Makenzie was fantastic with our kitties and stubborn pup! Very responsive, responsible and communicative. We will absolutely rebook! I felt very comfortable with her and it was obvious our fur babies were in great hands.

Victor did an absolute amazing job with our dog Mabel while we were away for the weekend. We are already planning to have him back over for our next vacation next week. Would highly recommend him without reservation.

Catherine is wonderful - great communicator, easy-going, and clearly loves caring for animals. This was the first time I truly felt relaxed being out of town and leaving our dog at home with someone. Even our cleaning lady told us later what a wonderful person Catherine was while they overlapped at the house. We highly recommend Catherine!

Celeste is sweet and kind and took care of Sookie just as we would. They are prompt and informative and always sending feedback and pictures. This is the second time we’ve had them as our sitter. Even though our time was shorten with Sookie, Celsete was fast to get her to an animal hospital and the care she needed. Celsete will always be in our debt and our hearts.

Mallory was the best choice for our pets! Having two dogs and two cats, it’s not always easy to find the right person to take care of them and we are new to Richmond. She spent the night wit them, making them feel comfortable and keeping us posted via texts and pictures. Our pets loved her, had no issues and she was respectful of our home. She also met us a couple times before the actual stay so that one of our dogs could get familiar with her. Couldn’t recommend her enough, you can tell she actually enjoys spending time with them and cares for their well-being!

Whitney is amazing! My pooch loved her immediately. I got great photos of my dog on walks around town, and my home might have been cleaner than when I left it!

Nina was absolutely wonderful at caring for my pups while I was away for work. They got to keep their general routine and her photos showed me they were up to their favorite things—walks, snoozing, getting pets. I loved the updates I got and would be lucky to book Nina again!

Avery was very caring and attentive to Iggy! We appreciate the communication and photos during her stay with our pup. Thank you so much for giving us a great feeling that our girl was in good hands while we were out of town!

Lucy was great! She handled our pups like one of her own and one of our dogs who is hesitant of meeting new people warmed up to her immediately!

Blue is thoughtful, thorough, and did an amazing job taking care of our pets and home after we had a sitter situation fall through last minute. Blue was communicative and very sweet with our fur babies (Alaskan malamute and very shy cat). Will definitely be working with Blue again and you should too!

We love having Erica stay with our pups and they love her too. She spoils them rotten! They even got a few new toys! We would definitely use Erica again

It was Riley's first time dog and house sitting for us, and she did a great job taking care of our girls. From making sure their somewhat-complicated food was prepared correctly to giving our older pups their pills at each meal, she followed all of the instructions to a T. Riley was great about giving us updates on everyone's wellbeing and send good pictures throughout her stay. It was easy to see how comfortable our dogs were with her just a few days in, even our most vocal, sometimes moody girl, Maisy. Thanks or being there to give our girls lots of love while we were away!

I can’t say enough great things about our McKenzie! Leaving your pets behind is never easy, but knowing they were loved and cared for gave me complete peace of mind while we were away. Our dogs and cats were so well taken care of, and it was obvious they were treated like family. We received updates, photos, and could tell they were happy, comfortable, and in great hands. It’s such a relief to come home to pets that are relaxed and a house that feels like everything was handled with care. If you’re looking for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, and truly loves animals, I highly recommend her! We will absolutely be using her again and again!

Jonathan did an excellent job watching our dog, June. He was communicative, shared beautiful pictures of June each day, and left our house cleaner than he found it. Ainsley was great with Cooper. She took the job last minute as we were in a pinch and was so detailed with the instructions and updates! She sent lots of pictures and played with him a ton. Would def recommend her and will book with her again. Thanks Ainsley!
