or yard cleanup, medication if needed, and plenty of affection. I also keep the home tidy, bring in mail, and send regular updates with photos so clients feel confident and reassured while they’re away.
“We had an excellent experience with Camryn. Her communication was outstanding from start to finish, quick responses, clear updates, and plenty of photos that gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Leaving senior dogs is never easy, but we truly felt comfortable and confident they were in good hands. She was attentive to their needs, patient, and clearly experienced with older dogs (and a mischievous cat). We came home to happy, well-cared-for pups and a smooth overall experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.”

“Emily is wonderful!! Our dog has anxiety and Emily was totally understanding and they were soon best buds! Emily was great at checking in and keeping us updated. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi! I’m a Richmond-based pet sitter with a special focus on cats. I take a calm, fear-free, positive-reinforcement approach to care, which means meeting animals where they are and letting trust build naturally. I’m especially experienced with caretaking for sick, chronically ill, and disabled cats. I understand firsthand how important it is to be patient, attentive, and extra caring to these precious creatures. I’m often told, “My pet doesn’t like anyone — I can’t believe they're letting you pet them.” I think animals respond to my quiet energy and respect for their boundaries. My philosophy is to never rush interaction, and I’m attentive to body language and stress signals. While cats are my specialty, I’m also comfortable with smaller dogs of varying temperaments and energy levels. My goal is always the same, to make your pet feel safe, understood, and cared for. I'm mostly self employed. I make my own schedule and can largely tailor it to your pet's needs. I tend to be a night owl so I can take care of them late into the night if needed. I can also bring my work to your home if full housesitting is preferred! I care for pets in their own environment for two reasons: I am unable to host them with my animals, and I believe they are most comfortable where they are most familiar. I follow each pet’s established routine closely. This includes feeding schedules, litter box or yard care, medications, enrichment, and any specific behavioral preferences. For cats, I prioritize calm entry, gentle engagement, and giving them the option to approach me first. I’m attentive to subtle stress signals and adjust my interaction level accordingly. I’m comfortable administering medications and monitoring for changes in appetite, litter habits, or behavior. For dogs, I provide structured walks, play, and positive reinforcement while maintaining consistent boundaries. I keep spaces clean, send detailed updates with photos, and aim to leave your home exactly as I found it (or better).
About: I have experience taking care of dogs and cats for family and friends for years. I've walked and looked after dogs of various breed and some that are older and require more care and medication.I know they can have unique personalities and needs. I have walked dogs on my lunch break while working from home. I also have experience with overnight care and other long term care. I enjoy looking after dogs and cats and also feel the weight of the responsibility when people entrust them in my care. I am available to pet sit on weekends and some weekdays as I work from home. Also available for early morning and evening walks. I can help with afternoon walks that are nearby. I will follow any special care instructions that the owner have for their pet. I will always communicate any questions or if any issues or emergencies arise.
Westlake Hills pet parents share their Rover experiences
Our first time using Rover. Saw Mallory had fantastic reviews so we decided to go with her. From the meet and greet to us returning from our trip, everything was great! Our pets took to her right away, she sent pics and updates throughout her stay, and our home was great when we returned. We will definitely be using Mallory again for future travels. We highly recommend her!

Marjorie watched Olive while we went out of town for one night and she was great! There was great communication, she sent us pictures & updates and left our place clean! Our dog is a Velcro dog and she treated her with kindness and patience! I cannot recommend her enough as a dog sitter!

Emily did an amazing job watching our two dogs. On a last minute booking she made the time to come over to meet them before and asked thorough questions. She was very communicative throughout her stay with constant updates on our pups. Would definitely recommend her and will be using her again!!

Víctor was a life saver for my 7lb spoiled toy poodle. At the 9th hour my husband decided he wanted to travel as well leaving us scrambling to find care. She's never been without family longer than a few hours. At the meet and greet, Coco and wouldn't even come close to Victor. He assured me he would be patient and they would become friends. Sure enough, one of the pictures I received was her eventually snuggled up with him for a nap. I was also concerned about the fireworks on NYE and he let me know he would stay with her to endure she wasn't stressed. Will definitely book again and recommend
