“Cathy Jo did a great job taking care of my furbabies while we were away for my son's wedding out of state. And she had her hands full with 2 dogs (Otis and Cricket) and 2 cats (Jinx and Meatball) although Jinx hid from her after the first visit. She gave us an update and photos after each visit and was very responsive whenever I contacted her with questions, both before and during the time of service. Everyone was just settling in to their routine with Cathy Jo just about the time we returned home, but I could tell they definitely enjoyed having someone come by to give them the needed attention while we were away.”

About: I've been dog-walking and cat sitting since I was about 13-14 years old! I've cared for a range of dogs and cats, from young to old, and everything in between. I also have lots of experience with big dogs in particular. My family has had labs since I can remember, and I've cared for and walked two big dogs at the same time. I currently work from home, and usually have a pretty flexible schedule most days a week, so I'd be happy to fit your pet into my schedule! I do occasionally have a public involvement meeting that requires me to be elsewhere during the day, but happy to plan far in advance with you to make sure your pet's care needs are met. I provide a safe environment by making sure your pet is in a place they know best - their and your home. I find that pets who are in their own space are the most comfortable. I also have experience with needing to provide pills to cats, and can crate trained pups.

About: I love dogs as I’ve had many throughout my childhood and adulthood. My family has always been a big pet family and so I completely understand the love and attention pets need and deserve. After all, they are an important part of our lives! I am currently a senior in college, and while I wished I had a pet, I do not have one yet. Back home I have a dog and caring for her is a daily activity that I love to do. I know pets are caring, sensitive beings and need lots of attention and love! In my house, I help with feeding, walking, playing, and overall petting and loving on our dog. I love to walk my dog at home and play with her using her favorite toys. I can bring these skills to help care for your pet as well.

About: I have taken care of dogs large and small since I was 12. Additionally, I have experience with more aggressive breeds of dogs. I have had my dog Narcissa Rose for almost 3 years, since she was a puppy, and so I have ample experience with puppies, training, and medication administration (both topically and orally)! I am a firm believer that our fur babies deserve the best care possible, as it’s their first time in this life as well and we have to be their advocate! I have a full time job, as well as a business. However, I am fortunate that I am an early riser, so early morning walks and visits are never an issue. My evenings are relatively free and even when I have plans, I ensure to make time so pets are cared for properly. I have a fenced in patio space as well as a neighborhood dog park that would make any furry friend happy! I crate my own dog occasionally, and so am no stranger to the need for it and am comfortable enforcing that with your pup if requested. I have had experiences myself of sitters not paying attention to my pets while in my home and so I take it very seriously that if I’m in your home, my attention is focused 100% on your pet(s)!

I will be free to care for your pet during both weekdays and weekends. I will have more availability during the summer. Can pet-sit overnight on weekdays as well.
