Although I was a little nervous about the idea of someone I don’t know in my house, Kiara worked out perfectly! She kept in regular contact with pictures of Roscoe and what they were doing. She took great care of him, gave his meds as requested, and was a great companion for him during my absence for 5 nights. Mallory was the best choice for our pets! Having two dogs and two cats, it’s not always easy to find the right person to take care of them and we are new to Richmond. She spent the night wit them, making them feel comfortable and keeping us posted via texts and pictures. Our pets loved her, had no issues and she was respectful of our home. She also met us a couple times before the actual stay so that one of our dogs could get familiar with her. Couldn’t recommend her enough, you can tell she actually enjoys spending time with them and cares for their well-being!

I can’t say enough great things about our McKenzie! Leaving your pets behind is never easy, but knowing they were loved and cared for gave me complete peace of mind while we were away. Our dogs and cats were so well taken care of, and it was obvious they were treated like family. We received updates, photos, and could tell they were happy, comfortable, and in great hands. It’s such a relief to come home to pets that are relaxed and a house that feels like everything was handled with care. Catherine was fantastic. From the day I left, I had zero worries, she sent updates and photos on her own, I never had to ask what was going on. Followed every instruction exactly: medications, supplements, kept his water topped off, walked him the full distance I asked for and then some. You could tell she wasn’t just checking boxes. She noticed the small stuff, kept his routine consistent, and it showed. I came home to a calm, happy dog, which honestly says more than any review can. Virginia did a great job with our dog, we got regular updates and pictures and was very communicative our entire trip! Usually we feel guilty when we don’t take our dog on a trip, but we felt a lot better on this trip because of how great a job Virginia did. Highly recommend!

Margot was absolutely amazing. We got constant updates and photos which we so appreciated. When we got home the house was just as we left it and so clean. She left the guest room so clean which we didn’t except given we’ve had other pet sitters who have left the house very dirty. My doggie absolutely loved Lidiya. When she dropped him off back home I could just see the connection they made! He didn't want to leave her! I could not have felt more comfortable while away knowing he was in good hands. Lidiya sent me numerous pictures of my senior pooch snoozing snuggly in her home. She and her family are animal people, dogs, cats, horses. This was the perfect scenario. I'm so grateful. Highly recommend this responsible, gentle soul.
