About: I’ve taken care of pets for 35 years. I am able to administer medications including injectable’s if needed. I work with all breeds and temperaments, and do not shy away from pets that have behavioral issues. I’ve worked extensively with large farm animals to include horses, goats, donkeys, and cattle and have cared for the occasional parrot, chinchilla, and snake. Since pet sitting is my only employment, I am able to provide companionship to your fur family 14-18 hours daily including overnight care. I also am able to check mail, grab packages, and water plants at no additional charge. I keep to your pets normal daily routine, to include walks, potty breaks, feeding schedule, and of course nap times. Let’s set up a meet and greet to see if I’m a good fit. Currently I am only doing pet sitting and it’s my primary and only employment. This enables me to spend more time with your fur babies. I care for pets in your home as requested. I stick to their normal daily schedule. I also water plants and grab mail as needed.

About: *9/2026: Back on the app after a hiatus due to meeting capacity for clients, currently looking for regular local clients after some of my previous clients have moved out of state! I am a pediatric physical therapist looking to dogsit on weekends or walk dogs. Walking or running with your dog(s) will allow me to stay active, and I am sure your pup will thank you for it! I get off on Fridays at 11:30AM and am free until Sunday nights at 10:00PM. My experience is fairly eclectic. I have fostered dogs for Houlagan's Rest and BARKVa for the 4 years, and currently have 2 adopted dogs of my ow (both foster fails!): a sweet American Bulldog mix named Big Mama, and a Black and Tan Coonhound Mix named Dusty. Fostering has allowed me to work with breeds, ages, and learning abilities of all kinds. I have leash trained, potty trained, and been a medical foster for those who have just been spayed/neutered as well as other medical complications. I am very comfortable with dogs that have barrier/food/dog aggression, as well as anxiety. In addition to my fostering/owning my own pups, I raised both of my childhood dogs (cockapoos) from 8 weeks onward for my mother during my summer breaks. I have also babysat dogs for my friends and family throughout undergraduate school and grad school. I believe that your pup should feel comfortable, safe, and happy throughout their stay with me, so I request that we do a meet and greet before confirming to make sure that I can sufficiently meet you and your dog's needs 😊 I will also be able to stay in your home full-time as my husband will take care of my pups while I am away, so no need to worry about splitting time!!! I am available to dogsit from Fridays after 11:30 AM until Sundays at 10:00PM, and can dog walk on weekends! I typically am home near full-time with your pup, and do not like to leave more than 2-3 hour intervals max most often. When at your home, I am always certain to implement whatever rules you may have. I am experienced with crate training, and am also happy to take the pup on adventures (I often like to go to the farmers market and on long walks around the Richmond Trails.) I am also happy to lounge on the couch and snuggle if that's what they prefer!

About: I have had three dogs of my own, and have been caring for dogs my whole life. Many neighbors and peers have relied on me to provide care for their furry friends! About: I’ve grown up around dogs for most of my life and already occasionally pet sit for friends and family. I used to work as a caretaker at a doggy daycare, and decided to continue pet care alongside my new job as it became such a fulfilling part of my life. I'm experienced with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and I'm experienced with a variety of other animals such as cats, fish, lizards, turtles, birds, and hermit crabs. My current work schedule follows the standard Mon-Fri 7-3:30, with most of my weekends and evenings open. Because of this, I'd be most suited for pets that are used to this schedule already. Otherwise, I try my best to stick to their current schedule for things like feeding and walks. I always feel comfortable meeting the parent(s) and pet before the booking. I can take care of all basic tasks and am very adaptable, patient, and reliable. I do my best to learn about each pet's little mannerisms and quirks so I can accommodate them the best I can while keeping them and your home safe. I want to make sure both you and your pet end up happy! I always ask that I'm given the pet's vet and an emergency contact as well, just in case.
