About: I am a recent graduate from The University of Virginia who grew up in an animal-loving home. I am an attentive pet sitter and dog walker with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and in-home care, focusing on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and happy while maintaining their normal routines. I’ve grown up caring for animals and currently have a friendly Bichon and two cats of my own, so I understand how important trust, consistency, and individualized care are. My experience includes daily walks, feeding schedules, playtime, basic grooming, litter box care, and administering simple medications when needed. I’m especially patient with shy, senior, or anxious pets and always take a calm, respectful approach. I currently work part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I’m available for daytime walks and visits, evenings, and weekends, and I can accommodate pets who need multiple check-ins or extra attention throughout the day. I take pride in being dependable, communicative, and attentive to detail. I treat every pet as if they were my own and make sure pet parents feel confident and at ease while they’re away. Because my schedule is flexible, I’m able to accommodate pets who need consistent routines, multiple check-ins, or extra attention throughout the day. I live in a calm, pet-friendly home with one friendly Bichon and two cats who are well-socialized around other animals. I carefully supervise all interactions and can easily separate pets if needed. I follow each pet’s routine closely, prioritize cleanliness and safety, and communicate regularly with pet parents to ensure peace of mind while they’re away.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs for most of my life and already occasionally pet sit for friends and family. I used to work as a caretaker at a doggy daycare, and decided to continue pet care alongside my new job as it became such a fulfilling part of my life. I'm experienced with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and I'm experienced with a variety of other animals such as cats, fish, lizards, turtles, birds, and hermit crabs. My current work schedule follows the standard Mon-Fri 8-5, with most of my weekends and evenings open. Because of this, I'd be most suited for pets that are used to this schedule already. Otherwise, I try my best to stick to their current schedule for things like feeding and walks. I always feel comfortable meeting the parent(s) and pet before the booking. I can take care of all basic tasks and am very adaptable, patient, and reliable. I do my best to learn about each pet's little mannerisms and quirks so I can accommodate them the best I can while keeping them and your home safe. I want to make sure both you and your pet end up happy! I always ask that I'm given the pet's vet and an emergency contact as well, just in case.

About: A self-proclaimed "cat lady" and lover of animals who's spent years caring for furry family members as well as the lovely homes of their people. (I take great pet pics, too!) It began in the 2000's aughts when I lived at my aunt and uncles home in Maryland, when I took care of their Golden, three cats, and home while they were (often) away. I extended my support to other family/friends. I've also administered meds for pets, including senior pets, and helped pets with bad backs ensure they stay health but not jumping, etc. In the real world, I am a communications pro and vocalist who appreciates cool people and cool art. Pets are a gift in life! I am super flexible to adapt to anyone's schedules and routines, seven days per week, morning, afternoon, or evening. My own pet is cared for throughout the day, every day. With my own cat, she eats five times per day (small portions of wet and dry), I play with her, clean her litter box, and attempt to snuggle with her every day. For those with dogs, I basically adhere to their routine. If they can/want to go for longer or more walks, I can support that!
