Thank you Katherine!”

About: I grew up with two big dogs, a vizsla and a great dane and have experience working with all types of dogs. Now, I have a pitbull of my own, who I rescued from Richmond SPCA. I would love to cater to all of your dog’s needs and give them lots of love. I have very flexible and open availability! I am a student with lots of time on my hands during the summer. Let me know what your needs are and I can make it happen! I am used to dealing with both hyper and calm dogs. I’m also well versed in handling large dogs or those that need a little extra care. I’d be happy to feed, bathe, and/or walk and spend time with your dogs! I am also happy to accommodate to any special needs.

“Niely was amazing with my pup! She was very good at communicating and sending updates.”

About: I’ve taken care of multiple breeds and of varying ages. I’ve also helped train my own puppy, as well as friends’ dogs, the basics like potty training, sit, etc. I’m quite comfortable with puppies under 1 year old all the way to our senior friends. I’m currently a full-time dog mom and pet caretaker. I just graduated from grad school and don’t start my new job until this fall, and I thought - what a better way to spend my summer off taking care of my favorite animal and helping other pet owners? I’m an open communicator and can be available how you need me with the proper heads-up! I live in an apartment building with my fiancé and our sweet, cuddly boy dog (neutered). There’s 3 parks within walking distance and a dog park just an 8min drive away. Since I live in an apartment, I would recommend only small to medium dogs stay with us, but I’m always willing to travel to clients’ houses for dogs of all sizes. I treat my clients dogs as if they were my own fur baby. The love, kindness, & attention I give my sweet boy is the same love, kindness, & attention your dog will receive. My friend is also a vet tech I can always reach out to for advice/questions and I myself am a certified (human) healthcare professional.

“Giselle was great! She sent multiple pictures with each check in and was specific in the care she provided. Thanks so much for your help with Squid!”

“Catherine's check-ins were wonderful. She was extra communicative and shared lots of pictures. She made me feel comfortable and know that King was well taken care of.”

“Maggie is a very thorough and caring cat sitter! She covers every detail to ensure our cats are well taken care of. We are very impressed with her punctuality as well!”

“We’ve had Sydney for drop in visits for our cats and she’s fantastic! She sends pictures and she was kind enough to help out an extra day on a short notice.”

About: I've been taking care of family pets since I was about 12, I've dealt with diapers, regular medicine intakes, and even potty training! I also have 2 doggies of my own a Lab/Australian Sheppard and a Rottweiler I am a part time Student at Virginia Commonwealth University studying Nuclear Medicine. I am mostly doing prerequisites so I will have plenty of time to hang with the doggos! My rottie, Gemma, was the first dog I ever had leash trouble with. It was getting too much for me to handle so I took her to a dog trainer. During those sessions I learned a lot about proper leash etiquette as a walker!

About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember.. Growing up with everything from cats and dogs to rabbits, spiders, ferrets and even the occasional rescue critter. Caring for animals has always come naturally to me, and I truly feel at home when I’m surrounded by furry friends. I absolutely adore cats! Their quirky personalities & quiet cuddles melt my heart & I love the energy & companionship dogs bring. Whether it’s playtime, long walks, or just keeping your pet company while you’re away, I treat every animal with the same love & care I give my own. My schedule has its quirks, but it works in your pet’s favor! Tuesdays and Thursdays are actually my most flexible days, perfect for morning and evening walks or extended hangouts with your furry companion. As a full-time grad student and part-time social worker, my hours can be a little unpredictable but I always make time for what matters. Even with a busy calendar, caring for animals is a priority I never push aside. Whether it’s a midday drop-in or a sunset stroll, I’m happy to fit in the love and attention your pet deserves. Safety, trust, and a calm environment are at the heart of the care I provide. Whether I’m coming to your home for a walk, a cuddle session, or staying for an overnight house sit, I treat your space and your pets with the utmost respect and care. I know how important it is to feel confident leaving your furry family member in someone else’s hands, and I take that responsibility seriously. I follow any routines you’ve set, keep their environment clean and peaceful, and make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and loved at all times. Whether it’s daily check-ins, long walks, or overnight companionship, I show up with patience, attention, and genuine care.

About: I first began pet-sitting with dogs & cats around my neighborhood when I was 11, and since then I’ve met a wide array of pet personalities that I’ve learned to handle with the utmost care and respect. I’m a college student working part-time this summer, so I have plenty of time to spend taking care of furry friend(s)! My availability is open on the weekends, as well as Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Although I’m typically busy Tuesday and Thursday evenings, I can shift my schedule around to accommodate your pet’s needs. I have a sweet Calico named Mimi at home who I love to brush and feed daily, with special attention devoted to her diet and litter since she has a medical condition. For any pet, I’d be willing to devote as much care and energy as I would for my own because I try to provide all animals I encounter with the love and respect they deserve. I take my client’s boundaries around their homes and pets very seriously, and I do my best to follow the instructions provided to a tee.
