About: I’ve been watching both cats and dogs for friends and neighbors for a few years now, and now that I have more flexibility in my schedule I would love to provide my services to others! I work fully remotely and have a ton of flexibility to take care of your pets! If i’m not on vacation, i’m usually free to help :) I live in an apartment with my two-year-old chihuahua mix, Archie! Plenty of opportunities to run around the fenced dog area or ride over to a trail or park for more activity. If i’m dropping in, i’m happy to do whatever activities your pet loves and keep their routine going!

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a teenager, including puppies and senior dogs requiring medication. I'm well handled walking strong and reactive dogs, and can do grooming for long stays. I currently work part time (occasional Saturday nights) and am available to care for dogs throughout the day. I'm an early riser and love walking the neighborhood in the morning. I live in an apartment with a balcony, so boarded dogs will be walked at least twice a day on a leash in the neighborhood. I'm happy to play with extra energetic dogs. For home visits, I will be available to visit twice a day, or can stay with dogs in the home.

About: I have taken care of 16 dogs: 11 puppies, 3 inside dogs and 2 hunting dogs (which I turned into couch potatoes) all during the same time period. I have experience with senior dogs, I know they need some extra care and time so I am very patient with them. I found loving homes for 10 of the puppies, I of course had to keep one- his name was Elvis, my best friend for 12 wonderful years. I’m currently a stay at home mom. I’m available 7:45am - 12:30pm every other week. The other weeks my schedule is very flexible, 7am - 5pm. Monday - Friday. I currently do not offer care for pets in my home, recently moved so our home and fenced in yard is a work in progress! When caring for pets in your home please be sure to tell me about any specific needs your pet may require. I love going on walks so it’s a bonus if your dog does too! If not I’ll gladly sit with them and give them belly rubs and ear scratches.

About: I've been around dogs my entire life: Owned 4 and raised/trained 16 service dogs in training for children with disabilities. I run half marathons, so I'll run with your pup if that's what they like! I have plenty of toys that I've collected over the years for your dog to play with! I love teaching dogs new tricks and commands, and would love to work with your fur baby so they can show you something special when you return! I take pictures constantly, so you will always have an update on your pup. I am comfortable with all breeds, and have the most experience with labs, goldens, and doodles. I am happy to give your pup a bath for a small fee so they come back to you looking and feeling great! I also have experience teaching basic commands to your dog, and would be more than happy to discuss training programs if that’s something you’re interested in! I also have experience with kittens and cats, having had 3 of my own. I'm comfortable with super friendly cats, or cats that want to keep to themselves. I will make sure your cat has food, water, and a clean litter box while you are away. In addition I can offer care for any gardens/houseplants that you have as well! While I work during the week, I am still committed to providing the best care for your pets. This will especially be true for pets that are use to having their people work during the day! This will provide a routine for your furry family member while you are away! While I live in an apartment, I am close to a park if your dog is friendly and enjoys going for walks! I am also very comfortable caring for cats and all that that entails while the cat stays in your home, usually where they are the most comfortable.

About: Hello! I am a SAHM and have spent my life loving on animals, always having pets in the home and taking care of neighbor dogs. We currently have 3 wonderful rescue doggies ranging in size from 11-100lbs that I love with all my heart and would love to spread some of the care to your sweet pet. As a stay a home mom, I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule and can usually make something work for your family! Due to my little one’s schedule, I am not usually available for visits past 7:30pm, unless doing home stay. I think it is so important to make your pet feel comfortable with me and the environment. I will always take their lead for what they need whether it be space to process a new person, or lots of cuddles and play.

About: I moved to Richmond about a year ago, which meant leaving my two pups back home with their dad. As rural, born-and-bred dogs, city life just wasn’t the right fit for them. So now, I’m filling that gap by spending time with other people’s furry friends! I make sure every pet gets plenty of exercise, affection, and supervision, while sticking closely to any instructions the owner provides regarding feeding, leash use, or behavior preferences.

About: I've been dog-walking and cat sitting since I was about 13-14 years old! I've cared for a range of dogs and cats, from young to old, and everything in between. I also have lots of experience with big dogs in particular. My family has had labs since I can remember, and I've cared for and walked two big dogs at the same time. I currently work from home, and usually have a pretty flexible schedule most days a week, so I'd be happy to fit your pet into my schedule! I do occasionally have a public involvement meeting that requires me to be elsewhere during the day, but happy to plan far in advance with you to make sure your pet's care needs are met. I provide a safe environment by making sure your pet is in a place they know best - their and your home. I find that pets who are in their own space are the most comfortable. I also have experience with needing to provide pills to cats, and can crate trained pups.

After every visit, I’ll send you updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing and have peace of mind while you’re away.
